Read the 1-Star Reviews First -- They're the Only Honest Ones…read more Do yourself a favor and read the one-star reviews before stepping foot into CompuCell. They're not "haters." They're warnings. If you want your PC built here, bring your own parts -- and even then, keep one hand on your wallet. If you let these guys source anything for you, they'll scalp you like it's Black Friday and you're the last person in line. Overcharging isn't an accident here. It's the business model. They quote you one price for labor, then magically find reasons to tack on more money afterward. Our favorite excuse? "This part is hard to install." The part in question? Strimer cables. Cables. Something other PC builders install for little to nothing. These guys wanted an extra $40 because "it took longer." Translation: we think you won't question it. We compared pricing with actual legitimate PC shops and found they were charging $500-$750 more on average for the same builds depending on parts. Same components. Same work. Just wildly inflated prices and a straight face while doing it. This place doesn't operate like PC enthusiasts. It operates like a used car lot with RGB lighting. Pushy, overpriced, and hoping you don't know enough to call it out. And don't fall for the owner replies on negative reviews either -- that's not accountability, that's damage control. Want better quality, fair pricing, and people who actually know what they're doing? Go to Flow PC or Quality Plus Computer. You'll save money and avoid the headache. Bottom line: this place is about squeezing every dollar they can out of you, not helping you build a PC. If you value your money and your sanity, look elsewhere. One star. And that's generous.
