Mark made himself available on New Year's Day! He helped me configure internet packages for my tv. He was extremely thorough and answered all of my questions. I'm not good with technology and he made things so simple to understand. He discussed the pros and cons of using different services. I went to him because I'm spending way too much to watch DIRECTV through my AT&T bundle. Based on his advice, I will be taking some of his suggestions and I will be making the necessary changes to spend a lot less money on my internet needs in 2026! read more

Alonso Audio Solutions - Really quick home tv mount job - Home Theatre Installation Near Me - Burbank, California

I bought a house that Mark had prewired for distributed home audio so, after we closed on the house, I called Mark and had him come out to set up my home theater and upgrade my speakers. He also installed our Ring cameras, did our home networking and mounted all my TV's. Yes, Mark's rates are fair and he does great work, with all the wires nice and neat and tucked away out of sight. But honestly, Mark deserves the Nobel Peace Prize or some kind of award for excellence in patience, or SOMETHING. He was so responsive in answering all of my (probably dumb) questions and he came back multiple times to troubleshoot and customize things to my liking. He's really a master of communication and I appreciate that (almost as much as I appreciate my super fast wifi and my bangin' Sonance sound system with the Samsung Frame TV he expertly mounted above my fireplace). Thanks, Mark! read more

Alonso Audio Solutions - Samsung Frame TV with in ceiling Sonance speakers - Home Theatre Installation Near Me - Burbank, California

He came out to provide an estimate to set up my whole home audio. I have in ceiling speakers throughout my home. I asked about using my rear in ceiling speakers with a Sonos amp in conjunction with my Sonos arc so I wouldn't have to buy a new Av reciever. He said he wouldn't do this because he didn't know how it would work to have a 5.1 through two separate Sonos systems even though this is something that Sonos supports. Basically refused to take the job and wanted me to pay for a consultation see if I wanted to modify his proposal For an audio solution company he's not knowledgeable about Sonos products. I was able to get this working on my own so it wasn't hard. read more

I was recommended Mark by a friend and he did not disappoint! Mark was able to mount my Samsung Frame TV super quickly and efficiently. Mark is the best of the best. I have worked with Alonso Audio Solutions on two projects and i would hire Mark again. AAS, LLC did a great job installing my exterior Antop antenna aprox 5 years ago. I still love it, it has never given me any problems. I was concerned due to the fact that i live in a high wind area. So naturally i called Mark again when i needed another install, this time it was a camera/security project involving fiber optics. Everything went great and Mark's wire work is very clean. Mark is skilled in his profession, honest and was very patient explaining things to me. Thanks Mark ! read more

Mark did an amazing job setting up our in ceiling speakers and wiring my office for internet. Nice guy and good pricing.

Mark and his team installed an outdoor speaker system for my yard (episode landscape speakers with buried wires connecting back to my house!) He spent lots of time planning it with me on the front end before I even gave him the job. After receiving multiple quotes, he had the best mix of great price and expertise. The final product turned out great - beautiful sound and beautiful aesthetic to the speakers. in regards to working with him, he was pleasant, respectful, and flexible with time. I plan to use him again in the future read more

I called Mark at Alonso Audio and they were very responsive. He and his associate Dane both came way out of their regular area to install an antenna, set up and mount a new TV. They went the extra mile to check all the random wires and cables coming from my roof. They also stayed late into the night to finish the job. They were nice, polite and professional. On top of all that they were VERY reasonably priced. I have another project that I'm planning and will definitely use them again! read more

We moved to SoCal recently and needed IT , security and Media assistance during our new home remodel. Marc was recommended by our contractor who had retained him on earlier projects successfully. Marc was very responsive to our needs, making several recommendations / options and explaining the pros and cons of each. He was excellent in his honesty about the cost differentials and what value each provided. Once decided, he was able to get the work done in a timely manner. I was impressed with his open communications, willingness to make some alterations during the install and his fairness in pricing the "extra" work. Needless to say, the install was successful and on time. Marc even made a followup visit weeks later to be sure we clearly understood the systems operations and offered tips for further customization. We highly recommend Alonso Audio! read more

This review is long overdue. Simply put, Mark and his team have an done an amazing job!!!! I've had Mark do a couple of different jobs at my house, from home networking to home audio. Every time, Mark has knocked it out of the park!! He's very knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and always cleans up after the job his done. The other great thing about Mark is that he's very approachable in that he's open to ideas - meaning its not his way or the highway. He wants to make sure you get what you want and you are happy. Lastly, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that Mark stands behind his work meaning if you need him to look or fix something, he's there no questions asked and likely free of charge. Bottom line if you are looking for home audio, automation, networking, cameras, etc, look no further than Alonso Audio Solutions!!! Thank you Mark!!! read more

Mark came promptly, reviewed, updated and corrected a number of items. also provided good advice on what to upgrade and what not to - can definitely tell he is focused on a long term relationship as opposed to making as much money on one visit - will use again as my primary go to for Control4 read more

Mark at Alonso Audio Solutions was absolutely amazing! I'm going to start this review by saying that I've never written a review on Yelp in my life. For years, I was the user in the background and read reviews but never felt like my voice would be useful. That said, my experience with Mark has changed my old ways. I don't mean to sound cheesy, but I haven't had such great customer service for such a long time that I almost forgot how much it meant when it was done with such care and enthusiasm. I randomly reached out to Mark this last Saturday morning because my home unit and receiver were broken. I was in a rough spot because I was having an important social dinner party that evening and I really wanted to make use of my home speakers and music collection! Mark dropped what he was doing(on Saturday, the weekend) and arrived quickly and prepared. He "troubleshooted" the situation and ended up installing a new unit right then and there! I couldn't believe he had all the materials with him in his car ready for plug in! The whole visit was only an hour and half or so... I couldn't believe it! He left with music bumpin and solved my issue just in time for the big party... The music is still bumping to this day and it was one of the best nights of the year. Thanks Mark and looking forward to having you back soon... -Steve H. in Pasadena. read more

We made the decision to cut the cable ties. Went old school antenna and free TV. Mark came out explained everything in detail and put up the antenna on the roof and hooked up 5 TVs. Picture looks great! Mark came out a second time to make sure we were still getting the clearest possible signal. He even moved the antenna because he wasn't happy with the quality of the signal. We couldn't be happier with the personal service Mark provides!!! Thank you!!!! read more

I originally used Alonson back in August 2017 and recalled Marc doing an excellent job. So when our tv died and we purchased a new one, I first thought of Marc since he did a great job originally mounting our tv in 2017. I contacted that afternoon and he was able to come over that evening. Provided me with an estimate based on him not having to drill for the new tv. When he arrived he we realized the tv needed different screws, he left and when and got them and came back. He mounted our new tv. In addition, we had a little minor shelf problem that needed better screws and he took care of that as well. Marc does an excellent job with installing and his prices are his prices. I will definitely be using his service again. read more

Mark & Chai changed out the router and extended my wifi range by adding access points so now I get speed lightning fast internet throughout my 2000 sq ft house, in all rooms ...even the back yard !! Also had them install a doorbell onto my stucco wall (which looks & works amazing) ....Mark & his assisrant were also kind enough to help me out with some exterior electrical work that I was attempting to do on my own...
