I would like to give 0 star for t mobile if there is one. They know how to charge you but don't know how to fix their problems. I have been with T mobile over 7 years. Lately tow month, I lost my internet service daily. I contacted the company which they located in philines and usually took two hours to get someone. Dancing like clowns to follow what was suggested. Nothing helped. Still no intent connection. I went to local store and suggested leaving Tmobile but no refund. I am pretty sure the employee knows what happened. I was unable to use my phone about half of the month. I was told to call customer service 800 number. I finally got through and was told I would get a $45 dollar credit for the 28 timess I got this message. Nit registered on the network. 911 calls only and the 40 plus time I tried to call someone and couldn't get through. I cancelled my account and because I already made a payment they will not issue me a refund for the horrible service I paid for. read more

Be careful... we went here because of an advertised promotion for free iPhones and $35 ($30 with auto pay) per line unlimited data, talk and texting. We walked out after at least two hours with our new phones and assuming (big mistake) that we had the plan that was promised. About a week later we received a monthly T mobile service bill for $181.00, not the $60 that we had signed up for. After spending at least two hours on the phone with T mobile representatives we were able to finally get the plan we originally agreed to. I'd call this a bait and switch. ZERO STARS Came in to upgrade my phone after confirming with ROB over the phone they had it in stock. When I drive over there, they're busy which is fine. We walked in to find no greeting and waited for 15 minutes and still no acknowledgment. A female and male. The male is towards the back of the store. Leaves the people he was working with to "check me in". Ten seconds later two more employees come out from the back and asked if I had been "helped" or "signed in". I said "he did" and pointed towards the male. Vietnamese television and my mom's dumb friends are definitely the root of half of my problems in life. She listens to these idiots and thinks that you can get your own phone line for like $10/month single account. No mom... No. So long story short-- My poor mother got tricked by some shady salesmen at a psuedo tmobile location into some randddooommmm GoSmart mobile plan for $35/month no data and they gave her a tmobile BAG so she was under the impression it was a tmobile phone... so when she had problems we showed up at this T-Mobile in Upland and Kyle was helping us. He tried to look up her account with the number and couldn't find it. He even tried on a different computer to double check.. nothing ... cause it wasn't tmobile *sigh* So Saturday night I added my mom under my account since I know I have a better deal with my corporate discount and it was an even better deal for $30/second line. Kyle was so patient to deal with our crazy mess. I liked Kyle so much, my dad and I came back on Sunday and added a third line for $10/month and my dad got a new phone and a case and a screen protector. Yay!! I also had phone problems and the apple store told me it was going to be $260 to repair so I was like... new phone for me too!! Woo hoo!! Rose Gold Iphone 6s!! With the glass screen and a case!! Kyle cleaned our screens thoroughly and perfectly places on our screen protectors for us!! My parents and I are all super ecstatic with three brand new cells phones with unlimited talk, text and data!! Would have been a five star BUT when I checked my account online my primary line had no data!! WHAT THA HECK!?!?!? Ugh... Tmobile screwed me, well this location in particular. Don't fall for their sales pitches and lies... long story short, salesperson convinced me to switch from Verizon, on three lines, which I fully regret now. I was supposed to get $1800 back for switching, salesperson screwed me by porting all my numbers before retrieving the information needed to get the reimbursement. "Oh no don't worry, we will take care of it and make sure you get your full reimbursement." - scammer salesperson. I switched 3 months ago and to this day I'm fighting for my money. Tmobile corporate was able to help with $1200 of the reimbursement after almost being denied several times, the rest of the reimbursement, corporate said I'd need to have the store handle the rest. 40 phone calls later and 20 some hours of fighting with both Tmobile and Verizon, I negotiated with the store and they said $200 is the best they can do even though they are the ones that screwed up. I figured being short $400 is better than getting nothing. The $200 negotiation was 3 weeks ago and NOTHING. Time to call corporate again..... sigh. By the way, if their sales people ask you to switch, try their home WiFi, and even go as far as asking you to purchase an accessory but return it later so they can get their full commission, don't do it. I should have walked away after the salesperson asked me to do him a favor so he can get credit..... my fault for going along with it but it's proof how shady this place is..... read more

