Rueben and his helper was great. My security camera monitor completely stopped working due to a WiFi outage/ power outage in my area. I tried disconnecting the power from the outlet monitor and switching the hdmi ports to see if that would solve the issue and also check all my security connections to the BVR and back to no avail the monitor didn't work. Had a situation with my system that needed urgent attention. While I was able to get the situation handled on my own, the guys from Three Factor showed up at my facility to discuss my situation and help get me right. While I cant speak for everyones interaction, they are stand up guys with an understanding work ethic.
