Wouldn't give a real quote until the tech arrived. When I decide to go with another service called me and accused me of saying something I didn't. Their tech misunderstood. And when I told them I was going with another service provider passive aggressively said "I wish you would've told me" I was looking for quote of a specific service, provided photo of the said lock that needed to be serviced. Gave them my address and area so I could get a accurate quote. They couldn't give me that. They jumped at sending a tech out to my address when I never agreed to a service. read more

A contractor locked up my tenant's place way too well after finishing a repair job, and we didn't find that out until the tenant got home at 1 a.m. The key was inside. Yikes! Antonio answered my call right away, hustled over, and got the lock open quickly without damaging anything or making any loud noises. Very impressive. Antonio came on a Saturday night to help me fix the lock on my front door. The work he did was superb, making sure that the new lock he put in matches with what is already there. I have a old door / lock so the newer locks doesn't fit perfectly. But he made sure everyone looks and works perfect before he left. Now to be fair he's not the cheapest guy out there, so you if you are looking for bottom pricing and crappy work, he's not your guy. But if you are looking for quality work at very fair prices, this is the locksmith you want to call. read more

As a young woman, i felt that having a functioning key remote made me feel safer . Mr Jin came by and said that the battery was dead which i thought was very weird since he just made a brand new key 2 weeks ago?? Did he use an old battery? Or was there another underlying issue? I questioned him about this but he just kept saying it needs a new battery . He wouldn't show me what was wrong with the key, just kept going to his van to look at it and INSISTED it was the battery. It Still didnt add up to me ... Anyways he opened the key, replaced the battery and charged me $40 for his time and gas to come out to me. I thought that was CRAZY since the key was malfunctioning due to his own fault and he just replaced the battery?!!? I just paid him and then went on my way. At that moment, i knew that he lost my business moving forward. 3 weeks later my remote stops working AGAIN! I go to another locksmith and they opened up my key, showed me my remote and said that when mr. jin opened the key remote. He broke a small piece, the small piece missing promotes the battery to drain fast and/or is not allowing the battery to power the remote. They replaced the battery for me in the meantime and then recommended i get a whole new remote if the problem continues . TLDR: So I PAID THIS MAN OVER $250 FOR A BRAND NEW KEY THAT LASTED ME TWO WEEKS. HE DID NOT EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO INVESTIGATE WHY AND OVERCHARGED ME FOR A HALF-ASS JOB. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. NOW I NEED A WHOLE NEW KEY PROGRAMMED BECAUSE HE BROKE MY KEY & DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HES DOING

I was in a pickle, in need of a locksmith service and Kanin picked up my call the first time I called (4/5 did pick up my call but offered me no emergency service), asked me for my location, promptly messaged as he was on his way to let me know his whereabouts and boom - in less than 5 minutes I was able to get inside my car.
