    Yesterday, we recently updated my son's iPhone to the 16 Pro Max. Before we returned his old iPhone, he transferred all the contacts, pictures and apps to his new phone. After speaking to the T-Mobile representative over the phone, they advised us to ship the old phone back for a discount on the new one. However, we knew that there was a nearby store. We arrived 15 minutes before the store closed and was assisted by a friendly employee. She got my information because I was the primary person on the account, showed her my ID. She processed the info as we returned my son's old iPhone. She handled the credit on our account and told us that it wasn't necessary to ship it back because she received it. We also had to change his SIM info on his new iPhone, which she happily did it. By this morning, I got notification from T-Mobile that we got the credit and that his SIM change was complete. We were satisfied with her quick service even at the last few minutes before the store closed. Now I call that customer service!

    I used to love this location... most of the employees are friendly & try to be helpful....BUT, I was in five days ago and bought a protective screen for my Apple Watch......after a couple of days the protective screen started peeling......so today I was near T-Mobile..... I decided to stop and show them......and they proceeded to try and sell me a different protective screen......I said "I should get a credit because this screen didn't even last five days.... The young man Alonso' said he would ask the store manager.....The manager said I could exchange it for the same one....BUT they didn't have any in the store.....so that means I have to run around to different T-Mobile's to get a replacement screen.....somehow I don't think that's right.... I think you have 30 days to return a item......This is the second time this store sold me something that didn't work..... between the two items I'm out $50.00....so I'm probably not gonna be shopping here any longer.... I also purchased my iPhone 13 here last year.... But I moving on... I do not recommend this store....

A member of our congregation set up a greeting that said our church was closed and to just leave a message. That congregant has moved away and we've been struggling with changing the phone message since. We have now been open for approximately a year-and-a-half and we wanted to have a phone greeting that reflected that message.     I own a computer company and quite often we are challenged with various obstacles regarding…read morecabling. Several years ago I met Mike on a job and noticed his ability to run cable even to the most difficult locations. Everything was neat, clean and professional, so we exchanged business cards. Over the past several years, I have referred numerous customers to Mike and used his services personally on many occasions including my office. Not only is the work done in a timely manner, but every jack is labeled, terminated and tested. He even leaves several brand new spare patch cables! What a pleasure it is to come out to a job that has been cabled by Mike "The Phone Guy" and simply plug everything in and it works the first time. On several occasions I have referred Mike to customers with very expensive homes that required the highest professionalism for the installation and every job was done with surgical expertise, customer always pleased as punch, makes my job easier and don't let me forget to say that Mike is a licensed contractor, so you don't have to worry about some shady work that never gets completed. The only thing left I have to say is.. If you need a cabling job done right the first time, then I would absolutely without hesitation recommend you call Mike "The Phone Guy". He is an honest, hard-working professional whom I have dealt with for more than 15 years. Mike... YOU ROCK MIKE!!!
