Called this place yesterday as I locked myself out of my apartment. Quoted me $150-$180. Kid arrives and said it's $300 plus a $30 service fee. $150 x two because I had to locks to open. I (unfortunately) lock myself out of my apt at least once a year and I've never paid more than $150 to open both doors. He literally opened both doors in less than 30 seconds. I didn't argue with him on the price bc I was running late and just wanted to get on my way. Today was my third time using Good Lock over the last several years, this time to remove half a key that broke off in the front door lock. I was worried my whole lock set might need to be replaced.
