I needed to have a 100lb+ 85" TV and soundbar installed in a space over my spare bedroom door (the top of the TV is ~12ft off the ground). I hired Install Pros to install an 83" LG OLED G5 tv in the living room in my house. This was not a very easy install. I own a very old house. The walls are made of solid adobe 16" thick walls. I did not want to see visible wires or cables. The Geek Squad came out first, but they would not do the job. Too much electrical work and other complications they said. We had a bit if a dilemma with the location of the outlet impeding the ideal position of the mount. The solution was to secure the mount to the right of the outlet and then slide the tv left. Richard measured everything out very precisely, ensured that the TV will be able to slide left to be centered with the mantle and fireplace. He also made a run to Home Depot to get a recessed outlet to replace the current outlet so we had more clearance for the plugs. He installed the outlet himself and did so with caution and care. In the end, Richard was probably here for over 3.5 hours and he did not leave until the job was done correctly and we were happy with the result. And it's safe to say, we are more than happy with his work and service and will be calling him up for future projects like this!
