Loved my visit! Came in to inquire about an upgrade on a new phone as well as options on my plan. When I walked in, I was greeted by the staff... that was already a plus for me. All the employees were very friendly. nice, and eager to help. Due to the Covid, i felt very safe as everyone was wearing masks and gloves. Each table/station even has plexiglass installed for the safety of customers and their associates. So rest assure that it is very safe to be inside. When I was ready to look at new phones, Nestor was the one who helped me. He was very professional and knowledgeable about all the products. He broke everything down for me and showed me that my upgrade is affordable. He even showed me how much i will actually be saving. SOLD!!! i left with a new iPhone and Airpods... i love it!! He was great! He's such a good salesman who I felt wasn't trying to sell me something just to make a sale, but who took the time to explain what the upgrade would be, how cost effective and beneficial it would be for me to do the upgrade!!! THANK YOU NESTOR!!! I appreciate you... It's associates like you who gives such good customer service, that keeps a loyal customer like me, since 2003. I will absolutely be referring my family and friends. I am one happy camper... read more

Absolutely terrible! They are quick to help if you are buying a phone or open a line but anything than involves them having to "help" they turn away. They won't cancel phone lines, they won't help fix your phone, they don't help for ANYTHING!!! Avoid at all costs!!!! read more

Waited for 1 hr, 2 employees . 1 busy (guy) and 1 (Female) sitting, and wont help because the other guy worked on my account and dint want to use her brain to figure out what going on with my account. Super slow day for them. Left after 1 hr no help at all! read more

Absolutely the WORST!!!! Purchased new phone for my son for Christmas. Picked up in store. Agent asked me if he could transfer information from current phone to new phone and activate it. I said no thank you it's a Christmas present. Well guess what....he activated it anyway!!! Sarath thank you for ruining the surprise gift!!! You are amazing at following instructions and listening to your customers. Called store to speak to manager, Soy, to kindly told me he gave me solution but I refused to listen. His solution being old phone to store so they could give it a new SIM card. Store is at least 45 min away in evening traffic!! Was he going to wait until I got there....no. Thank you AT&T Grove for ruining my big Christmas gift surprise!! Customer for over 24 years with 7 phone lines and you all just shit on my loyalty!!!! read more

I went in happy going to pay my first payment I just got with AT&T about 4 weeks and I put 760 in the kiosk for my bill and it was not reading the money I was waiting for someone to help me and supposedly the manager Alex came to help and told me are you sure you put money I said yes and he proceeded to ask if I am sure that I put money in there I was getting frustrated by him asking that more then 20 times then I started to tell him to check the camera and he then turn to my husband to tell my husband to shut me up or do something to me why is a AT&t worker say something like that to us I was not going to lose 760$ read more

CUSTOMER BEWARE Sarath S. was helping me purchase an iPhone 15 to replace an iPhone 8 on my account, with the Black Friday special. After reassuring me, multiple times, that I would be able to delay activating the new phone until Christmas and that I would still have the Black Friday special, I purchased the phone. At the bottom of the receipt, it stated "if the phone isn't activated by the 7th day after the shipment date we will complete the activation......", since the new phone was connected to an excising number the old phone would be disconnected. Upon reviewing my account, I also noticed that they added "Next up Anytime" for an extra monthly fee at a total of $489 over 3 years. I stated to Sarath numerous times, that I did not want anything extra. The only way I could return the phone (unopened box) was if they give me a replacement sim card for the old phone, which was still working and did not have any issues, this was stated by another associate and manager. I called ATT and returned the phone by UPS without having a replacement sim card. All this after three trips and numerous hours at the ATT store. Please be careful and read your receipts before leaving the store and check your account for extra charges. read more

Beware of the trade in promotion, it's a huge scam. Do not do it, been on the phone 4 hours trying to fix the issue and all you get is the Philippines which is worthless. I switched from t-mobile and am regretting it big time. Do not fall for the smooth talking sales. If you are not having trouble with your current service provider don't do it. Worst company ever. read more

I've been a customer for over 2 decades and I Went to the store today and had some issues with my Directv bill. The kiosk machine charged me 4X of the amount. Spoke to the manager and he helped me with the issue but 1 of the employee was the rudest customer service I've ever encountered. She was not even included in the conversation with me and the manager and gave her own advice. She gave a look and a stupid gesture and I wanted to react but didn't want to step down in her ghetto attitude. The rest of the employees was really cool but that ghetto girl shouldn't be working and helping people in that store. read more

Had to retire my trusty Iphone 8. I was helped by a nice young lady. Believe her name was Deja. She was very knowledgeable. She was able to set up my new phone including the transfer of data, contacts and stuff from the old phone. She helped create a new Apple ID for my wife's phone as they seemed to be merging. Very professional service. read more

