The perfect size for my coffee thermos and lunch. Jacky checked me in, and accommodated my daughter as well. She took initiative to get us what we needed. I so appreciate her positivity and willingness to help. DTLA Broadway may be a little funky, and the store was busy, but I would definitely recommend it and Jacky! I love T-Mobile Tuesdays but the giveaways run out fast! I was still very impressed with the service I received this past week when I walked in to inquire on the free T-Mobile flashlight. The T-Mobile associate I spoke to was very professional and could have easily said the store had run out. Yet, he didn't and explained the situation to me and advised me on how quickly these types of freebies ran out not to mention how popular. Apparently there were long lines to get the free flashlight which were quite small! I've been with Sprint for 20 years so I feel comfortable knowing that I will not be in good hands with T-Mobile. read more

T-Mobile. I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 2 years now. And within the last few months, I have not been able to log into my account. Uh, because he keeps asking me for my phone number so they can I guess send me some sort of code. Um, I no longer have T-Mobile under my phone, but my other family does. And with that said, I'm the one that pays. For the monthly bill. I'm also the one that was credit check was run. For them to open up the account with the lines. So today I called T-Mobile to find out if my account is still open because I received a statement saying that my account was gonna be closed and I guess they closed it. Oh, I gotta say that this is a poor business. How do they perform and just close somebody's account just like that? Well, I guess I'm glad that I no longer have T-Mobile. And not obligated to pay any bills within the more because this is pathetic. On Harvey. Perform their business. And Needless to say that. Their customer service is not local meaning in the United States, it's UH outsourced to the Philippines and the majority of the. Customer service folks on the other end are answering you from the Philippines, so there's a little communication barrier when you have to talk to them. As well. So T-Mobile needs to revisit that area if they wanna follow any advice or if they do care about the customer service that there are being outsourced out of the United States to the Philippines. read more

T-Mobile on MLK Blvd in LA treated my daughter horrible. I called into Cust service to file a claim for her broken phone. they sent me to the warranty dept because it wasn't an insurance claim. Warranty mailed a replacement to the store. we waited 2 days and no one called or text as they stated to say it was there. When she went to complete the exchange they wouldn't give her the phone because they said it's an insurance claim and not a warranty because the phone was damaged. There IS No physical dmg to the phone, it isn't even a scratch on it. She called me and they would barely speak to me so I called Cust service who tried contacting them but apparently the landlines in the store don't work. Cust service asked them to call in and they said no they don't do that. The refused to get back on the phone with me and left my daughter crying standing in the middle of the store and wouldn't come back to help her but watched her from across the room laughing and talking to each other. She left w/o a phone. I will never recommend going to this location unless you are purchasing a phone, if you go for any other reason they don't care to deal with you. read more

There's always an issue with the employees here. The employees are rude and super lazy they don't want to do their job. They discriminate you if they they think your no Mexican enough, first time I went to my bill there was a rude manager which he's no longer there. And a Mexican girl with highlights who was extremely rude and made awful comments that make you angry if your not . She's no longer there yay! But right last time I went to pay my bill and discuss my bill and the dude wanted to overcharge me. I had more than enough but I hate peoples trying to rip me off cause they don't like me, which I don't care if they don't like me , just don't fuck me over bitch. So I paid what the website said , which was correct. But they the employees don't take the initiative to take extras steps to contact headquarters to take extra steps to Make your life easier. No if your no smart, these bitches expect you to take the initiative. But let's said you setup something with them , later they will charge you extra cause they want , out of no where extra fees not expected , you have no choice to pay or your fucked . I switched T-Mobile account from postpaid to prepaid in September. I paid for September service for both accounts and they still send me another bill for September with late fee. I called and they promised to have managers to look into these fees, but instead sent it to collection. I paid collection fees and they promised that they won't send me anymore bills for the old account but 5 days later I get another late fee bill for the account I don't use since September. It seems that T-Mobile believes I have to pay for 2 phone accounts for the same number. No one cares, they don't make any sense. They care only for mone. Also, to switch my accounts it took me one hour waiting on hold. read more

