    I walked into the store & a Rep. named Gary welcomed me in, wow talking about being greeted, Just a few minutes later he approached me & started talking to me about my account & the amazing offer I had in my account for being a long time customer. Come to find out Gary is the Store Manager. Gary has a big personality, professional, knowledgeable, and most important on point when it comes to customer service. Gary sold me what I wanted not what he liked. He was not pushy & took the time to explain the new purchase. I am static about my new phone Samsung S25 Ultra. I am really happy I went to this store in Downtown Redlands because earlier I had stop at the Store also in Redlands by Walmart & the Rep. out there was the total opposite of Gary. She just flat out told me they didn't have what I was looking for. Definitely not a salesperson!

    Break down of all the crap they charge you! Their $39.99 "set up and go" was disguised as "HELP. They will charge you without telling you!

    AVOID THIS STORE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! This is not an actual Verizon store. They are retailer and make up their own rules. The sales associate that I made transactions with was very shady and dishonest!!! I upgraded my iphone 11 pro to 16 pro. They told me I HAVE TO buy a screen protector ($66.99) and case ($56.99) to be able to get the new phone. Things they wont tell you: * Them offering "HELP" to transfer your old phone's content to the new phone is actually going to cost you $39.99 and it's called "SET UP AND GO SERVICE". They wont tell you about it and they will sneak it in your bill. * I called Verizon customer service and I was told that the screen protector and case is not a requirement to get a new phone/ upgrade phone. * if you change your mind and return the phone there is a $50 "RESTOCKING FEE". They won't tell you until you try to return the phone. * they won't tell you that you can get the phone shipped to you to avoid buying the screen protector, case and the "set up and go service". after learning that I got scammed which is when I got home and checked the itemized bill, I decided to go the next day and return everything even if it meant paying the "RESTOCKING FEE" ($50) and not getting a refund for the screen protector ($66.99) I had to fight for getting my refund for the "SET UP AND GO" service since it was disguised as HELP and I was never told they're going to charge me for it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere!!! Don't make the same mistake I did!!! Thank you to this store, I am now currently going to get another service provider!

    This is the worst place ever to upgrade your phone or do any business. I've been waiting there for 50 minutes. till someone help me, and after all of that, they want to force me to buy accessories from them. Also, the employees are useless

    I called this location yesterday to get a socially-distanced phone upgrade and had the pleasure of talking with the store manager, Bernard. I let him know that I have asthma so I need to be extra careful when I'm out doing my errands. Bernard opened the store for me this morning and was there to greet me bright and early. In order to ensure my safety, he made sure no other customers entered the store while I was shopping. He maintained six feet of distance at all times and had all the proper precautions in place before I even entered the store: x's on the floor to mark six feet, multiple hand sanitizing stations, signs posted and a regulation mask on. Not only did he go above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and safe, but he provided the best customer service I have ever received at a Verizon store. I have been a customer for nearly 20 years and the product knowledge, honesty, patience and care he showed were just next level. Bonus points: Bernard got jokes and had some great insight into my industry (tv/film production). So I walked out not only with the phone upgrade I was scheduled for, but with the best possible equipment to do my work and explore my passion projects further. It was also nice to have a real person-to-person conversation about sports and life while he worked on my phone. If you're in the IE, look no further than this Verizon location. Come see Bernard and you won't regret it!

What really stood out was his professionalism and positive attitude--he made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and even enjoyable.     I made an appointment and came in to resolve a billing issue that the Verizon team messed up on the…read moreback end of their system. We were being charged full price $700+ for a phone that was supposed to be free as part of a promotion for adding a new line to the account. One of the sales reps called in to tech support. I sat on hold for 15+ minutes. The store manager told my rep to go help someone else and I stayed on hold, waiting. I called the manager over after about 25 minutes asked him if there was anything they could do in-store to fix my issue. He said no. This is the fourth time I've tried to resolve this issue with Verizon, after 2X being told by telephonic tech support that it was fixed. The third time I tried calling, I sat on hold for an hour but never got helped. One would think that in-person customer service would be more helpful than over the phone, but it certainly is not the case here at this store. I'm still sitting on hold in the store, the manager and the sales reps walk by like they don't see me here, and now we've been here for over an hour. This is ridiculous and absolutely NOT proper customer service.
