I shoot everything from movie sets and red-carpet events to other professional photography jobs, so when my equipment goes down, I need someone I can trust. I brought Joseph two Canon R6 camera bodies, one that I normally use with my 24-70mm and the other with my 70-200mm. Both cameras had loose hot shoe mounts, which was causing my flashes to lose connection. I was having to physically hold the flash down just to get it to fire. As you can imagine, trying to hold a flash down while zooming, shooting, and working a live event made my job extremely difficult, and I was getting dark images whenever the flash lost connection. I found Joseph through Google, explained my situation, and told him how important these cameras are to my business and that I needed them back ASAP. Joseph came through big time. He took care of BOTH cameras and had them fixed within a matter of hours, the SAME DAY. Beyond the repair itself, what stood out to me was how Joseph treated me. He was professional, respectful, kind, and genuinely seemed to understand how important my equipment was to me. That kind of customer service is hard to find. I visited another Verizon store in OC, but I was not an authorized user, so they couldn't assist me. Completely understandable as they were simply following their guidelines. Ended up in this Verizon store with my mom. This store is located in the Colonies. Finding a parking spot can be difficult since it's always busy. They have a large open space. It's nice, clean, and bright. I suggest more seating for customers while they're waiting. Possibly a couch, chairs, or ottomans? It wasn't too busy when we visited around 15:00. Just like any other Verizon store, there are only a few representatives. Thank you Gisselle for assisting us during the most stressful time! She was very knowledgeable about everything. She gave us multiple solutions and alternatives with thorough explanations. We were able to find a solution in under 2 hours. Heads up, if you have an iPhone 13/Pro then you might experience spotty cellular network or SOS because the new iOS, long story short, sucks. Eventually this iOS won't be compatible with iPhone 13s, so you'll be forced to upgrade. I ended up with a new iPhone, no deals, but I was able to trade in.
