I was traveling in Santa Monica and mistakenly locked my rental car with the keys in the trunk. I submitted a Request a Quote to find a locksmith nearby, and Max quickly replied. He was able to get a locksmith sent out to me within 45 minutes. Aly was super professional and got us access to the car's trunk. From the call to getting the keys back, the total time was about an hour. This was great, especially since Max and Aly were very communicative, allowing me to do tourist things while waiting. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Max is awesome. If you're looking for a locksmith who is honest, professional, and a total expert, look no further. My mom's door handle was unlocked but jammed. We couldn't get into her place at all. Max was prompt in his response and came on time. He had to try and go in through the window instead of just breaking the door handle. After opening the window with no damage, he said, "Alright... adventure. I have to get my tools now."
