The back glass I was assured was legit Apple product and when I went to get the front screen replaced at a different shop they applied a little bit of pressure and it shattered so that shot ended up replacing it for free and told me that the parts used on the previous repair were low quality. The original repairs cost me 320. shop around people there are better options as far as price and quality. I ended up getting everything fixed at that Little kiosk on Hamner in Norco that's shaped like a cell phone. Edit: I never stated that I dropped my phone. Guillermo was incredibly communicative when I requested a quote, answered all follow-up questions I had promptly, and offered a very reasonable price for the entire repair, especially considering I'd also asked to additionally have its battery replaced (and checked that a waterproof seal would be installed). He explained my options thoroughly and was very honest with me re: the options I had (he offers both OEM and aftermarket repairs). Throughout the whole process, he communicated immediately with me regarding the delivery status of the parts, the repair itself, and finally how long they would remain open for me to pick up my phone. To top it off, the price was the best across six separate repair shops I had asked. He also installed a new screen protector for me, and did not charge anything for it. It's been a little over a week since my phone was repaired and it's been working like new. Consider coming to this shop if you've ever been worried about a job done too hastily -- he'll tell you what choices you have and let you make your own decision.

I called to see if they had started work on my ipad yet.. and they had already. I asked if I could come pick it up all taken apart to take it to the other place that quoted me less.. and instead of me having to pick it up, they beat the price.
