We were locked out of our apartment and called around 8:30 AM on a Saturday and Michael responded that a technician would be over in around 15 minutes. 20 minutes later, no one showed and he responded to us saying he would be there himself. Another 20 minutes later, no show, and no one answered my two calls at first. To condense this story though, he finally arrived around 9:50 AM. He was apologetic and did finally arrive and efficiently get us into our apartment, and we're grateful for that. While the wait was excessive, the price and service he offered us evened things out. I do believe this was a one-time issue, as he knows what he's doing. I also do believe without the wait, this would have easily been a 5-star experience. read more

Came home on New Year's Day and realized once I got home, I left my keys inside my apartment and locked the door behind me when I left for the evening. Not the way I wanted to bring in 2024! After doing some Google searches and reviewing YELP, I stumbled across All Security Lock & Key. Within 30 minutes, Moshe was there to my rescue. What a stud! Working at 5AM on New Years! Moshe was very thorough on the phone regarding his quotes so there were no surprises when it came to costs. He was also very professional and was easy to hold a conversation with. I needed help with changing a lock at 7:43 AM so naturally used the Yelp feature to request a quote. Moshe was able to respond to me within that minute, and we were able to have a quick conversation via Yelp to facilitate him coming over to me to change my lock. He was able to provide a quick estimate on his ETA as well as the holistic price. Service was great, and he provided two spare keys with the lock change. I would recommend him for quick and reliable service. read more

A few weeks ago, I tripped on my welcome mat, badly bending my apartment key in the lock. I went to remove the bent key and accidentally broke the key off in the lock and I couldn't get it out. Great :/ I called this locksmith I used one before, 4 years ago. He was awesome then. So, He answered my call on this Sunday late afternoon. I could tell I was interrupting his dinner and family time. He asked for photos of the lock (I told him it was an unusual lock). He said he's be right over in 30 minutes: he made it in 20 minutes. He used tiny tools, extracted the bent key, made me a new key off my spare, and then lubricated the lock, which it needed. Awesome responsiveness and top quality service. This is twice now he's come to my rescue!! read more

Michael came out to replace our front door lock, however he managed to rekey it to work perfectly. We were pretty surprised as the lock was very old. Michael was extremely nice, super knowledgable and didn't charge us a fortune. He was prompt and even called us back when we first called and didn't leave a message. I highly recommend this business and Michael. There is a definite reason for all the great reviews, they are well deserved! read more

1. Great Price (I had Medeco high security dead bold, w/ broken key inside - I contacted seven different Locksmiths, to open the lock locksmiths quoted $280-300 or refuse to do it. I got same service from Micheal around half price. 2. Honest - he tried for almost half hour to take out the key and save the lock. Explained me the process. 3. Knowledgeable - He cut the lock in 5 minutes, other's said they will do it in an hour, said that that is hardest lock to open etc. And the most important a great guy :) read more

The rep seemed out of sorts. I wasnt requesting a lock, but a door handle and something to keep the door from slamming. He did have suggestions, and made a trip to the hardware store to get a door closer and a door handle. He quoted me $250 for 30 minutes to install the door closer, plus the cost of the closer - then he told me he was on his way back, and after an hour waiting I called him, and he wanted to schedule the install for the next day. Then another locksmith came out, and immediately knew that the door had a mechanism inside it, that just needed to be adjusted to fix the slamming door. So, while they may be good at unlocking doors, not so much on other door alterations. read more

I'm a very smart person. I say this to preface this story because you will think that I'm not a very smart person once you've heard it. So, am I the only person who didn't know that a little WD-40 can often fix an issue that you're having with your lock? *crickets* OK, so anyway...Michael came all the way out to "fix" my mailbox lock, only to discover that he could fix it with a quick spray. He REFUSED to charge me for it, and I literally had to force a little money in his hands before he left. What a genuinely wonderful person! I'm going to be sharing his contact info with all of my friends, and I will absolutely use him in the future for any of my locksmith needs (although next time, I'll try a little WD-40 first...). read more
