I was trapped out of my apartment this morning and my property manager refused to help as it was "tenant negligence" i started to panic looking for a locksmith because my dog was in my apartment I called to a couple other places that were quoting insane prices (over $200) and saying it wasn't a guarantee that they could get the lock open.... I called Shaoul to repair/replace a broken patio door deadbolt. I called him early in the afternoon and he was done in a couple of hours, even though the job turned out to be more complicated than expected. Shaoul found an issue with the original hardware installation that was causing keys to catch and stick (and eventually break the lock). What can I say about this service other than fantastic, fair, and honest. When I called Eric to come out and give me assistance, he was here in an hour. The lock I wanted opened was severely damaged and took a lot longer than expected to open it, BUT Eric did not try to up charge me for all of the extra time involved to get it opened.
