There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.

I had just purchased a new-to-me, but old, house, and I wanted to get ethernet in every room, with cameras on all the angles I care about, and a couple extras for potential future projects. I have my own network gear, but I didn't want to do the runs myself. Harout, Sevak, and Victor were great. They answered my inquiry quickly, came out to inspect (with 2 people), gave me an immediate quote, and walked through their estimation about how'd they'd do it. I got multiple other quotes for the same job. Secure Sight was not the cheapest, but it had the greatest value, and the job was amazing. Harout replied to every inquiry very quickly. They took 4 days for my run, and it was not an easy job -- my house is on a hill and it is difficult to do the runs I requested. I was amazed at the minimal amount of holes they needed to do to actually fish everything up, and they did it better than I could have imagined -- making the holes on the outside in invisible places, covered by color-matched covers. They even talked me through potential other places to mount things to prevent extra holes in my drywall. They went above and beyond and told me that they noticed I may not have a suitable coax cable wired to my house for cable internet, and helped me talk through the tech that arrived to do the coax run in a way that would minimize anything visible on the house, and even helped the tech run the coax in. Amazing job, would recommend for anything you need here -- I was familiar with the gear I wanted exactly, and they respected it and hooked everything up. They are also knowledgeable about the gear if you aren't and would be familiar enough to walk you through it. If anything is amiss, Harout personally takes it upon himself to make sure it's perfect, even after the job is done.

As former PBX operator, agents have excellent "how to speak with customers training". Monthly fee and initiation fee is expensive, but I find they repond within 20 seconds? The two piece system: You speak through a daily charged unit, and wear a bracelet or pendant. No phone required for the most expensive wireless unit. Take both with you when running errands. Pros: Immediate response when button or fall detection is triggered day or night. And I'm clumsy so they check in with me every few days. Cons: My pendants low battery has been replaced 3 times over the past year at a cost of $20 delivery fee each time to get my replacement. Website quotes 18 months, yet I've had to send the pendant back to them and get a replacement at least twice over my first year. Pendant has a 3V, not buttoncell type battery.

The first time he came with his assistant Oscar to work on the cameras. The two of them worked together on a really hot day, and they got all the cameras installed exactly where I wanted them to be. We discovered however, that the WiFi Modem/Router I had was not pushing the signal far enough. David suggested that I purchase a Wire Mesh Router called an Eero, which would increase the signal to all the cameras. At his recommendation, I purchased the Eero but ran into problems when connecting it all up. But David was right there to help me. Since I also needed some electrical work in my garage, David came out again and diagnosed the problem and created the solution. He then went to work on my Reolink network and saw that I had incorrectly connected the Eero. Once that was connected, it all seemed to be working fine. I would hire David again in a heartbeat and would recommend to others that they do the same. David AV has five star reviews for a reason: it's deserved!
