The two technicians assigned to do the installation, Felix and Larry, were very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with. They knew what they were doing and it showed in the quality of their work. What I was particularly impressed with was their ability to come up with creative solutions for the wiring of both the intercom and the elevator keypad. Some vendors we contacted were reluctant to bid on the project because of the challenges involved, especially with the elevator keypad installation. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers.
