This place is a joke! I went in six days ago and paid my bill in cash. The gentleman who "helped" me, acted as if I was interfering with his day.He seemed perturbed. They neglected to post the payment and my phones were turned off. Verizon wanted $15.00 per phone to turn the service back on. I went into the store this morning and the young lady found my payment but couldn't explain why it hadn't posted. I was told that my service would not be turned on until after 5:00pm. No explaination was given. I contacted a competing verizon franchise. The competeing franchise was able to call 4G, get the information and get my phones turned back on with an apology. I would not recomend 4G at all. The service sucked and I will never spend another penny there." read more

BUYER BEWARE! ! Our first experience with them was good when getting our fios set up. Wesley, the store manager said to come back and that he would give me a good deal when u was ready for a new phome. So, I did. Clancey wad our salesperson. He was initially inattentive and tried to rush the process until it was time to check out which took two hours. First of all, let me say that I should have done my homework a little more. We were getting two phones on the edge plan and adding a line. The phones were $50 more than Verizon sells online. He added in-house charges of $99/phone. He could never fully explain what they were even though I asked for a breakdown of charges. He said that many people believe the edge plan is 0% down. Then, he threw Verizon unset the bus explaining that this was just a bait and switch and that the $99 fee was required along with any taxes. He also told us that the great thing about buying from them is that we got more than just a phone. We got accessories! Well, after getting home, and reviewing my paperwork, I realized that the $99 "in-house fee" was After a grueling 3 hours total, we was actually covering all of the accessories that I didn't ask for that supposedly came with the phone! Needless to say, I was angry because I let myself get totally swindled! The next day I called Wesley, the store manager, and complained. He was lea than accommodating until I said that I was bringing everything back and going elsewhere. We haven't settled on a deal yet, but I am hopeful that we will find a resolution. However, unless you know exactly what you want and know what you can buy online and at what price, don't waste your tone with these guys. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, repeatedly! Regardless of how many times we asked, and how many ways we asked, and how clearly we asked, and how many different people we asked, we were repeatedly told that the "misunderstandings" were going to be taken care of. We were repeatedly blown off. At NO POINT did anyone follow through on the actions that they said they would do. We paid for accessories we said we didn't want AND we were misinformed about what our bill was going to cost each month AND we were given wrong information about the "Switch" promotion, and I wasn't told that our phones weren't to be used as hot spots until after we'd signed on the dotted line. Q1 - How much do we need to spend...tonight? A1 - $140 Actually we paid $248 Q2 - How much is our monthly bill going to be? A2 - $220-$230 depending on taxes. Actually our first two months added up to $744. Q3 - Are there ANY..A N Y...other fees. A3 - Yes there's there's a small set up fee. Q4 - But you waived those set up fees? A4 - There are additional set up fees. Q5 - So what do we do with our other phones? A5 - You will receive a text with instructions on how to return those phones so that we can pay off the remaining balance. Actually...no such text exists. They were supposed to have us turn in our phones in person, to them. Now...a month later, we have a $1200 T-Mobile bill for the phone that Verizon said that they'd pay off...AND we have a $744 Verizon bill. After spending just over 75 minutes on the phone with Verizon Customer Support...trying to figure out how to get our old phones "switched" out, the Verizon Customer Service Agent shared how incredibly often she hears these exact same tactics used by many of the Verizon sales people. MY MIND IS BLOWN with the lack of ethics of this company, as well as the lack of concern by it's employees. read more

Wow! Stay away! 1) This place is decked out to look like a direct Verizon store but it is NOT! It is a retailer. 2) They saw my parents coming and stuck it to them. The phone was on sale the day my parents came into their store for $99.00 a $50 mail-in rebate & w/ a free car-charger but they sold to my unsuspecting parents for full-price, no rebate and charged $15 extra for a car charger to a tune of over $450. 3) My parents asked specifically for a 65+ plan (which is for people over the age of 65 years old) as in the brochure they had and they were told that plan no longer exists & that brochure was outdated. My parents walked out with a phone that is being sold for free at numerous locations online w/ a 2-year plan having spent over $450. Also, they only use about 10 minutes a month on the phone and they were put into a $59.99 a month plan. Ludicrous! When they found out they were not at a direct verizon store, they went to the direct Verizon store in town to find out that that brochure they had was indeed the latest and greatest brochure and the 65+ plan was indeed still available. The direct Verizon vendor took care of this and switched my parents over to the 65+ plan as they had requested in the first place. Wow, really sad to see the elderly being blatently taken advantage of in a town such as Redlands that has a huge retirement community!!!! read more

