Great service! They had a great variety of current phones available. Most of the time, you'll pay only taxes upfront for new devices with promotions, so inexpensive in the long run. First thing to bring up is that this place is a third party Verizon Retailer. The second thing is the staff is nice. Now on to what to look out for with this location. I honestly feel that Cell phone sales people are the new car salesman. Not honest and straight forward. The Store Manager Robert helped us on our first trip here. When upgrading our plans he was not clear on all the up charges you will be encountering. So be very vigilant on all the detail they will try to get fees pass you. On our second visit to pick up our phones the guy helping us took two hours to get one phone added to the account and managed to remove a apple watch from our account very frustrating. He couldn't figure out the watches so we had to come back to the Manager for a third time. When checking out the guy told us that phone cases and screen protectors were included. When I asked to review the receipt, I was being charged for everything plus a $30 service. He explained the service fee was for them providing customer service and the phone case and screen protector were included once you paid for them. Like I said the staff is friendly but very sneaky on the fees and not clear on all the charges. read more

We did not have a good experience coming to this store. Aside from not having certain phones in stock and the person helping us ordering the wrong phone it got VERY busy and there was only one employee working. We over heard the employee trying to get extra help and seemed to be getting denied help from the Manager/person in charge of the store. Prices we were charged were not what was reflected on the Ads and had to call Verizon multiple times to sort out our bill (which still isn't sorted out fully) By FAR the worst part was finding out we got charged $75 for a screen protector that Amazon has a 3 pack of for $17.... VERY unhappy upon finding this out. I also just found out today (which is what is prompting this review) that we were charged $40 to transfer data from one phone to the new phone (which because they got so busy we were told to just do it at home) an another $30 to setup an Apple watch which didn't require any help... I thought the charges on our receipt were for Activation but found out later they were additional fees for the employee "Helping us" Not having the phones in stock and ordering the wrong phone was disappointing but understandable. Charging $75 for a damn screen cover is what has me the most livid. There is no excuse for that. Finding out today that we were charged two separate fees that we thought were activation fees to "assist" us in transferring data which we ended up doing ourselves is just ridiculous... What should have been a quick trip to Verizon to upgrade our phones ended up being a very time consuming and costly mistake. read more

I would not do any business at this Verizon Wireless store as they are into taking money from their customers. Let me start to when we set up the family plan. I went through every detail and wrote down every penny I would be charged. Our phones, iPhone 13, we're all back ordered, so I was told by the sales associate Ray we could use our current phones and trade them in once the shipment came in. No problem, until it was time leave and then told I would have to pay for 4G SIM cards, 5 for $50. Never told that until the end. Cheap tactic for sure. At this time I was told the one time service charge would be on my bill and all I would be paying for at the time of pick up would be the phone sales tax. Which leads me to my next deceitful and unethical business practice. My brother-in-law had to pick up the phones and was never told he was being charged a "set up and go service" in addition to the tax. I would have no problem paying that if they actually set up our phones as indicated in the title of the fee. Only one of the 5 phones was set up at the store. I did all the data transfers myself for each phone. In addition, my brother-in-law was never told there was a charge when the store set up the phone. When I called Ray the following day to complain he said for my brother-in-law to bring in the receipt and he would speak to his manager Caesar to have it refunded. Another lie because once the receipt was brought in, they did nothing and said they couldn't do anything about it as the fee could not be refunded. Here I am waiting for a return call to correct this problem and there is nothing. I will be filing a complaint with cooperate and the Better Business Bureau as I was charged for a service on 4 of my phones that they did not do. This business practice is unethical and stealing. I will not stop until this is corrected! My advice to anyone looking to switch to Verizon, go somewhere else or do it yourself online. Do not give this store your business. read more

I upgraded my cell phone S23+ at VICTRA Verizon at 15258 Summit Ave, Fontana CA. The sales person Miguel continuosly misleaded me and not gave me correct information. Mr Miguel transfered my data and charged $29.99 then said now your phone is activated. When I went to home and made a call, but phone was not activated. The next morning I called to Verizon and asked about activation. The agent says your phone is not activated go to Victra store and ask them to activate. The Miguel argued that your phone is activated, I gave him my phone and said you make a call then he realized, then he activated the phone. Also, Mr Miguel did not give me upgrade verizon policy information. Next day somebody told me you can not upgrade your phone next 36 months, then i asked to Miguel, he again lied and says i told you!!! At the time of buying i asked to Mr Miguel that my wife is out of country and i want to buy another phone for her, and tomorrow is last day for promotion, he says you can buy it now then you will have 30 days to activate and return old phone. The next day I went to store to buy another phone for my wife. I waited about 30 minutes, after 30 minutes, he says you can come back at 4pm since I am going for lunch. The another customer came after me and he took her, and said to me you come back at 4pm. When I came back at 4pm he rudely says did you transfer data? I said, I mentioned you my wife is out of country and you clearly told me you can buy it, Mr Miguel suddenly changed his statement "no" I can not sale you. I asked him that yesterday you clearly told me, again and again he says rudely, no I can not sale you. I think, Verizon should take action against those kind of employees who misleading the customers. I will never deal again this king of peoples. read more

Gv my son instructions on how to register his screen protector, made sure he had all the necessary accessories for his phone before we left without being pushy about a bunch of unnecessary stuff. Terrible experience at this Verizon store. When I walked in there were 3 customers at the counter being helped by 3 different associates. It took 30 minutes for someone to actually start helping us. 90 minutes later I am still here waiting for service, and the other 3 customers are still here as well. What the fû## is going on???? I walked into this location to inquire about plan options. Jordan helped me and was able to answer all of my questions and quote me before I had to commit to any contract. Once I decided to make the change, Jordan's quote was accurate. He was able to give me the specific service I needed, per line, without any confusion. I had also made small talk with other employees Raeleen, Luis (Manager), and Richard -- they were all very friendly, helpful and professional while Jordan was taking care of my service contract. I walked in with an ATT contract and walked out with a Verizon account. I HIGHLY doubt I would have made the change if it weren't for Jordan.
