Exceptional customer service from start to finish! Carlos was the first person who helped us, and he made the entire sales process smooth and stress-free. He really took the time to look out for us by explaining everything clearly and making sure we chose the best plan options for our needs. We ended up having to order our phone, and the experience was great right from the beginning thanks to him. When our phone arrived, we came back in and were greeted by Joseph, who was just as exceptional. There was a line of customers ahead of us, and he made sure to let us know right away that there would be about a 30-minute wait, which we really appreciated. The poor guy was running back and forth like Speedy Gonzalez, helping everyone as efficiently as possible! Despite how busy it was, when it was finally our turn, he never rushed us. He took his time, helped us pick up our phone, finalized the finances, and made sure everything was taken care of before sending us on our way. So I have to say our experience wasn't the best, but it honestly had nothing to do with the customer service here. My daughter and I upgraded our phones due to being offered a loyalty promotion. It all went down hill from there. Our phones didn't work. Our messages were not blue. Our calls would not go through. My daughter's phone was associated with a completely different phone number. However, Anthony, Carlos, Joseph and now recently Khalid were honestly so patient and helpful. They fixed what needed to be fixed. ESSENTIALLY having an overall great experience with this location. I'm grateful to not have a reason to go back, but would in a heartbeat if I had too. read more

Honestly, this Verizon location is one of the slowest stores I've ever been to. I've been sitting here watching them take forever just to help one person. There are two employees here, but only one is actually working because the other one disappeared to the back and hasn't come out since. It seriously makes no sense that a company as big as Verizon only has one person on the floor trying to handle everyone. The guy that's working is moving super slow, like there's no urgency at all. People are just standing around waiting, getting frustrated, and no one seems to care. If you're going to have customers waiting this long, at least have enough staff or show some effort to move things along. This is really poor customer service and a total waste of time. I would give this place zero stars if that were possible. Definitely not coming back to this location again. read more

GREAT service every time we go to this store! My husband was having problems with his new phone, which was a replacement for a defective phone he had only had for 3 months. As always, the staff was fantastic! Carlos helped him transfer everything from old phone, making sure that all problems were corrected that day. As always, hubby was told as he was leaving, "if you have any more issues, come back in!!". This has been our experience with every visit, every problem. Great service!!! Initially, we came in to upgrade only one of our phones but got a great deal with 3 phone upgrades, 1 watch upgrade, home internet, the latest 5G plan and only paying $50 dollars more a month. The best part was the service, Alyssa and Joseph went above and beyond. Of course, there were some hiccups activating the phones but no fault to them. We were there 5 hours but they all managed to create such a pleasant environment, making it less painful of a wait. I highly recommend this location! read more

Since when is a manager unavailable? I got 5 phones from this store. One of my phones got ran over. I came in to talk with them. They added my number that got ran over to one of my other phones. I was expecting a business call so I need something now. April 14. 2025 I came in to get the information needed to file my insurance claim. I was told because it was longer than two weeks I cannot file a replacement claim. Even though there is 166.00 of device trade in credits on that phone. I'm now told by Verizon I no longer have access, a right, or the ability to use my phone I paid 1,800.00 USD upfront after the 400.00 credit to get. There is still a 166.00 credit on the phone I turned in. The dude said I have to buy a new phone and because I no longer have that phone I make payments on both phones till they are paid off. I said how so? The 166.00 is device credit (it's a phone credit for the phone I turned in) I asked for a manager sorry no one can help you. There's no managers available. Ok call one. Sorry it's their day off. So now I'm taking all five of my phone numbers and going to spectrum mobile. And I'm returning all my phones I got from Verizon. read more

