Loved my visit! Came in to inquire about an upgrade on a new phone as well as options on my plan. When I walked in, I was greeted by the staff... that was already a plus for me. All the employees were very friendly. nice, and eager to help. Due to the Covid, i felt very safe as everyone was wearing masks and gloves. Each table/station even has plexiglass installed for the safety of customers and their associates. So rest assure that it is very safe to be inside. When I was ready to look at new phones, Nestor was the one who helped me. He was very professional and knowledgeable about all the products. He broke everything down for me and showed me that my upgrade is affordable. He even showed me how much i will actually be saving. SOLD!!! i left with a new iPhone and Airpods... i love it!! He was great! He's such a good salesman who I felt wasn't trying to sell me something just to make a sale, but who took the time to explain what the upgrade would be, how cost effective and beneficial it would be for me to do the upgrade!!! Absolutely the WORST!!!! Purchased new phone for my son for Christmas. Picked up in store. Agent asked me if he could transfer information from current phone to new phone and activate it. I said no thank you it's a Christmas present. Well guess what....he activated it anyway!!! Sarath thank you for ruining the surprise gift!!! I went in happy going to pay my first payment I just got with AT&T about 4 weeks and I put 760 in the kiosk for my bill and it was not reading the money I was waiting for someone to help me and supposedly the manager Alex came to help and told me are you sure you put money I said yes and he proceeded to ask if I am sure that I put money in there I was getting frustrated by him asking that more then 20 times then I started to tell him to check the camera and he then turn to my husband to tell my husband to shut me up or do something to me why is a AT&t worker say something like that to us I was not going to lose 760$ read more

CUSTOMER BEWARE Sarath S. was helping me purchase an iPhone 15 to replace an iPhone 8 on my account, with the Black Friday special. After reassuring me, multiple times, that I would be able to delay activating the new phone until Christmas and that I would still have the Black Friday special, I purchased the phone. At the bottom of the receipt, it stated "if the phone isn't activated by the 7th day after the shipment date we will complete the activation......", since the new phone was connected to an excising number the old phone would be disconnected. Upon reviewing my account, I also noticed that they added "Next up Anytime" for an extra monthly fee at a total of $489 over 3 years. I stated to Sarath numerous times, that I did not want anything extra. The only way I could return the phone (unopened box) was if they give me a replacement sim card for the old phone, which was still working and did not have any issues, this was stated by another associate and manager. I called ATT and returned the phone by UPS without having a replacement sim card. All this after three trips and numerous hours at the ATT store. Please be careful and read your receipts before leaving the store and check your account for extra charges. read more