T mobile money is a fraud. They make their offers sound too good to be true. Once you use them to pay a bill, they steal the money back hours later. You have to pay the bill all over again or it's on your credit file. I got a phone call on my way to work, btw, T-Mobile money just trashed you. Grade F I don't know if they are connected with cash express or not. That is one bill I was sucked into to beat an eviction from a recovering addict who was the building manager at the time who kept stealing money and losing rent checks. I came into this store to try and get the Slick Deal that was available in select stores for the Fitbit Charge 2 HR for 50% off. The worker at the cash register referred me to David, who made a few phone calls and was willing to let me use my boyfriend's account since he had T-Mobile and I didn't after asking him permission over the phone. It seems like there are frequent transitions in the staff that work at T-Mobile stores. The most recent occasions I have visited this location, have been extremely positive. The staff were very helpful, and went above and beyond to address my questions, concerns, and problems. It was a huge difference from what I had experienced in the past, and one that I greatly appreciate. I visited that store with my friend to fix the pre-paid plan on her account. Worker Ulices was helped us and we were all done. After we sit down at the waiting corner at the customer table to call the Uber. While we were waiting (about 7-10 min) he walked to us with arrogance attitude and ask us to leave the store immediately. That was disrespectful like we are a piece of shit or homelesses people who was chilling out at the store for no reason. But we wasn't, we didn't have any drinks or food, and it wasn't any line for other customers (the store was empty actually). We wasn't noisy at all and didn't go against the store rules. Been a customer for many years with a family plan. Just upgraded to an Iphone 11. Bought it through the app... Easy right? They ship on the 11th then cut my sim card making my current 6s stop taking calls, "No Sim". No Cell reception for six days. Phone arrives and we sigh relief and do the set up. 24 hours later, still setting up. Call t-Mobile customer service, many times from house phone cause guess what? My cell has "No Sim". Been cut off from customer service twice now. One nice lady said my sim needed to be activated. Put me on hold but when she came back, I could hear her but she couldn't hear me. Waiting for third call back to talk to Human. Beginning to loath the friendly mail T-Moble voice. How many stars do you thing I want to give them now? I bought 12 phones here in one day. Came on a Saturday and it all started out well except they didn't have 2 of the phones I needed. So we agreed that I would come back on Monday and they'd pick up the phones for me. Now it's Monday and they only have 1 one of the phones. That's one WTF. So they tell me they can just have the other one shipped. I say sure as long as I'm not charged for shipping (that's the whole reason I'm buying in-store) and am told don't worry about it. He was a tall Bi-racial guy who just seemed very dismissive and uninterested in assisting me however I noticed he was fraternizing before I walked in so I assumed he would be eager to help but that wasn't the case. I spent over an hr at the store before witnessing the manager walk in for his shift. He seemed like he wanted to intervene and help but I didn't. I've been a customer with Sprint/Tmobile for over 5 years and never have experienced anything like this. They've even filled out my rebate form for me so that all I had to do was stick it in an envelope and drop it in the mail. I've always hated their Phone customer service and dreaded calling them. However, it is stores like this (and the one located in Irvine) that keep me a T-Mobile customer. I called 2 T-Mobile stores to ask about adding a line to my existing family plan. The other store wanted to charge me $30 for the sim card + activation - ridiculous! I spoke the Cecilia and noted that it was free to add a line online. She said no problem, come to the store and we'll waive the fee. I was greeted when I walked in and Cecilia immediately asked another rep, Edwin, to help us. He got everything I needed done (add a new line + activate + add an authorized user) in less than 10 minutes and with a smile..... AMAZING! Thank you Cecilia and Edwin! He was really friendly, knew a lot about the models, and I felt like he was being really genuine and honest. He would also greet everyone that walked in, as opposed to some of the other workers that would just yell "t-mobile!" He was really great and fun to chat with between him activating the phone for us. He even put on a screen protector too! I recommend you talk to him if you have any questions! (Parking is the worst there) Hugo helped me out as I was in there almost in tears because of fear that my pictures and contants were lost. He reassured me not to worry that he could do it and after 2 hours able to save my data to my new Note 4. I have officially had EVERY cell service provider out there and T-Mobile is my favorite. I travel internationally frequently and needed a service I was not getting gouged on fees with or constantly switching Sim cards. T-Mobile continues to please me. I've used this service all over Europe, UK and South America without any problems. Actually on a recent trip to South America I had better service than a colleague who had purchased a Sim card there. The WiFi calling and texting feature wins me over daily, I rarely am disconnected from my phone which is also how I work so I never have to miss a beat whether I'm on their plane or in the concrete jungle. The price is also insanely fair, so let me lay it out for you.... AT&T- $260 monthly...WORST PROVIDER, bills were always full of "miscellaneous fees" and the coverage is terrible in most of the world and primarily in Los Angeles where I live, terrible international plans. Verizon- $280-$300 monthly...loaded with hidden fees and terrible coverage, international plans are terrible. Sprint - $310 monthly.....no reception anywhere, terrible international plans. T-Mobile- $80 monthly...no hidden fees, AMAZING international coverage for NOTHING, international calls cheap, fantastic coverage in the states, WiFi call / text. read more

After constant receipt of itemized statements from Sprint well over and above the $59.99 advertised plan that I had subscribed to, with monthly statements running at $200 to $300 and rarely using my telephone, I closed my account and selected T-Mobile through www.wirefly.com and its comparison of best mobile phone carriers in my area for price and call reception. It has been twelve months since that time and T-Mobile has been by far the best mobile phone carrier I have used to date, getting great reception even way up in the mountains at Lake Tahoe and keeping true to the plan's advertised price! As for the new downtown Los Angeles retail location at 259 South Broadway, it is within walking distance from the Ronald Reagan state office building (SOB!!!), the Los Angeles Superior and Criminal Courts buildings, the Los Angeles Police Department as well as the United States Courthouse and City Hall. During my visit this Monday, December 8, 2008, the staff provided me with excellent customer service, options and suggestions for upgrades, taught me how to use the equipment, and truly gave me the "red carpet treatment." I was so happy with the outcome I upgraded my Samsung t629 to the new G1! This T-Mobile retail location is a great place for government workers in the area or for those in the Bunker Hill financial sector thinking of walking down the hill to the Grand Central Market for lunch and who might be on the market for a new cell phone.