Alec is the Man!!! We have been trying to switch from AT&T for about 2 months. After jumping through all of the hoops with them we were able to switch. I went in today to have my Iphone replaced, however I was quickly turned away because the person who helped me assumed I had applecare and redirected me to the nearest apple store. Before leaving the store i asked the sales person to verify my account and make sure i had applecare, but he reassured me that all iphones had it included. I went to the local apple store, and after waiting 30 minutes an apple assistant could not find my account in their system. I was directed by the apple assistant to go to another T-Mobile store (Victoria Gardens) to verify that i had applecare in my account. The T-mobile store that was down the block from the apple store verified that did not have applecare on my phone, however they were able to help me file a claim with the insurance company that my phone was being covered under. I would have avoided a lot of these issues if the first t-mobile store would have taken the time to listen to my problem, without having to quickly turning me away. I'm only assuming that the treatment i was given was partly due to my law enforcement uniform. read more

Do not go to this store!! We went into this location to get my girlfriend a new phone because she had accidentally lost her phone. The guy that helped us didn't know how to do anything and constantly had to ask another store rep which made the whole process take longer (over 2 hours) for help even though he had told us he had been with TMobile for many years. We ended up buying a new iPhone for her and paid cash for it. She used her debit card to pay the remainder of the transaction. A couple months later and she finds out she still owed the $300 she paid cash for in the store for the new phone. (Sprint said it was never paid in the store) It's obvious since it was late at night that her cash payment for the new phone was pocketed by the representative. So she's had to pay Sprint again for that transaction that was done in the store. We will never step foot in that T-Mobile store again since going through this horrible experience. read more

I have been to a few T-mobile stores over the last 2 years, this was by far me best visit. I usually always go in ready to be bombarded with unnecessary sales pitches but I was pleasantly surprised at this location I went to this location to add two lines for my grandparents, they took the time to ensure we got was what right for them without pressure. Wait time was about 20 min but everyone in the store was engaged and it was a great environment with good music. All the employees seem to love their jobs and we shared some good laughs. They were super patient with my grandparents and ensured we had the necessary information transferred even though it was 20 min after their closing time. I have been back twice and I can say the management there is amazing, and Kyle, Latroye, Wali and Christian are amazing T-mobile reps! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. They lie or at best tell you half truths. They said they could transfer my Smart Watch over to their system, "No problem, do it all the time." But AFTER, yes After they switch me over to T-Mobile they said they couldn't do it. I now have a Dumb Watch thanks to them. They said that my home location had 4G LTE with great speeds ! Even after my friend went to my house with his T-mobile phone and showed 1.3 Download speeds, they said that he didn't have what my phones would have and showed me their coverage map which show top speeds. They even showed me the little "Check Marks" on their map which was supposed to show verified users confirmations of my locations High Speeds. I now have .57 Download speeds at my location, sometimes I get 1.4 ! This AFTER I was transferred over to T-Mobile. Almost everywhere I go the speeds are slow. I called T-Mobile's Customer service to complain. After an hour and a half on the phone with her she told be she would pay the monthly payments for a new watch to correct the situation. She also said she would text me with a confirmation. No text !!! I called back the next day to inquire, they said she didn't write any of our conversation down. So they knew nothing about the agreement, and therefor couldn't do anything about it. They "will investigate". I bought the International Hot-spot package for $25 per month anticipating these High Speeds. But after the .57 speed I decided to go back in and have it removed. They told me as long as I remove it before 30 days, it would be no charges. But when I did they said it could not be taken off this bill they would have to reimburse my account later. (After complaining they took it of then,) I also complained of receiving the FULL Monthly bill coming one week after I made the move over to T- Mobile, not a prorated bill. They said it would be compensated later. Now get this... I asked if all this could be written down. They said we can't do that. I asked why, they said legal reasons. I asked if they could send my confirmation, they said No. I asked if I could take a picture of the screen that they were supposedly writing this all down, they laughed, and said absolutely not. When i tried to take a picture of the guy making all these promises he told me I wasn't allowed to to do that. Soooo, if you want nothing but promises, no verification, a run around, days back and forth to your carriers store, frequent calls to Customer Service, then T-Mobile is for you. Do not sign up with TMobile phone service. This review is for tmobile.com. The workers lie and are idiots. I tried to sign up with them on June 6 and the worker lied and made it sound so easy. The sim card they sent never worked; they said they would send another one- it never arrived, I cancelled service a week later, 6/23,22, and they still robbed me of a payment on June 30. The workers (not in the U.S.) never once said I needed to cancel autopay separately. Logic dictates that when an account is cancelled, the auto pay should be cancelled, too. I went to try and upgrade my phone and remove a line from my plan and the customer service was not good at all. The man helping me was very lazy and was no help to me at all. I spent my time on my phone on customer service most of my visit. They offered my no incentives and they were no help in explaining the plans that customer service had offered me.
