After speaking with customer care I was advised due to a mistake made when closing my account, that I would have to go show my ID to an authorized dealer so they could call and verify it was me making the updates. When I went back in and asked that they make the call to customer service a Latin man with dark rimmed glasses and tattoos on his right arm told me "I don't work for you" at which point he asked me to leave the store because he felt I was being rude when I again asked him to make the call to customer service. It seemed like maybe they have something illegal going on and didn't want anyone contacting AT&T to verify anything. I should have read the reviews I will next time. I thought this was just a bad experience but it seems they have had quite a few customer service issues lately. Buyer beware if they are running some kind of scam it's probably at the customers expense. This man is aggressive and rude and had no desire to help an actual customer on not one but 2 occasions. The man wound me up by saying he wouldn't help me and didn't have to assist me if he didn't want to and then told me I was disrespectful for getting upset. I am Reporting this location. Other folks who have left reviews should too the 800 number for t mobile is a good place to start and let them know who you spoke with. Photo below for reference. The gentleman who usually greets us is friendly and very well spoken. First time they replaced my wives a camera glass on her galaxy phone. It took about an hour. Job well done. Then we came in for a second repair for the back glass which needed full replacement. It took a couple days for them to receive the part but when it came to fixing it, it was done fast and proper. We will continue to recommend any friends who need their phones repaired to this location. Prices are fair, and service is quick and professional.

Upon entering the store there was no warm welcoming or greeting. I didn't catch a name but we eventually were "assisted" by a a guy in his 30s maybe, fair-skinned shaved head.. Overall, he was polite but his attention to detail and really overall helpfulness was hot garbage. Before him, I never had to log in to the tmobile life app to "help myself," or queue in line. After doing so, we explained that we wanted to pre order the new iPhone and he replied saying everything was pretty much done online or thru the app, so he had us do it on our phones without much help. Although that's fine, when he did help he wasn't very thorough or attentive to what he was explaining. Ex.: He didn't notice that I had opted for an upgraded phone plan during my choice selections and overlooked it when reviewing my order with me. He seemed rushed, inattentive, and could care less about the money I was spending there. Moreover, his female friend working there was also trying to hustle us to sign up for the T-Mobile Visa credit card, toting fairly high percentages of rewards if we used the card there. She seemingly got all b*tt-hurt when I declined. Like no cookie or Scout badge that day from suckering a sale out of me. Well sorry (not sorry) that I thought I had a choice of whether to opt for the card or not. 5% cash back is great and all but it's not like I'm buying phones and accessories every other day at your store like it's groceries or gas, to justify the sign up (and of course subsequent lowering of my credit score due to the credit check for the sign up). I'd avoid this location if those two end up helping you. Everyone else who has assisted myself and my spouse thus far has been nothing short of awesome. It's honestly not worth my time but it's about the principle of saying something will be done and then not doing it. I have the text where he acknowledges damaging it. He says he will get it paid for and he never did so wha was going to be $305 and everyone walks away fine now gets dragged out and fees get added to the small claim.
