They came at their appointment time and, since we had quite a bit of work, brought several employees. Each person knew just needed to be done and if there were options. Their work was done perfectly, they cleaned up, and their prices were very reasonable. read more

Overall, service was satisfactory. Leo was professional - came out on time and completed the work in a professional manner. I appreciated that he cleaned up after himself after his work. He maintained clear communication with me throughout the entire time he was onsite and explained what work was feasible versus not as well as provided alternative recommendations. There was no "upselling," so another star for that. Prices are for the most part reasonable. However, beware, they charge an upfront of $95 callout fee, which I was not informed about initially when I was scheduling the service appointment. The lack of transparency on this was the only part that left a bit of a sour note for me. I'd use their service again though. read more

Very professional, fast and reasonable service. Got locked out of my home and the tech Jeff came to the rescue in less than 30 min. Opened the door fast and I was back in read more

Excellent service. Did not oversell, did the job professionally and easy to communicate with.

We recently had gate and door entry systems installed by Lion Security at our home in Venice Beach CA. At our main entrance gate we had a DoorBird D1101KV unit installed, an Enforcer Keypad at our secondary gate (both with electric Strikes) and an Emtek touch entry unit for our front door. Lion Security were great to deal with - responsive and helpful. Our installer Diego however was truly exceptional. Knowledgeable, always available, quick and his work was of a very high standard. In running cable and cutting drywall he kept needed repairs to a minimum. The entry systems we chose were not cheap - especially the DoorBird - but we needed the ability to, for example, let people in remotely. We have had the systems for over a month now and they have worked as advertised from day one. We could not be happier with them and cannot recommend Lion Security and particularly Diego more highly. read more

They did an amazing job. The tech Diego was very professional and the quality of the camera system is great. Thank you!

Leo is super professional and so is his team at Lion Security, they've taken care of me at my residential real estate property in Beverly Hills many times and now at my own home. They've installed doorknobs for me, security locks for the interior and exterior of my house and a beautiful DoorBird system for my new gates. Diego and Daniel were very professional and took excellent care of my house and me and making sure that I'm happy, Leo personally came to oversee everything and work in collaboration with my gate installers so everything looks perfect and is working properly. Leo even noticed something that I didn't to make sure my gate guys fixed it, that's how much he cares! Thank you guys so much! read more

After dealing with a poorly done job from another locksmith, I called Lion Security based on their Yelp reviews and was able to get an appointment the next day. Diego called ahead, arrived early, and was friendly and professional. He quickly fixed our gate, which had gone out of alignment due to settling, and worked cleanly and efficiently. We also needed an additional security plate, which he had in stock and painted to match. Pricing was fair and the work was high quality. Highly recommend Diego and Lion Security. read more

Diego showed up on time, and repaired and replaced two locks for me in an apartment I own and rent out, and then at my house later in the day to replace one of my locks. I appreciated that he tried to repair the problem locks first and was able to repair one, then replaced the other. He was professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! I would definitely call them again if I need anything, and would ask for Diego! I appreciated I was able to schedule this so easily and quickly too. read more

I had purchased locksets from a major hardware store and the screws were the wrong size. I was in a pinch and needed them installed ASAP because I was going out of town. Sent a request for quote, the experience was quick and easy. Spoke w/ Leo who provide a quote based on my needs and was great about coordinating with the realtor for scheduling the repairs with the technician. Repairs were very reasonably priced -- would definitely use them again. Had another great experience with this company. Company was super responsive. Diego and Daniel arrived and took care of the work, explained everything, ran us through how to use our new additions, described other options, answered all our questions and did all the work at a great price. I wouldn't trust another company with our home security. read more

Our old front door lock froze up in such a way that we couldn't lock it when we left the house -- emergency! Lion Security sent out locksmith Jeff that same day, and in less than an hour he had taken the whole lock apart, given the pieces the tender-loving-care they needed, and reassembled it all so that it was humming just like new. No costly brand-new lock pus installation needed! Excellent service! read more

We hired Lion Security to help us with our access system for our office. We needed to install door handles on newly installed french doors. I called, the lady on the phone was super nice and gave me a price range that sounded very fair. We scheduled the technicians for the next day. Jeff and Diego came - they were so professional. they worked swiftly, expertly, cleaned up the wood chips afterwards. TOP NOTCH. I'm going to buy new door handles for the rest of the property and call them back. AMAZING SERVICE. VERY FAIR PRICING. read more

Our mailbox key broke in the mailbox. It needed to be extracted and we needed new keys. We were able to make the appointment and the response time was good. A couple of days later two technicians came out and did the job quickly and efficiently. They were very professional. The charge was $95 total for the key extraction and two new keys. That is reasonable for anything on the west side of Los Angeles or Santa Monica. We would definitely use this company again. read more

I tried "everything" on my own, including a $15 Extractor Key Set from EBAY (it was missing the one tool I might have needed!). Finally, I called Lion. Thomas came ("roaring" (sorry, couldn't resist) ) out to the house and being the "MASTER" that he is, extracted the garage door key in less than two (2) minutes! Personable, friendly, and professional. Thank you! read more

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I reached out by sending a request to multiple businesses. The prices were pretty much the same across the board BUT Lion Security has a solid Yelp review history and they were also very quick to continue communication and get this work done for me. The young man that came by, I think his name was Leo, I could be wrong but he was VERY nice, explained the breakdown of charges and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He also did a little demo so I could throw away the old key. THANKS LION!!! Would definitely recommend. read more

Great service and top quality! Leo came over for a free consultation. Was very knowledgeable about security systems and recommended to upgrade the locks around the property and install new CCTV system. I recommend using him and his company for all of your security needs ! Will definitely recommend to everyone i know. read more

Such a nice professional business! I called a couple of locksmith services and got the run around (price quotes, rude staff, one man yelled at me saying he owned all the reseda locksmiths and that he didn't appreciate me price comparing ). Happily I decided to check reviews on Yelp! Lion had reviews from people saying they arrived promptly, were polite, wore masks and didn't price gauge and they didn't. The price given over the phone by Mia was what the two men charged. Mia explained the pricing to me in a patient professional manner such a nice change from the other companies I spoke to! Even with the service call fee it was still more than 25% less than the estimates who kept saying if we had professional locks it would be a additional fee. I recommend them to rekey locks (service I requested) and they didn't try to aggressively upsell nope the two men shoes me what rekeying was and the van with all the gear AND they wore masks without being asked! Great experience wish I'd called them first! read more

I also liked how Leo communicated through text so I was aware of every step. Highly recommend if you need any locks changed. read more
