Satellite entertainment is great. They have installed several entertainment systems for me and clients. He set up a universal remote system that controls my receiver, tv, DVD, Apple TV box, cd and network connections. They also set up my wifi for my home and guest house. Now my guests can watch tv, surf the Internet and what is really great, they can use the wifi repeater for printing to my printer in the house and the air print feature on iPhone. He carries a van load of parts with him. Telephone, network wiring, Ethernet switches, dish satellite installation and repair, cable TV repair too. He is your one-stop-shop for all you network, Entertainment center and satellite needs.

Let me tell you that Nojan is da man! We redid our family room and moved the location of our tv to our new built-in cabinets. I needed the satellite cable rerouted and brought through the wall and also wanted all the cables from the satellite box and Xbox fished through the wall from the cabinet so they wouldn't show. I asked him if he was able to run an Ethernet cable from my router in the front of the house into my crawl space and into back room for the tv. "No problem!" He asks me if I wanted an Ethernet switch so that I can also have it hooked up to the Xbox. Hell yes! He had the switch in his truck already, along with the coax and Ethernet cable and connections. 1 cable for 2 different devices, who would've thunk it. After several days with this setup l have to say EVERYONE SHOULD GET THIS DONE FOR INFINITELY BETTER NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME VIDEO AND GAMING. No more wonky WiFi delays and buffering. Highest definition streaming videos. According to my son, online gaming lag disappears. Nojan has been doing this for 30+ years. He's nice. He's polite. He's tidy. He did everything I asked for and offered upgrades to things I didn't know existed. And his prices are beyond reasonable. $$$ :) read more

Nojan did 3 jobs for me. First at our office, he completely installed, wired and recommended a creative installation for our multimedia including 2 projectors from our 30ft ceiling and 10'x7' screens and pro audio system. Then he set up our home entertainment room as well. There were complications with the layout of the beams in our house but stuck to the labor quoted. Very good and ethical businessman. read more

Had him hang a TV over my fireplace, put the tivo, apple tv, etc in the room behind the fireplace, run cables under the house and so on. He worked pretty damn hard and he checked with me many stages along the way to show me options I had at that juncture. Price very reasonable, very happy with this work. read more

Absolute professional fast response only person who could fix my satellite dish. They came right away to help me repair and move my dish. I'm super impressed and will never use anyone else..my own cable company couldn't come and fix dish and gave me a three week out appointment (Direct TV) poor service from direct TV and on a hot 108 degree day kids really want a TV I am so grateful for this company saved the day BRAVO! We were very pleased with Nojan's service to hook up our home sound bar and speakers. He is dependable, letting us know when he would arrive, and reliable. He is also very patient as it took extra time to hook up our system. Nojan troubleshooted our system, and was able to get it working perfectly. I have never answered any of them, as I have been satified with the AT&T Internet service. Tonight during dinner time (~18:45) two Spectrum representative came to my house. They did not ring the bell, but loudly knocked on my door. I told them they had interrupted my dinner, and I was not interested in any door-to-door sales. I told them to leave, but they continued to talk about their offers, asking what time they could return, etc. I told them again that I had no interest in their products, and that they should leave. After a few minutes, I noticed they were still on my door step. I opened the door again and told them they were violating the dinner hour, which is of value to my family. My wife and I have worked hard for what we have, and our dinner time is one of the few periods of the day we can relax together. I told them that such practices are not welcome and make it difficult to defend capitalism. They continued to try to make offers, and I had to order them off my property. This type of activity makes a poor impression on anyone of even moderate sensability. I cannot see why Spectrum allows it. In Germany, even if door-to-door sales are legal, it is heavily frowned upon societally during dinner time, and companies have been warned about the negative effects of such practices. After reviewing proposals by the other two bidders, I could already tell that the other two were both lacking in terms of product knowledge and creativity. Don, however, spent time asking questions about exactly what our vision of the perfect home was (relative to internet, music, security and all) and how we spent our time on each low volt supported time of service. Only after that did he begin proposing ideas and then he put forward his fairest price. We did a major renovation and had the opportunity to pre-wire and our goal was lightning fast internet capability in every corner of the house as well as music and security camera zones that were well thought out as well. We got all of this and more from Don and his outstanding team. Henry and Ishmail were excellent installers and consultants and were so courteous and helpful that we miss their visits. The highlight for me, other than the outstanding service we received, was that they helped me for the first time in my life get a truly universal remote (including Apple TV and everything else). I used to always have just one system or function not perform via previous universal remotes, but we now have everything very nicely on one remote, including our Apple and all other devices. Further, we can control all cameras and music with ease on our phones. Lastly, Don has gotten right back to us on all subsequent questions and special requests...thank you!

Every place I contacted either told me they couldn't help or wanted me to replace the entire unit. Star Service 88 was the first company willing to actually diagnose the problem instead of giving up. The technician took the time to remove my head unit, completely disassemble it, find the issue, and repair it. The owner personally installed surveillance camera in my house. He did install 8 cameras and 2 monitors. He did an excellent job, fast and clean. It took him one full day to install all. He gave me some advises on which best product and brand to use. After 3 years, everything is still working perfect. We moved so we had installation kings come out again to mount our TVs. After doing the intake over…read morethe phone, the technician came out and we were told there would be additional charges for what we wanted to do and that he did not do any drywall patching. The quote was then way more than what we were expecting so we didn't move forward with the work. We were then told they had a $75 cancellation fee - something we were never told over the phone. I've never had this happen before. Even with our other handyman, plumbers, etc. - if you can't do the work, you don't get paid for NOT doing the work. We were told that this would cover gas expenses - why take a job that is out of your network? They knew our address well before coming out. Also, some of our intake conversations were over text, so I wish we discussed the job over photos so they knew what we wanted to do in terms of the job and give us a proper quote. Just felt very scammy and weird after them asking for money without starting the job.

They had the tools needed to anchor the screen on to the wall to ensure it would stay level and secure. They used an anchor system they assured will hold onto the dry wall. For some odd reason we had metal plates that prevented us to attach it through the studs. These guys really helped us by figuring everything out. It's great that they had the extra tools and screws because the projector screen we ordered through another vendor arrived with missing pieces. These guys had to pieces needed and saved the day.