Seems like this store doesn't consider getting consents on clients to add additional features even when CLIENT STATES DOES NOT WANT ANY ADDITIONAL FEATURES all for commission. Definitely recommend buying device online or with a phone representative since they're more professional and actually listen to their clients. read more

Great and honest store location!!!! Hope was a great sales representative, she provided the best experience for me and my husband! This store did not have the red Apple Watch nor the exact phone we wanted but she managed to still get us the telephone and watch we wanted, and same day pick up was available! Erica helped hope successfully reserve our devices and they were honest about any hisses fees/transactions! Hope made everything clear about my account and was able to not only answer all my questions but also filled me in on information I didn't know about! read more

I should've read the horrible reviews this store had. Nothing but scam artist. Taking advantage of people quoting one price of what your bill would be and long behold you get your bill and it's totally different. AT&T Shame on you! I had sprint/T-Mobile for over 20 years and i have never been lied to or taken advantage of. The same excuse your employees provide is that everyone works off a different system. Ridiculous. I will be reporting and filing a complaint to the the better business bureau. Nothing but fraudsters working here. read more

They should have a warning sign on the front door before you a walk into this place! The absolute worst customer service I have EVER encountered I went in here regarding a insurance question got talked into changing my plan so I could get a new phone and "lower" my monthly bill. The rep shows me on the computer my alleged new bill of 240 (from original price of 267) I agree to this deal, MY FIRST MONTHLY PAYMENT IS $464!! I went into the store 8/30/22 to dispute this and am told I would have to wait for the rep that originally did the plan to get back to work on Friday 9/2/22 and I would be called no call was made I proceed to call back Monday 9/5/22 they tried to give me the same junk of having to wait for the rep I refused saying he can't possibly be the only one that can fix a bill he then states he's getting the manager to call me in a hour again no call. I call Tuesday 9/6/22 and I speak w the manager he looks up the bills says he's going to work on them and get it fixed before my bill due date of 9/8/22 and that once again he will call me back. A day goes by I call him 9/8/22 bill due date he said that he is still working on it I said well what am I supposed to do the bill is due? He said I'll call you back I have gotten "call back in twenty" "Call back in twenty" "call back in a hour" all as unsuccessful as the other. I went into another ATT they took one look at my bill and told me that the cashier who sold this to me (KARRINGTON M. in the Ontario mills mall store PN25) completely screwed me over, we're dishonest, & messed up my entire plan. He even went on to call the store and tell them how poorly they did and that he saw exactly what and how they went about their business. To end I hope no one goes into that headache of a ATT branch save your time and clearly money read more

I'm really disappointed in the service here. My family and I have been a long time customers. Back when I use to have the Cingular Go Phone's. I'm not sure if it's the associate whom are incompetent or the poor training from the managers but service is slow, they call they 1800 number customer service for assistance, I mean couldn't I do that from home watching Netflix in bed? I'm actually not on a family plan but I'm also baffled about how ATT treat their long time loyal customers whom have spent tons and thousands of dollars for their phones and phone services. That apple phone gets us every time with free upgrades but with additional monthly payment plans. read more

This place is horrible!!! There is no sense of urgency when customers are waiting around. No knowledge of anything, I can turn my phone & off to see if this works! Bad communication, bad customer service. Skip this place and try a different store, don't go here just for convenience because you live close. Drive a few more miles for better customer service read more

Stood in the store for 20 minutes to pick up an online order without one of the 4 people working acknowledging me. I know y'all are busy but a simple "we will be with you shortly" goes a REALLY long way. Next time I'll drive the 5 miles to Chino Hills where their customer service is superior to this spot. Oh by the way, it's almost 30 minutes now and still no acknowledgment. read more

Well, I decided to make the move. No, I'm not talking about packing everything in my house and changing places to live. I made the move from Verizon Wireless to AT&T Wireless. Making the move was hard for me, but when I saw the cost savings I would receive, it eased my pain. We all know that Verizon Wireless arguably has the best coverage, but AT&T isn't that bad. I do lose calls near the foothills here and there, but it's something I can deal with to save over $60/mo. This store is in a newer shopping center and the location is perfect for us locals. I spoke to Mark Jackson, one of the best AT&T sales reps you'll find, and he was able to transfer my services and get me running on my new iPhone and my wife's new Palm Centro without a hitch. I've been back to the store several times to purchase accessories and Mark's always willing to take the time to help explain things to me. All of the sales reps are extremely nice at this location and it's right next to a Starbucks for that quick latte fix! PS - Don't forget to make sure AT&T applies your corporate discount to your bill. We're saving 20% EVERY MONTH because my wife works for Nationwide Insurance! SWEET! read more

