However, once the contract was signed, none of those promises were honored. I was told my monthly phone bill would be a certain amount, but what was never disclosed was that the first two months would be nearly three times higher. In just two months, I have already been charged over $1,000 for service for two phones and a smartwatch. I was also told the phones we received would be free as part of a promotion for new customers since we traded in our paid-off devices. That turned out to be misleading. On top of that, I later discovered additional services, including an early upgrade option, were added to my account without my consent or any discussion. I have returned to the store four separate times to try to resolve these issues, but Crystal has been dismissive and unwilling to help each time. After the contract was signed, it felt like we were completely ignored. Overall, this experience has been misleading, dishonest, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional. I strongly recommend going to an official AT&T corporate store instead to avoid similar issues.

My family and I have been coming here for yeeeeeeeeears now and love it. Quick service and very…read moreknowledgeable. It's a husband and wife who operates this store and they have everything down. The husband does all the technical issues, making the calls and stuff, while the wife does anything else to help. They have all the up to date phones and accessories. The store itself is in the left corner of the plaza when facing it from Colima. They have a few reserved parking spots with cones so you can push the cone back and park. If you can't park there, the parking in this plaza is a little hectic if you come around lunch because of the bulgogi house but it shouldn't be too hard to find parking. They try to get you the cheapest price/best promotion they can so they really do help with our family plan. Also, I used to be one of those kids who broke their phone every couple months (3-4 times a year) and they helped with replacing it over and over and over.... over the years.
