The first time he came with his assistant Oscar to work on the cameras. The two of them worked together on a really hot day, and they got all the cameras installed exactly where I wanted them to be. We discovered however, that the WiFi Modem/Router I had was not pushing the signal far enough. David suggested that I purchase a Wire Mesh Router called an Eero, which would increase the signal to all the cameras. At his recommendation, I purchased the Eero but ran into problems when connecting it all up. But David was right there to help me. Since I also needed some electrical work in my garage, David came out again and diagnosed the problem and created the solution. He then went to work on my Reolink network and saw that I had incorrectly connected the Eero. Once that was connected, it all seemed to be working fine. Spectrum will only do the work if you're going to attach a Spectrum piece of equipment to the line. So I got them to install a modem, but I wanted ports installed in other rooms as well. That's where Total Home WiFi came in. Adam and Chris did a walkthrough, and after discussing the options, they gave a fair quote. They did the work in one day, installing ports in four rooms, and two WiFi booster hubs at the ends of the house. They also set up security cameras on the outside of the property. When I was having issues with the security system, they came back to address the problem, even offering me free equipment for the inconvenience. Everything works great now.
