I accidentally locked my keys in my car, and they responded right away. They arrived quickly, were very friendly and professional, and had my car unlocked in just a few seconds. The whole process was fast, stress-free, and reasonably priced. They also do key cutting and programming for my car so Im definitely calling them again. read more

I needed a locksmith to help with the mailbox at my condo unit. I was looking around online to find one good trusted person to do it. I read some reviews about Mike at City One Locksmith and decided to call him. He was so nice, came and got the new lock replaced and even gave me three keys for the mailbox. It was just coincidence that I have two daughters and me so each one of us has one key to keep. He only took five minutes to get the new lock done like instantly. And also it was very nice of him to give me a discount. I wish I had Mike to help me with the front door locks a few months ago when I was locked out and the other guy insanely overcharged me for three locks. read more

Mike was very quick to respond and very courteous when he arrived. He was professional and efficient. Would certainly recommend or call again if needed. read more

Response time was fast, Robert came out within 30 minutes during rush hour and drilled open a stuck deadbolt in just a few minutes. Very professional, friendly and fast. Thank you Mike and Robert read more

Called City One because the deadbolt on our security gate was sticking. Over the phone, Mike gave me a few things to try--which actually fixed the problem! He could have just as easily scheduled a visit and gotten paid for the advice, but he didn't. Really impressed. Integrity is hard to fine these days! read more

Highly recommend Mike! We needed our deadbolt replaced and re-keyed, and other locksmiths we called quoted much higher prices. Mike responded to calls/texts promptly, and was clear about the pricing. He even came early to the appointment and was in-and-out within 15 minutes. If only all Yelp services could be like this straightforward, fair, and high quality! I actually accidentally gave him the wrong key to sync the lock to, so he had to re-code with the correct key, but he was gracious about it. Overall great customer service and will definitely use his services again if I ever have any future issues! read more

One of the businesses I run was broken into the evening before I called City One Locksmith. Multiple items were stolen, including our set of keys to the building, thus it was vital to have all of our locks updated as soon as possible to avoid another situation. City One Locksmith was the first locksmith I called, and I do not regret choosing them. Believe the 5 star reviews and call now! Mike was professional, timely, smart, and all of the qualities of you desire when dealing with an untimely and difficult situation such as this. He did his best to keep our costs down and took time to discuss with me ways of which we could further secure our business from breaking & entering and theft again. I hope we don't have this happen again, but needless to say, I know exactly who to call! read more

Had Mike come and rekey a lock in my house. He answered right away and was able to come that day. He keyed the lock in less than 20 minutes. Great service, very happy, will definitely use him again if needed. read more

Locksmiths vary in quality and ability. I've had to use some before that promise to be here at a certain time and we're off by hours. I've also had situations where someone gave me a quote on the phone and then when they arrived suddenly there was an extra Sunday charge or late night fee or something that they sprung on me and I didn't want to wait for another hour to find another locksmith so I just paid it. These guys though are legit. They quoted a 35 minute arrival and they got here at the 35 minute mark on the dot. The price was exactly what they quoted and the service was fast and professional. They will be my default locksmith from here on out! read more

These guys saved my butt. The dog accidentally locked me out on a balcony. They were there in about 15 minutes. Thank you.

This company had great reviews, so I gave them a try when I locked myself out of my house while having work done on my gas line. It was a simple lockout on a doorknob lock. He showed up within fifteen minutes, and had the door open very quickly. I'm very satisfied. (It cost $125 for the one lock, I have no idea if that's a good price or not, but it's not much more than a similar job cost me before COVID price jumps) read more

I'm writing this review literally 5 mins after Mike left because he was so wonderful and City One Locksmith really came through during an emergency. My friend needed urgent help opening his car door. Thank you guys so much. I'd refer anybody to this place. read more

I am going to keep this review short and sweet because that was the type of service that Mike and Steve gave me. Had a resident locked out of their unit, called Mike for a quote, and 20 minutes later Steve showed up ready to assist. Steve was in and out in less than two minutes. Great, efficient, professional, and now my go-to if I ever need a locksmith. Thanks Mike! read more

Excellent craftsmanship, speed, value and customer service. So glad I stumbled across Mike and City One. Only place I'll go. Thanks again!

Fantastic experience. Mike picked up the phone, found the lock we needed, gave me a fair price, and checked in an hour before arrival, as he said he would. He replaced the lock in no time, and the new one looks great. Not only is Mike a consummate professional, but also pleasant and down to earth. City One has our business indefinitely. read more
