He came out to provide an estimate to set up my whole home audio. I have in ceiling speakers throughout my home. I asked about using my rear in ceiling speakers with a Sonos amp in conjunction with my Sonos arc so I wouldn't have to buy a new Av reciever. He said he wouldn't do this because he didn't know how it would work to have a 5.1 through two separate Sonos systems even though this is something that Sonos supports. Basically refused to take the job and wanted me to pay for a consultation see if I wanted to modify his proposal For an audio solution company he's not knowledgeable about Sonos products. For years, I was the user in the background and read reviews but never felt like my voice would be useful. That said, my experience with Mark has changed my old ways. I don't mean to sound cheesy, but I haven't had such great customer service for such a long time that I almost forgot how much it meant when it was done with such care and enthusiasm. I randomly reached out to Mark this last Saturday morning because my home unit and receiver were broken. I was in a rough spot because I was having an important social dinner party that evening and I really wanted to make use of my home speakers and music collection! Mark dropped what he was doing(on Saturday, the weekend) and arrived quickly and prepared. He "troubleshooted" the situation and ended up installing a new unit right then and there! I originally used Alonson back in August 2017 and recalled Marc doing an excellent job. So when our tv died and we purchased a new one, I first thought of Marc since he did a great job originally mounting our tv in 2017. I contacted that afternoon and he was able to come over that evening. Provided me with an estimate based on him not having to drill for the new tv. When he arrived he we realized the tv needed different screws, he left and when and got them and came back. He mounted our new tv. In addition, we had a little minor shelf problem that needed better screws and he took care of that as well. Marc does an excellent job with installing and his prices are his prices. Mark & Chai changed out the router and extended my wifi range by adding access points so now I get speed lightning fast internet throughout my 2000 sq ft house, in all rooms ...even the back yard !!
