Today the search was over. From the time I got there I had such a great experience. I loved the personal, at home experience I recieved. Joe is incredible, he went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth. The manager was very helpful and attentive in ensuring we were being taken care of. I was unable to check in due to my iPhone acting up. My phone was on SOS for about 32 hours for an unknown reason at the time. I felt so useless without my phone lol. I visited another Verizon store in OC, but I was not an authorized user, so they couldn't assist me. Completely understandable as they were simply following their guidelines. Ended up in this Verizon store with my mom. This store is located in the Colonies. Finding a parking spot can be difficult since it's always busy. They have a large open space. It's nice, clean, and bright. I suggest more seating for customers while they're waiting. Possibly a couch, chairs, or ottomans? It wasn't too busy when we visited around 15:00. Just like any other Verizon store, there are only a few representatives. Thank you Gisselle for assisting us during the most stressful time! She was very knowledgeable about everything. She gave us multiple solutions and alternatives with thorough explanations. We were able to find a solution in under 2 hours. Heads up, if you have an iPhone 13/Pro then you might experience spotty cellular network or SOS because the new iOS, long story short, sucks. Eventually this iOS won't be compatible with iPhone 13s, so you'll be forced to upgrade. I ended up with a new iPhone, no deals, but I was able to trade in. read more

My verizon phone has been not allowing texts to come through. I walked in to get some help, perhaps have them check my settings. Barely got a look in the eye. Never got off his POS System and just said "I have no idea why its doing that". Didn't even recommend verizon tech support. I had to suggest it. Then answered "yeah, do that". I was lied to that my iPhone 15 was valid for trade in. It had damage to the battery and Joe helped me with my first visit. He claimed I could get full trade in credit worth $830.00 and let me take both my original phone and the new phone while the data transferred. I was told I could trade it in no problems by April 12. I returned a week later to trade in my phone and was told the value was zero due to the battery damage that was already present on my first visit. I had to take it to a phone repair store and have them change out the battery. This cost me an extra $120 out of pocket and an hour of my time wasted. This wouldn't be an issue if I was told the truth up front but I was lied to in order to secure their sale. Terrible business practice, I will not go back to this store and will be telling all of my family to stay away from this store as well. After repairs and returning the phone there were three employees helping two people. They couldn't be bothered to help me until the other customers were helped. I requested to talk to the manager after this and they were "busy" helping another associate. I waited about 5 minutes to talk to the manager and they never made an effort to speak to me. I recently had my phone stolen and was in need of purchasing a new one. I was so upset since I was due for a trade-in upgrade, but had no hope for finding my lost phone to cash in on my free upgrade. After trying for hours to find my old phones location, but having no luck I decided it was time to face the reality of having to spend $1000+ on a brand new iPhone. Reluctantly I made an appointment and let them know the situation I was in and how I was desperate for any option to save some money on purchasing a new phone. Store manager Cesar and employee David were so incredibly helpful with giving me the best deal possible! When I came into the store and explained what happened to David, he immediately got to work on searching for the best deal for me. David and Cesar ended up upgrading my family plan while still getting me a deal that was similar to a trade in price for a brand new iPhone 16 pro, and decreasing everyone on my family plan's monthly bill by $5! The final cherry on top were the discounts given to me on some accessories for my new phone including a new case, a fast charging brick and a tempered glass screen protector which David expertly applied for me before I left the shop. What started off as a horrible and stressful day ended with relief thanks to Cesar and David, I couldn't have asked for a better experience in purchasing a new phone! Never go here. In brief, they are very unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. I walked in and asked for a pick-up (that I received a text and email for), which they first said they didn't see. I then gave the employ 'Lee', my pin to log in and find my order, he said my pin was incorrect. After two attempts he still said it was incorrect. (FYI - I called Verizon after, and learned that I actually gave the correct pin, and he inputted it in wrong. I then had to 'reset' my pin, and have another employee log me in...) Aside from how rude and dismissive he was, when I asked how much they charge for phone transfer, he said "$40". I said no thanks it's fine, I'll go to another Verizon story, the one across the street. He says "Well they charge $50". I then said, no, they charge $29. ( I was at the store prior to coming to this one and they charge $29....) I'm not sure why the employee misrepresented another store's pricing, and with such confidence (lol), but it just added to the lack of trust and poor service. Just, don't go here. The Verizon store across the street is much better run. If Ceasar, the manager is still there, do NOT do any business there. Less than honest, deceiving, and very bad business practices. He is being investigated by verizon home office for all the above. We went to upgrade our phones and were completely taken advantage of. Went back to correct and he said he was processing a refund that never happened. Also added two lines that we were not aware of. Spent hours two different times with home office and hopefully this mess is finally taken care of. Refunds on our credit card, bill adjusted to the correct amount. Many HOURS and lots of frustrations later, this mgr is a complete embarrassment to the verizon brand. If you go to this location and he is still there, walk out. read more

