We had to do a transfer of service for my newlywed daughter and was assisted by Khalid. He was very courteous and helped my daughter get her service transferred quickly. He also helped my wife and I get rid of unwanted services to lower our monthly bill. Khalid has a great attitude and a servants heart with his work. Thanks Khalid!! read more

Just wanted to make this review for The Manager Ariel, Andrew and Jay. Y'all were greatly helpful and well knowledgeable with all that comes under the Verizon umbrella. Thank you all for helping me and my family out with our upgrades and taking care of us while we were in the store. Thanks for putting up with us for as long as you did. Thank you for making us proud to be apart of the Verizon family. read more

I came into the store contemplating on buying a new phone. The employees that were working there were very kind. They took their time educating me on promotions and specs of each phone. Highly recommend this store! read more

Came in for an upgrade. I highly recommend Ariel. He did a great job explaining my options and even helped me save money on my monthly bill by suggesting the 2nd number feature on the same phone, a great option for business owners. Thanks Ariel! Great service! They had a great variety of current phones available. Most of the time, you'll pay only taxes upfront for new devices with promotions, so inexpensive in the long run. They also will give other payment options (upfront vs. per month). I'd highly suggest Peter F. if he's there. He'a a very chill guy and will explain everything thoroughly. read more

Poor service and very disrespectful it is also not a real Verizon store. They represent Verizon customers as an authorized dealer. I had a very bad experience. Don't be fooled. Keep going if you do you will soon find out like I did. Head up read more

Incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and they're even helping with a missing package from the corporate office. I have come in the past for phone upgrades, and they don't have higher pricing and have a great selection in stock or will order what you want. Even the day after Christmas, Khalid was helpful and kind to my excited son. read more

Came in today to upgrade , upgrading you know to expect to be there forever . My partner and I are very satisfy with this location the customer service was a 10/10, time flew fast in a very good way we came out happy with our new phones I highly suggest to go to Justin he was very helpful answering all our questions and broke it down for us on what we are exactly paying for. I definitely would recommend going to Justin to anyone . You will come out of Verizon with no hesitation on questions and buying. read more

Ask for Julie or Andrew, they went above and beyond. I went in for an apple watch not only did they help me select a watch also looked at my current plan and help me save. Highly recommend to check them out. Thanks again read more

First thing to bring up is that this place is a third party Verizon Retailer. The second thing is the staff is nice. Now on to what to look out for with this location. I honestly feel that Cell phone sales people are the new car salesman. Not honest and straight forward. The Store Manager Robert helped us on our first trip here. When upgrading our plans he was not clear on all the up charges you will be encountering. So be very vigilant on all the detail they will try to get fees pass you. On our second visit to pick up our phones the guy helping us took two hours to get one phone added to the account and managed to remove a apple watch from our account very frustrating. He couldn't figure out the watches so we had to come back to the Manager for a third time. When checking out the guy told us that phone cases and screen protectors were included. When I asked to review the receipt, I was being charged for everything plus a $30 service. He explained the service fee was for them providing customer service and the phone case and screen protector were included once you paid for them. Like I said the staff is friendly but very sneaky on the fees and not clear on all the charges. read more

I would not do any business at this Verizon Wireless store as they are into taking money from their customers. Let me start to when we set up the family plan. I went through every detail and wrote down every penny I would be charged. Our phones, iPhone 13, we're all back ordered, so I was told by the sales associate Ray we could use our current phones and trade them in once the shipment came in. No problem, until it was time leave and then told I would have to pay for 4G SIM cards, 5 for $50. Never told that until the end. Cheap tactic for sure. At this time I was told the one time service charge would be on my bill and all I would be paying for at the time of pick up would be the phone sales tax. Which leads me to my next deceitful and unethical business practice. My brother-in-law had to pick up the phones and was never told he was being charged a "set up and go service" in addition to the tax. I would have no problem paying that if they actually set up our phones as indicated in the title of the fee. Only one of the 5 phones was set up at the store. I did all the data transfers myself for each phone. In addition, my brother-in-law was never told there was a charge when the store set up the phone. When I called Ray the following day to complain he said for my brother-in-law to bring in the receipt and he would speak to his manager Caesar to have it refunded. Another lie because once the receipt was brought in, they did nothing and said they couldn't do anything about it as the fee could not be refunded. Here I am waiting for a return call to correct this problem and there is nothing. I will be filing a complaint with cooperate and the Better Business Bureau as I was charged for a service on 4 of my phones that they did not do. This business practice is unethical and stealing. I will not stop until this is corrected! My advice to anyone looking to switch to Verizon, go somewhere else or do it yourself online. Do not give this store your business. read more

We did not have a good experience coming to this store. Aside from not having certain phones in stock and the person helping us ordering the wrong phone it got VERY busy and there was only one employee working. We over heard the employee trying to get extra help and seemed to be getting denied help from the Manager/person in charge of the store. Prices we were charged were not what was reflected on the Ads and had to call Verizon multiple times to sort out our bill (which still isn't sorted out fully) By FAR the worst part was finding out we got charged $75 for a screen protector that Amazon has a 3 pack of for $17.... VERY unhappy upon finding this out. I also just found out today (which is what is prompting this review) that we were charged $40 to transfer data from one phone to the new phone (which because they got so busy we were told to just do it at home) an another $30 to setup an Apple watch which didn't require any help... I thought the charges on our receipt were for Activation but found out later they were additional fees for the employee "Helping us" Not having the phones in stock and ordering the wrong phone was disappointing but understandable. Charging $75 for a damn screen cover is what has me the most livid. There is no excuse for that. Finding out today that we were charged two separate fees that we thought were activation fees to "assist" us in transferring data which we ended up doing ourselves is just ridiculous... What should have been a quick trip to Verizon to upgrade our phones ended up being a very time consuming and costly mistake. read more

