They clearly had never done this before. They raised their price $50 for the parts before the job ever started. Then wanted $100 more when they did the job because they had to cut a 2x4. They did a terrible job hiding the wires inside wall. Not the level of exercise I would have hoped for.

He listened, was completely willing to do it my way, and then expertly walked me through why a different approach would work better. He wasn't pushy about it; he just knew his stuff, explained it clearly, and let me make the call. I'm glad I went with his recommendation. A few things that stood out (again): - He installed the entire Frame while I was on a work call. When my call ended, he was already finished, the TV was up, and everything was clean. Zero damage, zero mess, zero disruption. - The same patience and lack of ego from the doorbell project carried over.
