The first time he came with his assistant Oscar to work on the cameras. The two of them worked together on a really hot day, and they got all the cameras installed exactly where I wanted them to be. We discovered however, that the WiFi Modem/Router I had was not pushing the signal far enough. David suggested that I purchase a Wire Mesh Router called an Eero, which would increase the signal to all the cameras. At his recommendation, I purchased the Eero but ran into problems when connecting it all up. But David was right there to help me. Since I also needed some electrical work in my garage, David came out again and diagnosed the problem and created the solution. He then went to work on my Reolink network and saw that I had incorrectly connected the Eero. Once that was connected, it all seemed to be working fine. I would hire David again in a heartbeat and would recommend to others that they do the same. David AV has five star reviews for a reason: it's deserved! Both Karim and his partner, Antonio, were professional, courteous and had deep knowledge and experience with TVs, mounting and related areas. They quickly assessed our requirements and made some great recommendations for our final setup. We had them install our new OLED as well as relocate an exiting 75" TV to another room. They were extremely careful with the handling of the TVs and placed the appropriate protective material over dressers and other furniture. Even though it was late in the afternoon, they took their time and did not rush their work. In the end, the installations and all of the connections to our sound systems were perfect. Shlomi offered to "private escort" our TVs, which included removing all four of them for the cost of what it would have run us for movers' insurance and boxes. He removed them all extremely quickly, drove them to our new house, and installed them on the walls before we even moved in, all for a super fair price. Shlomi is a really nice, chill guy, he's fully insured, and he's an electrician, so he does a lot of other services. We are definitely going to have him do some other things in our home. He could have just done it his way from the start, but he respected that I had a plan and earned his way into changing it. - The result looks exactly like the Frame is supposed to look: flush, clean, like art on the wall. On installation day, the technician arrived late without any meaningful communication, and the overall process felt rushed from the start. The installation itself lacked attention to detail. The TV ended up slightly crooked, the mount wasn't positioned at the ideal viewing angle despite our earlier discussion, and the cables were left exposed instead of being neatly concealed as we had expected. There was little effort to ensure everything looked clean or professionally finished. To make matters worse, the technician hurried through the job and left without properly explaining the setup or checking that everything was working correctly. We had to spend additional time adjusting the TV ourselves and eventually hire another installer to fix several issues. Considering the cost and the value of our television, this experience was extremely disappointing. I expected a professional installation with careful workmanship, but instead received poor service and unnecessary stress. Based on my experience, I would not recommend piXL America.
