I recently changed my door knob on my powder room and being a rookie on this, I installed it wrong and couldn't release the lock button from the outside. I contacted few and Mr. Lee is the first one who responded, his reviews were great and I was comfortable with his quote so I booked and boy, I'm so glad that I did. Not only Mr. Lee was courteous and respectful, he was very clean and efficient. My doorknob is pretty pricy ornate solid brass knob that I got from nostalgic hardware. I'm very grateful that he handled it with care. I have another door knob that needed bit of tweak and he took care of it with a ease. I'm already setting few projects in the future. Since I have a good (or bad in this case) habit of locking my car manually before leaving the car, I basically locked myself out. I managed to lock myself out of myself at 5:45am when I was attempting to go to the gym. There was no way for me to get inside, I was in my gym gear and all I had with me was my phone. I called a number of "24/7" locksmiths and no one else answered other than L&K and I'm happy they didn't. He answered the phone, asked me to text him my address and in less than 20mins he was at my place. He started with the least invasive ways to get in, but eventually had to drill one of the locks - not a problem though because he promptly repaired/replaced it afterwards and even vacuumed up! LOL i accidentally locked my bathroom door and called L&K Locksmith. What I thought would take hours was solved in a minute after I sent a picture of the lock via Yelp and called them to check their email that Yelp sent.
