If you decide to use this service, I'd just suggest that you understand the pricing ahead of time. *** I reached out for a quote to unlock my front door after the smartlock motor had failed, but they didn't want to give me one until they got onsite. When I pressed for a ballpark estimate, they told me the price would start at $90. Seemed reasonable. The tech showed up 30 mins later, was very friendly, and managed to pick the lock in less than 5 minutes. Then he tells me the price is $380. When I referenced my initial quote they reduced the price to $222. I wish they had been a little more upfront about costs but with that aside, they were prompt and knowledgeable which I was very happy with.