Stay away from this store. Better call Verizon directly (611). This is not a Verizon store and they'll screw you up--they probably get commissions from sales from Verizon. I paid two years for an additional line because my phone got wet and needed a phone. I could have bought a used phone but they did not tell me that. And after two years I could not cancel without penalty so I had to switch the line to my Ipad. Also, make sure they don't screw with your upgrade dates. My mom's phone was due for an upgrade 2 years ago, she's had her phone 4 years! They used my daughter's upgrade date instead of my mom's...so now my daughter who has had her phone for two years, has to wait another two years for an upgrade. They did not tell us what they were doing. And the dates can't be changed now because of the way "they processed it" (Verizon 611 told me). These people WILL SCREW YOU. PLUS, they put me on hold on and off for one hour and did not accomplish anything. They don't know (or they do, I should say) what they are doing! read more

So grateful that we chose this Verizon location when purchasing my wife's new iPhone. To say that Mitchell and Veronica went above and beyond is doing their contribution a disservice. They both spent literally 2+ hours on the phone with corporate negotiating us out of one contract and into another to save us a crazy amount of money. I purchased two new phones for myself and my wife, but my wife decided she wanted to stick with her own phone. No big. But I kept getting the run-around from the store personnel, and the guy who originally sold me the phone wouldn't return my call so I could come in and get it taken care of. Finally, I kept calling until he did talk to me, when all he could say was that I was outside the time limit for returns. I went in with my phone not receiving calls nor voicemails, and in a hurry to take public transportation (6hrs) so that I could see a specific type of chiropractor before they left for the day. I needed my phone to work so I could get a call back from the chiropractor in order to make an appointment. So I enter verizon, wait a bit. A female attendant invites me over, hears my issue then puts me on the phone with a verizon hotline. She proceeds to exit the premises in order to buy jambs juice. Nice. My mom and I needed to upgrade our iPhone 6s Plus, Johnny helped us by getting us a great deal on two iPhone 12, plus an iPad on promotion, we traded in our old phones and got an amazing discount. I purchased a clear case to show off my phone but it ended up being to slippery for me and I had to go back and exchange it for the otter box case, Xavier helped me with the exchange and putting the 3 piece case on my phone, they also put on my glass screen protector. thanks guys for all your help! DONT EVER GO TO THIS "VERIZON" STORE! Where do I even begin? This may get lengthy but I'll try to be brief. I went to this store in Dec, 2016, to upgrade my iPhone 6s Plus to a 7 Plus. Prior to my arrival I called Verizon customer service to confirm I was eligible for an upgrade. When I arrived there were two younger staff (one girl, one guy), and one other guy that was several years older than the other two. The store was very busy because it was nearly Christmas. I was working with a really nice younger guy who helped me with my upgrade. He said that since my old iPhone was nearly half paid off, I could trade it in to zero out the balance due on it, and then make monthly payments on the new iPhone 7 Plus. I agreed. He transferred all my data and contacts from the old phone to the new one. The process took a while, but wasn't too bad because the guy was very polite and clearly the store was busy. Just prior to completing my upgrade and leaving, the younger guy asked me if I was interested in an accessory bundle that included a case, screen protector, and car charger. I declined and this is where everything STARTS going bad (gets worse later). So, I declined the accessory bundle and this older character that had NOTHING to do with my transaction butts in and says that he "has to check with the store owner" and see if I can complete the sale because "the owner doesn't allow people to leave the store with $800 equipment, without protection"!!! WTF!!!! I was like, "Yea right!" That clown kept me tied up for about and extra 20 mins on this BS, while he repeatedly went to a back room and pretended to speak to the owner. I realized while all this was happening, and while listening to other transactions, that they were pushing those bundles on everyone! Why the F would I pay $50-$79 for things there when I can go on Amazon and spend less than $20 for THE EXACT SAME STUFF?! Anyway, after enough of my time was wasted I told that jerk that he could put all my stuff back into my old phone and take the new one back. Needless to say, I left the store with a successful trade-in, and no BS accessory bundle. Smh. Prior to leaving, the young guy who helped me initially, apologized over and over and said that I'd be getting a call from an 800 number to complete a survey about my experience. He literally BEGGED me not to give him a bad eval because of the other guy, and explained that this particular store was letting employees go (firing them) for not meeting commission on sales and for not getting perfect evals. The young guy wasn't the problem. It was the older a-hole that was! Moving to present day (6 mos later), I was visiting my son who's in school out of state. While I was there he wanted his phone upgraded. Since he was eligible, we went to a store. Upon arriving, the employee informed us that we would have to trade in the iPhone 6s Plus in order to get the upgrade. The problem was that my son had an iPhone 5s! They were asking me where the 6s Plus was that I had trade in at the Redlands store (A wireless)!!!! After calling customer service and speaking to several people, it was determined by Verizon corporate that the Redlands store that I'd gone to in Dec, 2016, did not process my transaction as a trade in, but rather an early upgrade. THIS REDLANDS STORE STOLE MY DAMN PHONE! I had to be on the phone with Verizon corporate for 3 damn hours and go as high with my complaint and concerns as I could, because this Redlands store denies taking my phone in December! Ultimately, I made a complaint with Better Business Bureau, FTC, and Verizon Corporate. This stores practices are shady and questionable. I've been a Verizon customer for 14 years. Thank God for their great service or I would have been screwed! They credited my account back all the financing I paid on the missing phone (dating back to the time of trade in), and are zeroing out the remaining finance balance. I truly hope that this store gets cleaned up or closed. Not sure if it's the line staff or the management. But staff are pressuring people into accessory bundles and the store or staff is keeping (I say stealing) the phones we trade in. GET YOUR ISH TOGETHER A WIRELESS! Customers, do yourself a favor and just go to a corporate store. These people are pushy thieves. read more

