That's okay, because they updated us every step of the way via SMS text and emails. The installer also called before arriving just to ensure we were still home. Actual install took about 40 minutes. The DVR and cable box makes recording and navigating TV shows and channels a cinch. We could even schedule and record TV shows and series online. We/re thoroughly satisfied customers. Pro-tip: If you absolutely need to call in and speak with an agent, call between 8am-5pm PST, M-F. You will be connected to someone in states. Any other time, you'll be sent to a call center overseas (India or Philippines).
