I will be very direct and honest, to me…read morepersonally what made this store just an amazing store to visit was one Tmobile associate , sales person , representative, which to me she could be all of that and more in one person. Her name is VERENICE !!! She has been simply amazing , from the moment I had issues with my older unit she did all that she could to obtain a simple trade for me through my insurance of course,. She detected the problem with my unit was a software malfunction, and this made it possible for me to obtain an exchange for my deflected phone . They did not have my model anymore , it had been discontinued, instead they sent me a newer model, which I was happy with , only paid literally 5 dollars for the exchange application fee , I guess you can call it. I still wanted to get their newest android phone model the Samsung S 26 ULTRA , and Verenice said keep the one you have for a few months see how you like it and if you feel that you still want to upgrade do it ! All I could say to that was of course, n I promised her I would come back with her personally in order for her to get the credit from such sale. I finally did come back and had mine and my girlfriend's phone upgraded to the same S26 ULTRA . By upgrading my plan from a senior or dinosaur one ( been with them for like 24 years) she was able to get me a promotion where by trading out phones for the new ones we were able to qualify for the full credit of the cost of both phones, basically 1300 each . And we would have to be responsible for would be the cost of the new plan, or the two lines and the insurance fee. Once I hlt my new phone mailed ,which she patiently helped place the order thru the tmobile app, I came in and had everything transfered into my new unit. She took the time to explain lots of things I needed to know about my new phone and plan and here I am . Saying thank you Verenice for such an amazing and professional help you offered to me ! You are simply wonderful! A great professional and your bedside manners are second to know m I sincerely hope that Chris the store manager realizes what a tremendous asset she is to the store itself and to the company as well. All the knowledge she possess just make you feel safe or secured about making changes like the ones I did. I tried to go back into store and personally give kudos to Verenice and a great report to her manager Chris , but our schedules never agreed . On top of that this beautiful young lady is also Bilingual. Habla Español, and I wa sable to witness also her Spanish skills ar work ! And the patience she used with some really hard and emailing customers ,she had to deal with. How she kept her composure and displayed a flawless act of professionalism with them , was just simply admirable to me. Feel so blessed to have come across you Verenice , thank you for all of your help! Please know how much I sincerely appreciate your service , period !!!keep up the Amazing work !     I have been a loyal Metro PCs customer for over 12 years and have had no issues or complaints until…read morenow... About 1 year ago I went into this store on Euclid and Philadelphia in Ontario and was greeted by one of the employees. I stated that I am a loyal customer of 12 yrs and I would like to bring on 3 new phone numbers to Metro (my wife and two teenage boys) and of course they were happy to hear that. This is when I bought 3 new phones and activated service for them and walked out of the store happily. Only to have my wife explain that her phone was not working ie: not receiving all texts and phone calls, apps staying on and music randomly playing at 1am when the phone hasn't been touched in several hours amongst other issues. I brought this to the attention of Metro customer service (in November when I was notified by my wife) at which time they instructed me that the phone has a 1yr warranty with the manufacturer and the Assurant insurance was still valid, so they would process a claim on my behalf. I left the store only to get home 25mins later and received a call from this franchise rep and she stated my phone has been refurbished (not true) and they couldn't continue the claim due to this. At which point I called customer service back and they informed me that I should try the 1yr manufacturer warranty with Samsung, called Samsung and they stated they would need my phone for more than 21 days before I could receive a new one (unacceptable). As this was not an option for me and my family I called Metro PCS customer service back. They in formed me I should go back into the store and have them try to process another claim, at this time the representative from the store I bought the phone at informed me that the phone isn't a Metro PCS device, hmm 1st refurbished and now not a Metro PCS device. I have followed up on this consistent problem for 7 months now only to get the run around from all sides pointing the finger at each other like they are the ones to resolve it. I have spent 50+ HOURS on the phone with customer service and have wasted time and gas going back and forth to this store location, have asked several times to have a manager from this location to call me back to resolve this issue and nobody ever calls me to assist. I have been BEYOND PATIENT with this store and it has gotten me nowhere, here we are at the 1 year marker and have been paying for a service that I have not received from day one. I have nowhere left to go with this as the corporation, the franchise and the insurance company are all useless and refuse to communicate to each other to help me figure out a solution. So this is what's going to happen going forward. #1- I will be reporting them to the FEDERAL COMMUNICATION COMMISSION (FCC). #2- I will be serving the corp with a small claims case and obtaining council to recoup the financial burden this has cost me. #3- I will be giving my hard earned money for 4 phone lines to their competitors #4- I will be sending emails and physical letters to their PO box at the corporate headquarters in Dallas TX #5- leaving as many negative reviews on all platforms including all social media platforms Mind you all of this could have been avoided by just taking care of the customer. Or at least communicating with a loyal customer. Damn you Metro PCS you have caused me nothing but grief for the last 12 months

    I can't say enough great things about Diego and Tim at the Verizon store in Chino! They truly saved…read moreus so much time... it honestly felt like they put on superhero capes and took care of everything for us. We've been with T-Mobile for over 20 years, so making the switch was a big decision. I was actually this close to backing out, but the level of care, patience, and professionalism we experienced from Diego and Tim completely changed everything. They made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable... especially while transferring all five of our lines (and had all the models we wanted in STOCK!). What really stood out was how thoroughly they walked us through every detail of the protection plan. It immediately reminded us of when my daughter once dropped her phone into the crevice of an elevator... and we were completely SOL. Because of Diego and Tim, we now have total peace of mind knowing we're covered if anything ever happens again. The feeling we got from this team was unmatched!!! Genuine, helpful, and above and beyond in every way. This was hands down a "best of the best" experience, and we are so grateful for their help. Thank you both for going the extra mile!

    Came in to upgrade our phones. The gentleman that helped us with very nice. He was making small…read moretalk and answering all our questions. He was also very patient with my indecisive decision making on upgrading to the ultra or the plus. Lol. Anyway, everything was great and we spoke to him for about 2 hours. Once we entered our transaction he told me the total cost and it was way more than what I saw online. We didn't pay anything and he told me that I could call the helpline to see why it was more. I ended up calling and getting about $100 off what the original cost was in the store. It may be cheaper to get stuff online. Anyways, good service, patient and helped us out while making our visit smooth and easy.