Didn't believe the low ratings until I went there myself. I made an appointment but that didn't matter because I got there and there was another customer already taking my place. I waited for over an hour to be helped out but the only guy there decided to take a bathroom break knowing he had customers waiting. I decided to leave instead as well as the other customers that were there waiting. read more

Once again I received impeccable service from none other than Ray with "hair". Hey made sure my son's phn was good to go before leaving. Gv my son instructions on how to register his screen protector, made sure he had all the necessary accessories for his phone before we left without being pushy about a bunch of unnecessary stuff. That was my 2nd time in dealing with him. I will be back with my other son and looking forward to the great customer service I receive there. Thx again Ray. Oh plug for the ex manager Ceaser when I was there last time as well. Good luck with ur trucking business read more

I upgraded my cell phone S23+ at VICTRA Verizon at 15258 Summit Ave, Fontana CA. The sales person Miguel continuosly misleaded me and not gave me correct information. Mr Miguel transfered my data and charged $29.99 then said now your phone is activated. When I went to home and made a call, but phone was not activated. The next morning I called to Verizon and asked about activation. The agent says your phone is not activated go to Victra store and ask them to activate. The Miguel argued that your phone is activated, I gave him my phone and said you make a call then he realized, then he activated the phone. Also, Mr Miguel did not give me upgrade verizon policy information. Next day somebody told me you can not upgrade your phone next 36 months, then i asked to Miguel, he again lied and says i told you!!! At the time of buying i asked to Mr Miguel that my wife is out of country and i want to buy another phone for her, and tomorrow is last day for promotion, he says you can buy it now then you will have 30 days to activate and return old phone. The next day I went to store to buy another phone for my wife. I waited about 30 minutes, after 30 minutes, he says you can come back at 4pm since I am going for lunch. The another customer came after me and he took her, and said to me you come back at 4pm. When I came back at 4pm he rudely says did you transfer data? I said, I mentioned you my wife is out of country and you clearly told me you can buy it, Mr Miguel suddenly changed his statement "no" I can not sale you. I asked him that yesterday you clearly told me, again and again he says rudely, no I can not sale you. I think, Verizon should take action against those kind of employees who misleading the customers. I will never deal again this king of peoples. read more

Honestly this location sucks. Was supposed to hear back from a manager multiple times but they never got back to me. Bought brand new iphone 15s for my grandma and I and they took advantage of her. The only helpful guy in there is Khalid who was able to help me out with some questions I had when I went in person. Don't expect to hear back from anyone over the phone or email. read more

Terrible experience at this Verizon store. When I walked in there were 3 customers at the counter being helped by 3 different associates. It took 30 minutes for someone to actually start helping us. 90 minutes later I am still here waiting for service, and the other 3 customers are still here as well. What the fû## is going on???? Absolutely terrible service, in contention for the worst service I've ever received. Worst part about it is that we haven't been told why the process has been taking so long. read more

Do not purchase any phones through this shady business. They did not process a phone purchase and credit we were advised on and Verizon notified us store would need to make the adjustments. Location refuses and we were scammed out of $300 credit due to us! Business acknowledges the mistake but say it's out of their hands. Disgusting business practices!!!! I'd give them 0 stars if I could! read more

I walked into this location to inquire about plan options. Jordan helped me and was able to answer all of my questions and quote me before I had to commit to any contract. Once I decided to make the change, Jordan's quote was accurate. He was able to give me the specific service I needed, per line, without any confusion. I had also made small talk with other employees Raeleen, Luis (Manager), and Richard -- they were all very friendly, helpful and professional while Jordan was taking care of my service contract. I walked in with an ATT contract and walked out with a Verizon account. I HIGHLY doubt I would have made the change if it weren't for Jordan. All the information I needed, Jordan had on hand, and the rest of the employees were able to help as well. read more

Maybe hire some people that aren't incompetent Douche bags. I tried to do an online order exchange and the associates just flatly said "they don't do online order exchanges in store. Has to be done online." No, they just don't do that at this store because this is an authorized retailer and not a corporate owner store. Honestly, every time I've been in here, this place is trash, go to the Verizon on sierra lakes parkway for real customer service and better deals. read more

First time Verizon customer and I was satisfied with the service I got from Raelene very informative and answered all of my questions.

This is such a GANGSTA store. I love it. Miguel is about that life with A1 customer Service !! 5 STARS !!!!

I had such an amazing experience with the staff at this location -especially Richard! I came in totally distraught that someone had stolen my phone, but Richard assured me that I had options and got me in and out as quickly as possible. He was extremely savvy and was able to get me signed into a seemingly difficult apple log in situation. I highly recommended his service!! Thank you Verizon! read more

Ask for the manager Eric! He took such good care of us. My boyfriend and I went in for a new phone for me, and there was a Google Pixel 3 deal going on where you buy one get one free + get $200! So we both left with a new phone + added a line for his little brother. While signing up we learned business owners can also open up an account for more perks, so waiting on my taxes before I get one. Eric was kind enough to get us some drinks from 7-11 during the transaction since it took a little longer than expected. Also traded in my old S7 edge and received a new phone case + screen protector. Merry Christmas to us! So stoked for this 12mp phone. Goodbye old slow phone, I'm about to be brand new in 2019! The entire staff here is dope and we will definitely be back. read more
