Went in to get assistance transferring my mom's cell phone number after her husband of 65 years passed away. Briana M greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in. She was helpful and attentive to my mother. She was able to address Mom's problem quickly, but we never felt rushed. Bring a book or a tablet, tried on 3 different occasions to walk in to buy an Apple Watch, all 3 times only 2 reps on the floor to help. Last time here same deal and nobody else waiting but myself and the 2 customers being helped. An hour later wound up buying Apple Watch through Amazon, watch was waiting for me when I got home same day and $100 bucks cheaper. Terrible customer service at this location. My husband and I visited the location to ask questions about his plan. We were not greeted when we arrived and waited 10 minutes without being spoken too while 3 staff assisted other customers. We weren't told a wait time or even a simple "we'll be right with you". We ended up walking out, deciding to come back another time when all 3 customers who were being assisted just happen to walk out at the same time. So we walked back into the location to be assisted when we were greeted by the manager Ryan. He was very nonchalant and disinterested as we attempted to explain what we were looking to receive assistance on. Long story short, he was unable to help us with our problem which is fine since there was nothing that could be done but the lack of care and dismissive attitude is the very reason for the 2 stars. Now albeit the store was not crowded, but my wife's phone was not working and she had this phone for a very long time. We came inside the store and were immediately greeted by the employees. At approximately 3:45pm I visited this store to ask questions about some issues I have been having with my service/phone and my kids phones. When I walked in with my 9 year old there were approximately 4 workers and NO ONE ELSE in the store. If I was greeted I wouldn't have been able to hear it because the music was so loud and the profanity from the song that was playing was AWFUL! All I could hear was the F-word over and over, but the workers didn't seem bothered at all that myself and my little girl were in the store. The employee said that I should go to the Apple store for help and did not help resolve my issue. The more I thought about my experience, the more upset I became. I called the store twice to speak to a manager named Ryan. The first time I called I was told he was at lunch and to try back in 30 mins. When I called back I was placed on hold for 20 mins and never spoke to Ryan. I will be calling again and also write a letter to the cooperate office. Do not bother to go to this store! read more

I went in to handle a protection 360 exchange of my Smart Watch (which was absolutely no-hassle and highly recommend for those unforseen circumstances) and Richard let me know of a really good deal on Smart Watches BOGO! We went through a pretty lengthy setup due to the complexity of my plan. However, we got it going! On next day (today), I ran into a complication with my plan and Anna (spelling?) helped me take care of this without any, again, hassle at all. They made it seem less and very happy to have them handling the issues. Kudos to Richard and Anna for the deal awareness and excellent customer service! This is my new favorite tmobile center now! The staff is just awesome!! They kept things simple and to the point and actually were listening. They didn't try to force me to buy a case or upgrade my plan. They gave me options and tried to pick what was best for me and my budget instead of what's best for them. This is by far the worst T-Mobile I have visited. The manager Mike is extremely rude and disrespectful. He talked down to me and used degrading condescending tone. There were two employees in the store they ignored all the other customers who walked in and made us wait for 40 mins to be helped. When they were finished it was 9pm (closing time) when I got to the register he snapped and had the worst attitude you could ever imagine. He frowned at me and told me he couldn't help and I could tell he just wanted to leave and rush me out the store. I understand it was closing time but I was just upset at the way he treated me. I have been calling every billing cycle finally to be told they won't do it and they won't send a copy of the customer notes on my account. I guess those are just for them to keep the lie straight. Even walked me through setting up my Apple watch. She also recommended some really good cases and screen protectors that had a lifetime warranty through that specific brand. I'm speaking on my experience with a certain worker. I've gone 3 times and all 3 times she has been rude. Her name is Jessica and honestly she is the rudest person I've ever dealt with.
