They did a great job, and I knew I would definitely come back if we ever needed another repair. Well, we ended up going back yesterday because my husband dropped his phone on the concrete and the screen completely stopped working--just like what happened to my iPad before. I told him about this place and we decided to come here after trying T-Mobile and the Apple Store, which were both extremely busy since it was a Saturday. They let us know the repair would take about an hour. It ended up taking a little longer--about two hours--but considering it was a Saturday at a very busy mall, we completely understood. Instead of stressing about the wait, we just enjoyed some time walking around the mall with our family. Overall, we had another great experience and really appreciated their work. I would definitely recommend this place and will continue coming back for any future fixes we need.

Heck the device was working fine weed hen I brought it in!!! Debating whether or not I should count it as a loss ($200 down) and just move on or pay the balance ad additional cost to fix the charging port. - I mean it was working fine when I dropped it off. - What do y'all think?