This review is for NATHAN, how dare you take advantage of my hardworking parents. You promise them one thing and the $400 bill we just got reflects otherwise. Our bill before your mess up was $161!!!. First of all you told my parents the earbuds and case were free with his new Samsung which is now being changed monthly on our bill. Secondly, they asked you NOT to add insurance and you still did just so you could get your commission. Thirdly, they asked you NOT to add the jump and you STILL did. YOU and the MANAGER that helped my parents are shady, and I pray you get your karma. I'll see you later today . read more

Andrew was the best. Excellent customer service! Ask for him if your ever come in. He explained everything in detail and even saved us quite a few bucks. Will definitely come back. read more

I would give this place zero stars if it allows me. Unfortunately I am forced to give one star because Yelp would not let me save without any stars. There is at least a 2 hours wait every single time I come here. I was told the wait is 20 mins. That's 6 20 mins ago. There are 3 people helping 3 customers. There are 11 more waiting in line. 3 walked out after 30 mins. Go give your money to someone who wants your business more. This will be my last time coming here. read more

AT&T Store - 3 people are being helped. 10 waiting. The wait time is closed to 2 hours. This long wait happens every time I am here. - Mobile Phones Near Me - Ontario, California

I see that many people had issues with managers here in the past. Well let me tell you that the new manager, Al, really knows his stuff. I came here just to see Al because he always helped me when he was just a sales guy at the Upland Colonies location, and now he's been promoted to manager I will only come to this location. I know Al is going to have everyone trained right. Honestly I know when I'm getting quality service and I just wanted to let you know that you can get quality service here at this location! read more

It might be nice if there was an employee to open up the store. It's 45 minutes past opening time. What's the point in taking time off and scheduling an appointment? Maybe ATT can spring for 2 employees per shift just in case. read more

This store is a joke, it's ran worse than a dealer instead for a Corporate store ! Too bad I can't give 0 Stars! I get that it's slow and you have 4 reps leaning on walls/fixtures on their phones but the old "we charge $5 for a SIM card" trick just so the can activate $5 prepaid accounts to skew their PrePad Gross Adds is pathetic!!! My son broke his phone on Friday afternoon. We came in right away to activate an older phone and they changed the SIM card with no issues within 5 mins. I come back today, 3 days later after I get my son's phone fixed and Jesse greats me. I tell him i need a replacement sim only and he says it's $5. I quickly tell him no it's not! I even made the comment "you guys are really still trying to pull that trick?" And caught him off guard that I knew and he shamefully tried to say that "he's new and just following policy". They do the whole 10 mins routine in the back office with a manager (Martin Murillo JR) to "review the whole account for opportunities and possible restates BS". I have a family plan, Direct TV and Digital life there's really not much else you can add. But Martin compounds the situation by arguing with me rather than just giving good customer service!!!! It took you guys over 30 mins from the time I was greeted and helped right away to change a damn SIM card!!!! It's also funny that when I asked 2 reps standing around that they claim not to even know their Area Manager's name! They were part of hiring you! Oh and if you guys read this, send your SM Martin back to new hire training and re-do the customer service class. I also better get my survey! And if I don't then I'll report you guys to corporate that you turned off my profile notifications read more

Recently my phone started to act out and would run out of battery really fast. I went into the AT&T store to see what are some of my options. Juan was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I've had the worst experience dealing with this store. I've been back to this store over 7 times ever since I started my plan here in the last 2 months and the first month I was getting charged for a number that was not even mine and my number was not even on my plan to begin with. I've dealt with every manager, supervisor and employee here and they all are clueless and unhelpful. My monthly charge changes every month and only goes up. Definitely not what I signed up. Trust me and go to a different location. read more

Very hit or miss with this location. Some of the Reps are really awesome, some not so much. I suggest coming back another day if you're not liking the rep you get on a particular day. Had an uncomfortable experience here recently when I came to inquire about changes to my bill with the rep asking personal questions such as who the other person on my account is and why I did not want to connect accounts with a family member. All of that is none of your business. Came back another day and this time the Rep was quite informative without being intrusive. read more

This store and the employees that work there are clueless. I went with my Mom to get her a new phone and have her service put on my bill. It took almost 2 hours and was falsely told she couldn't keep her same #. I found out later when I called AT&T customer service that she could have kept her #. The sales woman told me I needed to buy a charger cause the phone did not come with one. Guess what, I found out later that it did. My sister also had a terrible experience at this same store due to bad advice from an employee and a kiosk that doesn't work right. Stay clear of this place. read more
