I called the customer service line, no live person, couldn't help me. Did online chat with a service rep. Couldn't fix my problem. I went to the Rancho Cucamonga store to talk to employees, they apparently looked bored, and lacking knowledge, and said yep yep gotta call blah blah... But....Where I purchased my phones, being a long time AT&T and apple customer, living here and in upland, stepped in and was helped by an employee named dree. Dree sold me my new plans , and phones a couple of months ago , very friendly and customer service oriented. She solved my problem within 20 mins, not having to call corporation, new exactly what she was talking about and doing, to where the other employees in another store couldn't help.and even The online chatbots couldn't either. This review is mainly to praise dree and her exceptional customer service. Absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable. The other employees at this location are the same. A very well managed, AT&T store. I went back to the store, and instead of helping me, she insisted they never had a $7 plan, making me feel like I was lying or didn't understand what I had been told. That was embarrassing and very unprofessional. Before I purchased the iPad, I specifically asked if I could return it if I wasn't happy. She told me I had 30 days to return it, but she never mentioned there would be a $50 restocking fee. When I returned the iPad within the 30-day period, I was shocked to learn about the fee. Thankfully, Verizon's online customer service was able to help resolve my issue, and I appreciate their professionalism. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about this store. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this location. They seemed more focused on making a sale than being honest and taking care of their customers.

Eugene explains clearly and perfectly what is wrong with the product and he always does his best to fix the issue fast and correctly. I took my s9+ for a charging port replacement and like I said, he went above and beyond to fix the issue. He is an excellent guy and I strongly reccomend this repair store. I've gone to like 3 or 4 other places and they "fix it" but the problem(s) would come back and they would charge again. This guy and his team are honest ppl with knowledge on what they're doing.

After my appointment I just went home and looked at my account myself. I saw there is a teacher discount I never knew about and got that, also was able to remove some things I didn't need. Brought my bill down $50 a month. I'm still looking at other providers because going to Verizon to get help is impossible now, their workers are terrible.
