Last month I spent two hours on the phone and got my credits update and located my trade in phone. Now again this month no bill credit and I have to call the retention team again. I wish I could just get out of this contract and go to my old carrier I had for years. Now it will be another two hours on the phone. He/ she asked if i had the AT&T screen protector warranty and I said yes. Asked if I had the receipt. I have never been asked that. Who would have a receipt from several years ago. Are we that lazy we cannot look up the account details. No screen protectors in stock, asked if she was able to look up or check if a nearby AT&T store had one in stock and i was told she did not have that ability. Said, Have a nice day. I did not have a response for that and the employee said i was rude! Really, did your mother not teach you as a child if you don't have any pleasant to say, better not to say anything. I guess AT&T employees can be rude to customers! And get paid to sit around looking at their phone when customers walk into the store too

    This is seriously the WORST T-Mobile location. Go to literally any other one but this one. I've had…read moreso many problems with this location, from them being absolutely rude to just completely useless and unhelpful. Originally, a few years back, the problem started with needing to return a phone. Corporate had already given me the okay and told me to come to this location to return it. The manager flat-out refused to help me even though I literally had the corporate office on the phone with me right then and there telling him to accept the return so I could move forward with the issue I had. I ended up going to a different location, and it was taken care of with no issues. My SECOND issue with them was after my mom passed away. I went in and explained to the manager my mom had passed away and we were trying to get her phone plan canceled so it would stop billing my dad, and that my mom was the main person on the account. Once again, the manager REFUSED to help me, told me there was absolutely nothing he could do, and once again I had to go to a different location to get this taken care of. The THIRD issue I had was more of a silly one, but it's what led me to leave this review. My wife and I went in yesterday for the T-Mobile Tuesdays free gift. They were so rude, basically rolling their eyes at us, telling us they don't participate in it, and brushed us off like we were stupid. I don't know what the heck is up with this location, but I'll be sure to never waste my time with them again and just go to the Redlands location from now on, where they're actually nice, helpful, decent human beings.

    1 Star -- Check Your Bill VERY Carefully…read more We had an extremely frustrating experience here and feel taken advantage of. Our bill included accessories and add-ons that were never disclosed, never explained, and never authorized by us. These charges were quietly added without our knowledge, which is unacceptable. Pricing was not transparent, and by the time we noticed, the total was far higher than what we were verbally quoted. When we questioned the charges, there was no clear explanation or accountability -- just vague responses and no real resolution. This feels like a business model that relies on customers not paying close attention to their bill. If you go here, scrutinize every line item, ask questions upfront, and don't assume you're only being charged for what you agreed to. Overpriced, misleading, and stressful. We won't be returning, and I strongly advise others to be cautious. T-Mobile faces multiple allegations and lawsuits regarding overcharging, including hidden fees, unauthorized charges ("cramming"), and, recently, price hikes on older, "price-locked" plans.
