We were locked out of our apartment and called around 8:30 AM on a Saturday and Michael responded that a technician would be over in around 15 minutes. 20 minutes later, no one showed and he responded to us saying he would be there himself. Another 20 minutes later, no show, and no one answered my two calls at first. To condense this story though, he finally arrived around 9:50 AM. He was apologetic and did finally arrive and efficiently get us into our apartment, and we're grateful for that. While the wait was excessive, the price and service he offered us evened things out. A few weeks ago, I tripped on my welcome mat, badly bending my apartment key in the lock. I went to remove the bent key and accidentally broke the key off in the lock and I couldn't get it out. I could tell I was interrupting his dinner and family time. He asked for photos of the lock (I told him it was an unusual lock). He said he's be right over in 30 minutes: he made it in 20 minutes. 1. Great Price (I had Medeco high security dead bold, w/ broken key inside - I contacted seven different Locksmiths, to open the lock locksmiths quoted $280-300 or refuse to do it. The rep seemed out of sorts. I wasnt requesting a lock, but a door handle and something to keep the door from slamming. He did have suggestions, and made a trip to the hardware store to get a door closer and a door handle. He quoted me $250 for 30 minutes to install the door closer, plus the cost of the closer - then he told me he was on his way back, and after an hour waiting I called him, and he wanted to schedule the install for the next day. Then another locksmith came out, and immediately knew that the door had a mechanism inside it, that just needed to be adjusted to fix the slamming door. So, while they may be good at unlocking doors, not so much on other door alterations. read more

We were in desperate need to get inside and the door was unexpectedly locked at 9PM with a broken window. Moshe came after going back and forth between phone calls trying to help us over the phone first at no charge.
