Came into this location for a screen protector for my fiancé and a new phone for myself. We have been T-Mobile customers for years. We were helped by 3-4 different people which in itself is ridiculous. Absurd that, that many people helped us and yet it has been a MONTH that we still haven't got our money back. If you're going to have brick & mortar stores that cannot help you...why have them?!?!?! Just shut all your stores down and go completely online 100%. And mind you those were their exact words. All they did was deflect deflect deflect. The problem - We had to order a BRAND NEW phone in store, through online, because they somehow didn't have a new phone in store??? Some BS about the bigger memory phones have to get ordered. They aren't in store. Uhhhhhhh okay. Weird. So we order it. My fiancé is filling it out on their tablets in the store and realizes TMobile has our old address on file. So he changes the address to our new one of course. This is the best part - the worker SEES, physically was watching him, that he did indeed change address. Worker looks it over. Says it is good to go. Orders it. We get charged for phone of course. When he reads back when we should receive it, by way of shipping, he also repeats back our old address. We tell him it is shipping to wrong address. We changed it. We no longer live at that address. He goes yeah! I did see you change it. Hmmmmm. Long story short him and 3 other people spent the next hour trying to correct what their company did. Blaming it all on the company and recent changes they've made. That there is alot now from in the physical stores that they can't do or help with. BLAH BLAH BLAH. Round & round in circles for a hour full of nothing but BS. Tmobile - if everything you do as a company is going to be ran through online and your customer service #s...THEN SHUT YOUR STORES DOWN. Went into this location on Wednesday morning looking to upgrade my phone. Found the perfect one for me and during set up ran into an insane issue where my iCloud couldn't verify. No matter what we did we just couldn't figure out what the issue was. A rep from iPhone came in to the store for other reasons and just so happened to walk in as we're trying to figure this issue out. Like an apostle or something, he walked in and i had to shield my eyes from the divine light. He sat with me for another few minutes and still couldn't figure it out, as time went on he did have to leave so he called over my savior Joey as he finished up with another guest. Joey swooped in like a boss and figured it out in no time flat. Dude is legendary, rolled in like a soon to be maxxed main with an inferno cape and solo'd the iCloud verification boss while i sat in the background sipping Sara brews and vibing. Today November 28th at noon, I walked into this store looking for information on bringing over two lines. I walked past a man holding open the door (no comment from him as I passed by), walked into the middle of the store where I saw 2 more people working at computers. I was the only customer inside. No one said anything to me for a moment until the man from the door came behind me and said "can I help you?" I turned around and there he was looking at his phone, playing a video game and didn't even look up. I said that I was looking for information on bringing over two lines. He looked up and said "are the phones paid off?" Before I could even answer, he looked at his phone and continued to play his game. I said that they were paid off. For context, I have an 11 year old brother who has not been giving the opportunity to receive the vaccine! I called T-Mobile today to check how much longer I had to pay on my equipment, hoping I could see some daylight on my monthly bill in the near future. While going over my bill I discovers they have been charging Me 50 dollars a month for home internet that I didn't even know I was being charged for. When it was discovered I was being charged for the last 9 months for the internet I wasn't using they told me they could only give me 3 months credit. Then I spoke to a supervisor who basically told me it was my fault for not reading my bill. They encourage you to go paperless and also encourage you to go direct deposit to save a couple of bucks a month so I did as I'm sure many people do. That means you do not receive a bill and have to go on line to figure it out. This angered me. Instead of accepting the blame for charging me for internet I never had they told me it was my fault for not reading my bill. I trusted T-Mobile to be honest with me and that all charges are legitimate. I accept responsibility for being naive but would like for T-Mobile to accept their responsibility too. I will be leaving T-Mobile after I settle this mess. Check your bills from T-Mobile, they are dishonest and don't like to accept their responsibilities to their customers. read more