Went in for an upgrade, added a ton of hidden fees, charged for "accessories that are on the house", rude employees that don't let you explain anything. Went in to return the phone from an upgrade, never told me that you had a time limit and you can't get the $1000 credit of that phone. Charged me two fees that were almost $100 and said that "that shouldn't have been charged", like if they didn't know they added that themselves. They'll add as much as they can hoping you don't notice and when you go in, they'll just deny and play dumb. My hubs and I have been with AT&T for years, and I mean like myself when it was Bell Co, then Singular etc. But when we moved to Rancho Cucamonga our service has been spotty. There are so many locations throughout the city and nearby Upland that we can't make calls or use gps. Do we finally made the decision to switch. We first went to this location and there was not one single phone to hold or lookout. The customer service rep didn't acknowledge us either. We were here to decide if we wanted to upgrade our iPhone or switch to another phone. But we couldn't even decide while waiting. We waited for close to 30min without acknowledgement and decided to leave. I did notice it was not an actual Verizon store, but an authorized seller. Since there was a Verizon location across the street we ended up there. Do people just not care about their jobs or want to provide ANY customer service anymore?! So, My Buddy tells me I. can get a new iphone from Verizon for free. I go online to Verizon and it tells me they are free. I call Verizon and they tell me they are free. I make an appointment in Upland Verizon and when I get there, they tell me they're free... With $850. Now where I come from, $850 is 850 times more than free. It gets better. I go home, call Verizon, and talk to a supervisor. We go throught the website together and she acknowledges that it appears that the phones are free, then explains how they are not. I hardly ever write negative reviews. A business has to display the highest level of incompetence for me to take the energy to do this, just as this Verizon location has done. I walked in to upgrade my phone. Totals weren't adding up and I was eventually able to get out of the manager that they charge a $150 additional "set up" fee. I went home, ordered the same phone online (for $150 less) and set it for in store pickup. I go back to pick it up and meet a combative manager, who proceeds to tell me they do not have the phone (even though I ordered/paid for it for pickup there.) he refused to help or offer any alternatives. I went across the street to the corporate Verizon store, was helped immediately, got my phone in minutes, and was not charged ANY setup fee. It makes absolutely no sense to give the campus ave location any business when you can go just across the street for a truly professional experience with no bogus fees. read more

Had a successful trip to this Verizon location! I was inquiring on purchasing two Apple Watches and adding it onto my current plan. Victor helped me out and he was AWESOME! He was extremely helpful and patient with me, made everything super easy and made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!! NOT A CORPORATE VERIZON STORE If I could give this store zero/negative stars, I would. My husband and I went to this store to trade in his s10+ due to the Verizon promotion going on right now. Haile M helped us and was very professional throughout the process. He told us it would be $250 in upgrade fees for the phone. During the transferring of data he grabbed a case, screen protector and proceeded to install it on the new phone. We asked immediately if that was extra or what, he stated it's free part of the promotion. We asked several times and he said yes it's included. We spent over an hr there while the transfer was complete. Afterwards my husband signed and his receipt was emailed to him. We did not think to look it over (our mistake). Yesterday 6/3 I decided to look at my Verizon bill and saw that I would be paying a $35 upgrade fee on my next bill. I decided to take a look at the emailed receipt and noticed all the items that were "free" were actually itemized on the receipt. I was furious that we had been taken advantage of and lied too. I returned to the store (40 miles away) and spoke to Victor. I was able to return all the items except the screen protector $60 which I did not authorize for him to place it on my device in the first place. Victor stated John A. was the manager and was not available and gave me a card with name and an extension to call Saturday. Well that of course is not valid it goes to customer service not to the specific store. Victor also stated that it might of been Haile M. Sales pitch and he apologized. Based on the reviews here, I can tell this is a standardized business practice at this location. Many people trust these individuals and do not think twice to look at their emailed receipt. We went in as a business account to try out Verizon. This location made them seem so good we went ahead and moved our 13 lines to them. But it was all a lie. They told us that the phones we got were part of a promotion for coming over to Verizon. We ended up paying quite a bit for pixel 8 phones. And we got 6 of them! They told us that the home phone / business line was included in at no additional cost. Guess what not only was I paying monthly for the service but I was also paying for the phone itself. This whole this has been a nightmare. They kept raising our rate every month. Nothing stayed the same. Now the beginning part of this nightmare and a good amount of the fees is from this ridiculous location. But Verizon as well is a rip off. They just raised our whole bill by 10 each line. Charging me an additional $160 a month. I will be calling my lawyer to speak with them on how to deal with these thieves. I'm not letting them get away with this. They charged me way too much money. This store looks very much like a Verizon especially with the signage. This is not the reason for my review. I recently ordered two iPhone 11s for my daughters' and went to pick them up. While I was waiting the sales rep, John A. said he was going to install screen protectors. I did think much of it and figured they were part of some promotion since he had already given us the estimated out of pocket cost of $300+. It turns out that he rung up two chargers, four screen protectors, and billed us for Ready2go service; all of which we didn't ask for and didn't know he was charging us for. We did our own set up of the phones at home. The phones were not powered on at the store. We assume we were paying only the sales tax. I recommend dealing with Verizon directly or buying from an Apple store. I will not be coming back to this store. Also, the customer service representative that replied to my comment never responded to the email I sent regarding this matter. I went back to this store and the sales rep. did not accept returns of the extras we didn't ask for but did say he over charged us by $80 but didn't refund the money directly.
