I initially spoke with Joseph and the manager (I didn't get his name) but they were very efficient in helping me solve my problem. Our bill included accessories and add-ons that were never disclosed, never explained, and never authorized by us. These charges were quietly added without our knowledge, which is unacceptable. He was knowledgeable about everything we needed help with and made what is usually a very stressful ordeal, about as pleasant as it could possibly be! Yesterday, we recently updated my son's iPhone to the 16 Pro Max. Before we returned his old iPhone, he transferred all the contacts, pictures and apps to his new phone. After speaking to the T-Mobile representative over the phone, they advised us to ship the old phone back for a discount on the new one. However, we knew that there was a nearby store. We arrived 15 minutes before the store closed and was assisted by a friendly employee. She got my information because I was the primary person on the account, showed her my ID. She processed the info as we returned my son's old iPhone. She handled the credit on our account and told us that it wasn't necessary to ship it back because she received it. We also had to change his SIM info on his new iPhone, which she happily did it. By this morning, I got notification from T-Mobile that we got the credit and that his SIM change was complete. We were satisfied with her quick service even at the last few minutes before the store closed. Now I call that customer service! read more

I generally am satisfied with the customer service with this store. I've had two terrible experiences with Robert. The initial experience I gave the benefit of the doubt, but after my experience today I'm certain that Robert needs training. Tmobile has done a disservice to its customers by having the store clerks utilize customers T-Life apps belonging to customers. Robert has done this two times now. He is okaying purchases and agreeing to changes to my plan without asking me, or having me verify. It happened first with two watches that I purchased and he agreed to the highest tier watch plan, unbeknownst to me and also saying that I was going to be receiving bill credits toward both watches which is not the case. Because they've made the app what is utilized in store it makes it appear as if I okayed these purchases and plan details, though Robert was the one navigating my app and agreeing to the terms. Which, would be fine if he explained any of it correctly, which he does not. He needs customer service training and he needs training on how he utilizes the app "for" customers. He has people agreeing to whatever he decides which isn't right. He is rude and will talk over you if you question him. Never been treated this way. It's shameful. read more

I used to love this location... most of the employees are friendly & try to be helpful....BUT, I was in five days ago and bought a protective screen for my Apple Watch......after a couple of days the protective screen started peeling......so today I was near T-Mobile..... I decided to stop and show them......and they proceeded to try and sell me a different protective screen......I said "I should get a credit because this screen didn't even last five days.... The young man Alonso' said he would ask the store manager.....The manager said I could exchange it for the same one....BUT they didn't have any in the store.....so that means I have to run around to different T-Mobile's to get a replacement screen.....somehow I don't think that's right.... I think you have 30 days to return a item......This is the second time this store sold me something that didn't work..... between the two items I'm out $50.00....so I'm probably not gonna be shopping here any longer.... I also purchased my iPhone 13 here last year.... But I moving on... I do not recommend this store.... read more

Veronica is so helpful and patient! I had two different devices to activate, pair and transfer all info. Also software updates on two devices. I am new to one device and she explained in detail how it works. One of my phones were old so it was time consuming to transfer my data. On pairing the Apple Watch my phone was giving issues but she was sure to figure it out. Even though overall was a long process with my devices and issues with the older devices she kept humble and determined. At the end I was very satisfied and accomplished the goal with her assistance. I'm giving this place one star because at least it was clean and the security guard opened the door for me. I came in here on 9/20 @ 1030am to find out what was wrong with my cell phone. When I walked in all the workers were literally laying down on the empty benches and talking about what there gonna have for lunch. "STEPHEN" approached me and acted like I was bothering him. He looked at my phone and told me I need to call my insurance. He didn't bother to get me the number or help out a old woman! Straight out lazy!!! Okay...so, I recently had a issue and experience with T-Mobile's Customer Service. To make a long story short, my T-Mobile router died on us a couple days ago and Customer Service told my wife and myself later, to go to our nearest store (which is in Redlands) to grab a new one (FREE of charge). And this is when the Redlands store interface kicks-in and why I'm giving this 5-STAR rating for. Basically, the T-Mobile rep (Kia) and her Manager (Charles) at that shift went above and beyond to get us (me and my wife) that router/signal extender we wanted. Initially we were told by the reps that we weren't able to get the device due to us being a few days late with our payment (which, I had set-it up a payment arrangement before hand). But, the T-Mobile reps at the store called their peeps and took care of biz. And when I say "took care of business", they really did! It was of tremendous help when they basically were on our side and the others over the phone were demolished (by the store Manager) due to their miscommunication to us previously. At the end of all this...it was NOT Free, and ended paying $25 bucks for a device that was really needed. That was okay since we were desperate and were going to have no service at home due to our low-dead signal. Yeah...the device we got ended up being a signal booster and NOT a router, as the previous one that died on us. Again, it was okay due to the fact that we are now saving money with our ISP (Spectrum). A++ This rating is really meant and directed to the grreat folks at the Redlands T-Mobile store. And we usually go to the Fontana one on the corner or Citrus/Foothill or any other one close by. I think we will now be going to the Redlands store from here on out! It was a good experience at the Redlands store and NOT a good over the phone (w/CS)...just a thought!!! read more

Crooks. First of all, they added insurance to the new phone I purchased without my permission. I agreed to nothing, I signed nothing. They also added two lines to my account for tablets I purchased without my permission. Nothing I agreed to, nothing I signed for. I had to find this out later and go through customer service to cancel. They also lied about the terms of a financing plan they work with. The terms turned out to be completely different. It actually feels fraudulent and I'm going to look into reporting this. I do not recommend doing any business with this store or company. read more

I bought a phone from the store on Redlands Boulevard. Stop charging after three months. Manufacture warranty is a year. Went back to the store a Redlands . was told it had water damage. It's never been near water and she was trying to tell me .if I had it in the bathroom any time it has water damage. So I guess we can't have it in the rain when we go outside .I went to both stores they refuse to take it back and honor the warranty told me that the charging port was part of the water damage ridiculous . The phone will still work but you have to hold the charging port sideways to get it to charge. so I'm out $150 lthey try to sell me another phone. I've heard from several other people that when you go back for warranty replacement did they tell everybody the same story water damage not happy with Metro Pcs will never go there again read more