My husband placed and order online and received confirmation that his iPad would be available for pick up today 12.4.22. We drove 30min over to this location, upon entering the store he stated he wanted to pick up his order and was asked his name. The girl returned to tell him that his iPad order was canceled because it was given to someone else. He asked how is my order canceled if I have an order number, confirmation number and payment receipt. Another worker gentlemen proceeded to explain that they (this store) can't look up the order numbers. When my husband asked them to pull up the order because there must be a mistake. Still confused they guy employee said our system doesn't allow us to see the Verizon system and they can't see ours. I am standing in a store that has Verizon on the outside of the business. Let's be clear to a customer you are Verizon!!!! It is not the customers job to know if your not a real Verizon corporate site. Saying what he said is BS and makes the matter worse, if this is true something needs to change for the sake of your customers. Lastly to confirm, the female worker continued to say that this location had 2 of the iPad's that my husband had ordered but they sold them both today. So even if you have a confirmation and order number BEWARE THEY WILL SELL WHAT YOU ALREADY PAID FOR. When asked why my husband hadn't received an email saying it was canceled she proceeded to tell him because they hadn't marked the order as canceled and she will do that now and it will show up soon. WHAT IS WRONG WITH BUSINESS EMPLOYEES now a days, it's these commission driven environments that creates greed and competition amongst employees. BAD LEADERSHIP AT THE TOP ALLOWS THIS. ITS NOT OK!!!! 3 hours spent last night ordering the IPad, changing plans etc..... and now this all for the employee to say have a nice day, like it's our fault. But your people don't care they made their commission of the 2 iPads sold today. GREED!!! UPDATE, my husband got the cancelation email at 6pm 2 hours after we left and it said it was canceled because he missed his pick up window. AGAIN, HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE. You didn't have it, you sold it and then your employee selects customer missed pick up window. He ordered at 8pm on 12.4.22 we went to the confirmed store at 4pm on 12.5.22. The Verizon policy is 3 days to pick up, the cancelation email says we failed to pick it up by 12.6 but it was canceled on 12.5???? Please take this review seriously!!!!! read more

I went in to buy a phone for my grandmother needed a basic phone got just that it was a 200 dollar phone retail. I also wanted to try the internet deal they were having so I ended up doing that too. The guy told me my total was 240. I thought ok maybe that's for the WiFi connection and phone plus taxes on stuff etc. I asked for a printed receipt and he said he sent me one to my phone. OK my daughter was getting fussy. She's a newborn so I was like let me get out of here. I end up not keeping the Internet because it doesn't work good in my service area(which I found out he didn't even use my home address he used an old address I had in my bill which is still my parents ) when I called the company to send the box back they tell me that there is no charge for their Internet box or anything like that so I shouldn't have paid anything for it. OK so then I asked so what exactly did I pay for? I have 100 dollar charge on my card (which originally the gentleman told me 240 than I look next day at my charges it was 100) so now I'm triggered like is this why the gentleman didn't want to make a copy of the receipt which I asked for and said he sent the link to my phone. The phone sold to me was a 200 to 250 max phone taxes on it shouldn't have been more than 30. They can't explain to me what I was charged for the person that helped me doesn't work on weekdays. So I was definitely TAKE. ADVANTAGE OF AND LIED TO AND THEIR NOT HONEST AT ALL IF THEY WOULD USE A ADDRESS THAT WASNT EVEN MY HOME ADDRESS TO MAKE A SALE. Went to Verizon to get a new SIM card for my iPhone. Got their right when they opened and there was 2 other people in the store for the same reason. We were all saying the same thing, which was our SIM cards went bad out of nowhere. Guy working says we can fix it but it will be $52 dollars. As a person in the customer service industry, you would hope that they would see a common issue and offer support. Instead they charge you $10 for the card and $40 to program the Sim card, which took him less than 45 seconds. Seems like a real problem and this store's associates are not their to support you. read more

