So grateful to Vincent and York Lock & Key for providing top notch and personable service! We had a deadbolt that needed to be completely replaced, along with a front door rekey that was previously poorly done by someone else. First, they assessed our needs and realized our specific hardware needed to be special ordered but it came earlier than expected! The job was completed swiftly and efficiently-- paying special care to the alignment. Vincent was so communicative and transparent from start to finish. Gave me wholesome small town vibes in this crazy city! A man with integrity! Thank you for making us feel safe and secure! We know who to call (and recommend) for any and all future lock issues! read more

Vicente was so nice and easy to work with replacing my lost house keys. It was $4 each for basic ones. The designs he has on his wall are $7 each if you're into it as he has a few selections. Remember to call before coming as the hours on Yelp is not correct. I'm a neighbor and luckily the drive wasn't too far as I'm down the street and I always love the support a small business rather than the Home Depot down the road read more

Fantastic service with honest, helpful folk. They've helped me out with being locked out of the house (because I'm a genius), and duplicating house keys (so it doesn't happen again), and car keys with the fob (which is sometimes tricky). What more can you ask for? They're great! read more

My hero! The second I closed my door I realized I'd locked it without thinking. I looked up local locksmiths and Vincent immediately answered the phone, told me when he could come by (it was within an hour - he was on a job 20 minutes away), was affordable, and was incredibly friendly and sweet. I highly recommend giving him a call with any lock-related issue you have! read more

Kept calling to ask for help, and each time the guy hung up on me, I'm not sure if he's having a bad day, but the huge sigh he made before answering to my "hello good morning" should've been enough info for me to realize they're not in a helpful mood today. Way to do business. Update: Owner of the business reached out to me, there may have been a misunderstanding, seems as though the number on google maps may have been changed somehow. He let me know they'll contact google and switch the (877) area code number to their actual number. Really unfortunate I had to go through this, but I appreciate Him reaching out and making sure it doesn't happen to someone else. read more