Bait and switch We went to them and Sergio, the salesperson said everything we wanted to hear, there just turned out to be no substance to it. We were supposed to get 4 $200 m/c rebates and 2 were denied. We bought phones that he told us would qualify for the deal and they did not. Since you Don't find this out until a couple months later when the rebates are supposed to come there was nothing the store could you to make this right; they wouldn't exchange our phones nothing. We called corporate and the customer care and they were is nothing they can do - so buyers beware a bait and switch is still alive and well at Victra Verizon on Orange Street in Redlands. I suggest do not go with them because you're stuck. If you decide against our warnings and make sure you get a copy of every rebate they're going to give you and you look over the details because everything is electronic and you do not have anyway to see this before you're screwed. No customer service no customer care try T-Mobile they are much better at pretty much everything we only switched over because we thought we'd get the rebates. The rebate issue was the 3rd thing that was not at all as the salesperson stated. If you decide to used Verizon, which I advise against - Do NOT use this store!!!! read more

So I just had my new phone shipped out today because as I was trying to sync up my old phone to iTunes,something went wrong and I guess I got what they call the "white screen of death" anyways,I came in and Alyssa was with a gentlemen who had his phone damaged by his dog. She not only went above and beyond to sort his issue out but did so as well with having my phone back up and running in no time. People like her are the reason why I keep coming back to this store, she defines the very true aspect of great customer service. I'll definitely be coming back soon. I rarely do reviews or rate business. I give kudos where due and vice versa. I write this in the hope that someone could "arm" themselves better. I'm giving two stars because one would be for me getting completely ripped off. Two stars for me is having my time wasted for the sake of the up-sale. Do not go into this place to troubleshoot your product. They will feign troubleshooting only to up-sell another product. Watch out for the tactic going in, and you may save yourself an unnecessary afternoon that could've been solved by finding a corporate Verizon store to properly troubleshoot an issue with a phone rather than feign it for the sake of sales numbers. Updated 11/7/17 Experiencing same issue with current phone (iPhone 7) that I experienced with the iPhone 6s which prompted my original visit. I came to store this morning as they were opening. A different employee checked out my phone, reset its network setting, and lo and behold, issue solved. This experience tells me I was absolutely 100% upsold by Veronica Rodriguez. Higher marks to your sales numbers, but you have poor service for a loyal longstanding Verizon customers. (Originally two stars. Now one.) Updated 11/9/17 Found out from Verizon that my monthly bill is way more than before. I always stay within my monthly budget and never stray from that. It's a major point I make with sales people. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! I WOULDN'T even give a one star rating, if it was possible. Before I explain the situations we encounted at the two Verizon stores located in Redlands, California, I will give some background. I have a Samsung S9 and my boyfriend has a Pixel 3XL. I believe this is the 2nd or 3rd phone, he has purchased from this location. While looking for new screen protectors for our two phones, I was informed by this store, as well as the Verizon on Lugonia in Redlands, the one in Pasadena and Verizon customer service, that they no longer carry these covers. I was told to keep trying different locations, just in case they had one. But yet, each store would tell me, I most likely wouldn't find them and it would be necessary for me to order them from a third party, such as Best Buy or Amazon. I was told once I received them, as a courtesy, they would install them. There would be no fee for this service. Again, Verizon's customer service told me the same thing. They said Verizon no longer carried our screen protectors and I just needed to order it through a third party, because I would not find it in a Verizon store or be able to order it through Verizon customer service. I ordered the screen protectors from a 3rd party and Verizon would install it, as a courtesy, fee free. Also, I will mention, within the last few years, my boyfriend has had two screen protectors replaced, with no issues , at this particular store. We have been with Verizon for a minimum of 10 years. Their service has definitely changed and not for the best. After the issue with the Verizon on Lugonia, we went to this one. Again, I had been to this one previously and was told they would put on the screen protector as a courtesy. When we walked in and explained what we needed, right away the guy said "we don't put on third party screens". I told him, again, I did what your store told me to do. He would alternate between, "we don't put on third party screens" to " BUT I CAN DO IT FOR A $19.95 SETUP FEE". He told us, at least 4 times, he couldn't do it but yet he could do it for a fee. When I called Verizon customer service, several times after this situation, I was told by each rep, that there is no fee to do this. Also, they should have done this as a courtesy. It seems to me, that this guy tried to make a little side money. We are very disappointed on how this store and the store on Lugonia handle this situation. If you ever go to this store, remember you might be told that they can't do something BUT if you pay them A $19.95 SETUP FEE, they will. read more