She was able to set up my new phone including the transfer of data, contacts and stuff from the old phone. She helped create a new Apple ID for my wife's phone as they seemed to be merging. Seems like this store doesn't consider getting consents on clients to add additional features even when CLIENT STATES DOES NOT WANT ANY ADDITIONAL FEATURES all for commission. Great and honest store location!!!! Hope was a great sales representative, she provided the best experience for me and my husband! This store did not have the red Apple Watch nor the exact phone we wanted but she managed to still get us the telephone and watch we wanted, and same day pick up was available! Erica helped hope successfully reserve our devices and they were honest about any hisses fees/transactions! They should have a warning sign on the front door before you a walk into this place! The absolute worst customer service I have EVER encountered I went in here regarding a insurance question got talked into changing my plan so I could get a new phone and "lower" my monthly bill. The rep shows me on the computer my alleged new bill of 240 (from original price of 267) I agree to this deal, MY FIRST MONTHLY PAYMENT IS $464!! I went into the store 8/30/22 to dispute this and am told I would have to wait for the rep that originally did the plan to get back to work on Friday 9/2/22 and I would be called no call was made I proceed to call back Monday 9/5/22 they tried to give me the same junk of having to wait for the rep I refused saying he can't possibly be the only one that can fix a bill he then states he's getting the manager to call me in a hour again no call. I call Tuesday 9/6/22 and I speak w the manager he looks up the bills says he's going to work on them and get it fixed before my bill due date of 9/8/22 and that once again he will call me back. A day goes by I call him 9/8/22 bill due date he said that he is still working on it I said well what am I supposed to do the bill is due? He said I'll call you back I have gotten "call back in twenty" "Call back in twenty" "call back in a hour" all as unsuccessful as the other. I went into another ATT they took one look at my bill and told me that the cashier who sold this to me (KARRINGTON M. in the Ontario mills mall store PN25) completely screwed me over, we're dishonest, & messed up my entire plan. He even went on to call the store and tell them how poorly they did and that he saw exactly what and how they went about their business. I'm really disappointed in the service here. My family and I have been a long time customers. Back when I use to have the Cingular Go Phone's. I'm not sure if it's the associate whom are incompetent or the poor training from the managers but service is slow, they call they 1800 number customer service for assistance, I mean couldn't I do that from home watching Netflix in bed? I'm actually not on a family plan but I'm also baffled about how ATT treat their long time loyal customers whom have spent tons and thousands of dollars for their phones and phone services. I've been a customer for over 2 decades and I Went to the store today and had some issues with my Directv bill. The kiosk machine charged me 4X of the amount. Spoke to the manager and he helped me with the issue but 1 of the employee was the rudest customer service I've ever encountered. She was not even included in the conversation with me and the manager and gave her own advice. She gave a look and a stupid gesture and I wanted to react but didn't want to step down in her ghetto attitude. I've been back to this store over 7 times ever since I started my plan here in the last 2 months and the first month I was getting charged for a number that was not even mine and my number was not even on my plan to begin with. This store is a joke, it's ran worse than a dealer instead for a Corporate store ! Too bad I can't give 0 Stars! I get that it's slow and you have 4 reps leaning on walls/fixtures on their phones but the old "we charge $5 for a SIM card" trick just so the can activate $5 prepaid accounts to skew their PrePad Gross Adds is pathetic!!! My son broke his phone on Friday afternoon. We came in right away to activate an older phone and they changed the SIM card with no issues within 5 mins. I come back today, 3 days later after I get my son's phone fixed and Jesse greats me. I tell him i need a replacement sim only and he says it's $5. I quickly tell him no it's not! I even made the comment "you guys are really still trying to pull that trick?" And caught him off guard that I knew and he shamefully tried to say that "he's new and just following policy". They do the whole 10 mins routine in the back office with a manager (Martin Murillo JR) to "review the whole account for opportunities and possible restates BS". I have a family plan, Direct TV and Digital life there's really not much else you can add. But Martin compounds the situation by arguing with me rather than just giving good customer service!!!! It took you guys over 30 mins from the time I was greeted and helped right away to change a damn SIM card!!!! It's also funny that when I asked 2 reps standing around that they claim not to even know their Area Manager's name! They were part of hiring you! Well, I decided to make the move. No, I'm not talking about packing everything in my house and changing places to live. I made the move from Verizon Wireless to AT&T Wireless. Making the move was hard for me, but when I saw the cost savings I would receive, it eased my pain. We all know that Verizon Wireless arguably has the best coverage, but AT&T isn't that bad. I do lose calls near the foothills here and there, but it's something I can deal with to save over $60/mo. This store is in a newer shopping center and the location is perfect for us locals. I spoke to Mark Jackson, one of the best AT&T sales reps you'll find, and he was able to transfer my services and get me running on my new iPhone and my wife's new Palm Centro without a hitch. I've been back to the store several times to purchase accessories and Mark's always willing to take the time to help explain things to me. All of the sales reps are extremely nice at this location and it's right next to a Starbucks for that quick latte fix! PS - Don't forget to make sure AT&T applies your corporate discount to your bill. We're saving 20% EVERY MONTH because my wife works for Nationwide Insurance! SWEET! read more

Very hit or miss with this location. Some of the Reps are really awesome, some not so much. I suggest coming back another day if you're not liking the rep you get on a particular day. Had an uncomfortable experience here recently when I came to inquire about changes to my bill with the rep asking personal questions such as who the other person on my account is and why I did not want to connect accounts with a family member. This store and the employees that work there are clueless. I went with my Mom to get her a new phone and have her service put on my bill. It took almost 2 hours and was falsely told she couldn't keep her same #. I found out later when I called AT&T customer service that she could have kept her #. The sales woman told me I needed to buy a charger cause the phone did not come with one. Guess what, I found out later that it did. My sister also had a terrible experience at this same store due to bad advice from an employee and a kiosk that doesn't work right. Stay clear of this place. read more
