His professional lier! We called Alex back in October because of got locked out. He quoted me 80-125. When he arrived, he stated that we have high security lock and it required special tool to open and would be 125. I know nothing about door locks. He looks trustworthy and did a good job. Recently my next door neighbour got the same issue and I was more than happy to share Alex's number. As he told we have high security locks on our doors and Alex charge 125 to open it, she called him right away. At the door he said it would be $250 to open this lock! Some time later she told me about it and I still in despair over the fact that I recommended him. On next day we've called two different companies and sent them pictures of our "high security" locks to get a quote. Guess what??! Both places quoted us flat 75 and 90 $ to open it because the lock we have it's basic Home depot 25 dollars quickset!! If you reading this review after you hired him, I bet he charged you maximum he could. He's there only on one purpose to squeeze your pockets seeing you in trouble. Our doors had older locks so I want quite sure if we could install modern locks, but Alex was very communicative and worked with us to install smart locks on the doors. Very reasonable pricing and very pleasant to work with. If you look at the photos you can see one of the very very old locks that he was able to replace.