I am in complete agreement with the other reviewers if I could give a negative star I would. These people are deceitful !! It started last April when they took advantage of my elderly father- (75 years old ) his battery was not working on his phone -they tricked him into upgrading his phone using my daughters upgrade and did not get permission from me although I am the account holder. Then the con continues when I try to remedy the situation when I discovered it in around June. Jason (manager )was supposed to be helping me -while working with corporate and the district manager. I have called repeatedly since June and went in there now Jason no longer works there- no one will return my calls!! Shawn is the manager now and the district manager Tim -neither of them will return my calls. I have called weekly and sometimes biweekly In addition they have added a phone number to my line and are charging me for it every month. This is only a short summary of the situation. Do not go to the store do not trust them do not purchase anything from there you will regret it!! They do not return phone calls and they have not refunded my money. This is not for the Dealer, but for Verizon wireless service. Approx Jan '18 I changed internet provider to what I thought was going to be the best. Long story short, after many trips to the dealer, all I could get was 15GB per month for approx $130+-. 15GB isn't enough to read my mails and do some searching, no movies. I was off line about 1/2 time waiting for the next cycle. Having to pay for the wireless pickup modules for both the phone and the internet costs several HUNDRED dollars + the monthly charges. This is 6-29-18, after cancelling both my PENALTY fee for poor service was $368.11 A VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON. FOR HEAVEN SAKE do your homework BEFORE going Verizon !!! Also no reply to a letter or no reply followup from the State Util Commission. read more

I just want to confirm that this is a horrible store to go to and hopefully they stop being in business. The reason has to do with what I first wrote and that I got 2 new iphone 6 cases that were said to be worth the higher price and now after about 7 months of having them, they are fading and the side buttons are coming off. I just went in there to fix my phone and left being forced into getting a new phone just to get out of there. DO NOT GO THERE. The sales lady that helped me didnt even know what she was doing. If I could give six stars I would! Highly recommend! We came in trying to just add a line for my husband. Micaela found out we were actually paying too much for a certain phone and our data and asked my dad to come in. They saved us a lot of money in the long run. Although it was a long process since we were changing our payment plan, and upgrading to 5 phones all at once, Veronica and Micaela were extremely helpful and patient! Definitely my go to place if I have any issues with our phones! Veronica mentioned that it's a whole new team working in this verizon store (hence the bad reviews). Why am I not surprised that this place has awful reviews? Well I will tell you. Today, my fiancé got his iPhone a little wet and it was acting a bit wonky. So I sent him off to Verizon with his son to go either have his phone fixed or replaced. He waited for an hour with no help. There were only a couple employees in the store and I understand being busy, but he received no acknowledgement, no help, nothing. They obviously don't care about customer service or making money. He waited and waited and after the employees acted as though he didn't exist, he became quite frustrated and left. We have been to this location many times and there seems to be quite a high turnaround rate, as I haven't seen the same person working there more than a few times. Now I can see why. Your employees are an extension of your company, they represent your company and it's obvious that this company does not care about its customers at all. Not only do they not care, they are incredibly rude. Thank goodness there is a T-Mobile nearby. I think it might be time to let them buy out our contracts so we can switch carriers. read more

Do not purchase from this store. They sold me a BOGO offer that was not currently on promotion. I added a line and changed my plan to accommodate the free phone only to be told by Verizon that I wouldn't be getting the credit for the free phone. As another reviewer already mentioned, THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE! Any contract you enter here is not a contract with Verizon, but rather a contract with this retailer store. After I purchased and signed a contract for a new android phone in this store, I looked online and found out that a new iPhone, which is what I wanted, would have been $100 less than what the manager told me. I went back to the store to point this out to him and he basically told me 'too bad you're already under contract'.
