I gave him a call as I'm out of town handling another one of my salons for the day -- I needed a locksmith to come and make keys for the store and while explaining why I had to have a locksmith come the owner cuts me off and tells me "they can go to any locksmith and it's cheaper why would you want to pay $60 for me to come out there?" I manage 6 stores in Los Angeles that would've been wonderful business for him that he has now lost out on. California law prevents me from having someone other than a manager do certain tasks on the clock that require driving. I would not recommend this business as he has zero customer service. He just gave me a call back as I typed this up to again have no customer service, refer to me as "dear" to try and belittle me into him being right and trying to win my business back. Customer service is your bread and butter - I have another locksmith on the way who waived his service fee due to Budget Locksmith not having an ounce of professionalism.