This is my first time going into this store today with my partner. Jesse, the Verizon employee, had such a trash ass attitude as if he hates his job. Thanks to Jesse, I won't be going into any physical Verizon retail stores since Jesse seems to be a reflection of what Verizon hires at their retail stores. When my partner and I went inside, Jesse was helping us for the visit and we asked him a question around how to use the Verizon app but Jesse didn't know how to use the app at all. My partner had said "Oh I had assumed you would know since you work at Verizon" and Jesse's response to that was "It's not good to assume that I can help you". What the hell type of response is that to a customer? Like why would you say that? Why are you even working at a Verizon RETAIL store if you aren't going to help customers? Like bffr. So, I came to this store due to the Verizon at Victoria Gardens messing up my phone and leaving me virtually disconnected. The moment I walked into this store, I was greeted by a woman representative named Zena and was immediately assisted with my issue. Towards the end of my issue, I had asked about a reward I had on my account and was assisted with that as well. Long story short the customer service that I received not only from Rep Zena but all of the other workers on shift was exceptional. I was at this store today 12/30/21 around 12;00 noon looking to get 2 brand new phones and service. I walked in and I can see 3 people were helping other 3 customers, and I think whoever was the manager didn't even get up from his chair he said " I will be with you " , then this other lady was waiting on something I was there 15-20 minutes and this other girl instead of approaching me to ask me if I need help she was seating and playing with her phone she even put her airpod ( yes it was her personal phone ) I wish someone Could have asked me what was the purpose of my visit and tell me the wait time. NONE OF THE 3 PEOPLE took a minute to talk with me. they walked pass me and nothing. ! It would have taken 30 seconds to say "Miss what is your question ? NOTHING COMPLETELY IGNORE one girl was on her phone , the other didn't even looked up and the manager was too comfortable to get out of his chair!!. 1) I was ignored they least they could have done is give me 2 minutes to see if my questions was going to take a long time 2) The Manager working today 12/30/2021at 12 noon didnt get up from his chair 3) I was waiting for 20 minutes and nobody even talked with me. The only word I can use for my experience with this Verizon store is INCREDIBLE ! I did NOT purchase my phones here, so I can't speak to the selection or the available accessories, but all I can say is I wish I had! I purchased at a different store where I was misled about what was being put on my plan. My bill was $40 higher than quoted. Adding to that, my husband's phone wasn't working correctly. I stopped at this store, hoping to get info on who to call to get help. I was fortunate that the 1st person I spoke with was Alyssa. She immediately said " Come over here, let's take a look at your account". Remember, there wasn't anything in this for her - I had already made my purchases. She then went over everything on the plan, covered everything on the bill - explaining why the bill was so high. She then explained the overcharges and what we might want to remove & what discounts we might be eligible to receive. When it came to the phone problems, Joseph joined in the conversation and suggestions were made. We were told that if the problem wasn't corrected, to come back in. When the problem wasn't corrected, hubby went back in and Alyssa contacted Verizon support on HER phone, handed it to him so he could have his phone ready to work on, set him up with a spot to sit so he could be comfortable while he talked with Support and reminded him that she was there to help if needed. All in all, we made 7 trips into the store with differing issues - questions about the bill, phone connectivity issues, turning in old phones. Every time we went in to the store, we were treated like we were the MOST important customer in the world! I apologized to both Alyssa & Joseph at one point, saying "I'm sorry to be taking up so much of your time". They just smiled and said "We are about customer service in this store, don't worry !" As I said, the service I received from Alyssa & Joseph was more than I could have hoped for. This store got absolutely NOTHING out of helping us - no "credit" for a sale, no "gold star on their chart" from the company. What they did get was our undying gratitude and the knowledge that when we plan to upgrade our plan or refer friends to a Verizon, that THIS is the only place we go! I went to the Verizon store and the representative Carlos assisted me on 3/8/21. I was told that I was going to receive $750 for my trade in device for my iPhone 8 Plus. I went ahead and proceeded with the transaction trusting his word that I was going to receive $750 back. I returned to the store a week later due to difficulties doing the trade in through the app. I was helped by another associate Brandon. When I received a confirmation email from Verizon, I was told that I am now only receiving $579.99 back. I told Brandon what Carlos initially told me that I was receiving $750 and he informed me that he would escalate it to another representative (promo manager) to receive $750 as promised. Weeks went by and I could not get ahold of Carlos or Brandon. I call the store and I was informed that Brandon no longer works there and Carlos moved to another store (Verizon in Ontario Mills). I left a message for the store manager Christoper Perez and never received a call back. I even visited Carlos at his new location and he continued to inform me that by June, everything should be fixed and I would receive my trade in amount of $750. We are reaching the end of June and I never got the full amount. I was informed by another manager that promo never existed with my phone line and I had to open a new line to receive the promo which was never disclosed to me. Please do not go to this Verizon store. They will tell you one thing to get business/commission and not follow through leaving you with more money to owe. I hope this saves someone else the hassle/stress. read more
