So, I called T-Mobile to enquire/order internet service. Was told that there is a two hour wait but that they would call me back. About two hours later I received a call back and was put on hold??? WTF? Waited for 20 mins on hold and then gave up. Tells me all I need to know about their communication style. T-Mobile sucks! read more

She claimed she runs the store and thankfully for T-Mobile that's all she'll ever run cause if she ran the company she'd run it into the ground with her horrible attitude and even worse customer service. We walked into T-Mobile to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile with my mom, the hubby & impatient me! Maria was amazingly kind and patient with us! She knew we were in a time crunch, going out of town, she patiently made it all happen for us! In addition to the transfer, she was managing all the data transfer seamlessly from two English & a Spanish phone. On top of that, she assisted her coworker with a Spanish client that came in & was not understood by the coworker. Maria rocks! Leandra W. really went above and beyond for me when I came in with a broken phone and in a pretty foul mood. She was patient, understanding, relatable, and above all KNOWLEDGEABLE about her work and products that she is working with. She relentlessly and tirelessly guided me through complexities of my family plan and finally I walked away with sleek new phone step above the one that has broke. I'm only coming here from now on. Her supervisor is pretty cool too. Back in Ontario location on Euclid the reps there are condescending and seem to really dislike their job. If I could give a 0 I would. The customer service I received at the Upland T-Mobile was unsatisfactory. I went into the T-Mobile store to upgrade my phone. I asked if the salesperson can explain the differences in Iphones resulting in a lack luster response.  Very disappointing as I was unaware different iPhones have one, two or three cameras.  The sales representative stated I needed to download the T-Mobile application in order to upgrade the phone while I was in the store with no direction, help or explaining the process! I guess you can't buy a phone in person, you just need to order online. It felt like the sales representative was waiting to leave for the day and was bothered to help me with my transaction. Very poor customer service and not the T-Mobile I have worked with in the past. I will not be returning to this location for further purchases or assistance.  Please teach your staff about great customer as it goes a long way when closing a sale! read more

I ordered my phone online and got it all set up but for some reason I was having issues getting my watch to transfer from my old phone even after deleting it. Be careful when you go for anything. I bought my mom her phone and they pressured me into getting an iPad and tablet even though I wasn't sure about it and voiced it many times. They said I'd only have to pay 30 a month. Great! I wasn't told 1.) That they opened 2 lines for me. and 2.) that I only had 14 days to return it. I was 2 days too late. There is nothing they can do. The best part is I looked for the same iPad on the internet it costs 200 less at Target or Best Buy. I will be moving on from their telephone services once I've paid everything off. Do not buy your New phones here and also do not buy any cases for your phone that the store recommends. I purchased a New Iphone and was upsold on one of their cases and screen protector. About a week later, my phone cracked while it was in the case with screen protector on. I was told my the store employee when I first purchased my new phone that the case is protected and phone will be covered. I went in today 6/18/2023 and the manager and same employee who sold me the phone, case and screen protector basically said they cannot do anything for me. read more

A little over a week ago I went in very frustrated as my phone had been stolen the day prior. Upon entering I was greeted by multiple staff members and a young woman Tania attended me. I let her know my situation and she let me know that I actually was covered with insurance and wouldn't have to purchase a new phone as I thought. She was professional, friendly and efficient, and provided us with a lot of advice as to how to use the phones and set them up. About a month later there was a billing issue which Tania and the store manager fixed within a day.
