Back in December I was offered a promotion to upgrade my phone to an iPhone 15 and only pay $215.64 over a 36 month period. The employee Keith G said that I would save money by adding an additional line. I asked him if I could add my sibling later to the business account and he said, yes but my sibling would need to be present. I went to the store I normally patronize and wanted to remove the new line that was added. I was told they could not remove the line because the promotion was added to the new line and if I were to remove the line or even suspend the line the promotion would no longer stand and would have to pay the full price of the iPhone 15. I was instructed to go back to the point of sale to get this remedied and now the store is closed. I really feel taken advantage of and feel that this place was doing fraudulent activities. That is probably why it no longer exists. I had no knowledge the employee was going to put the promotion on the new line bc it was my number and my phone that was being replaced. Also, he had knowledge that I wanted to add my sibling later. Now I will have to escalate this matter to corporate to get this resolved.

A Special thanks to Alexis for working diligently and handling my phone issues. I find it difficult to find the words to describe how good the service was. Was given the wrong phone and right out of the box it started to have problems. It was literally costing me hundreds of dollars a day and there was no way to fix it. Took so long that I had to leave the store. But upon my return, I found out that Alexis had been working on my issues the entire time I was gone. In the end a solution was reached and a lot of time and money saved. All I can say is Choose your store wisely. They are not all the same, and this store clearly understands that and has raised the bar on service and customer needs.

I had to go to this Pomona location since i could not charge my electric car (which only had 8% battery left) without active phone sevice. My phone was due the day before and i thought it was actually due the following day so my phone was shut off. So i show up, walk in and inform ANAIS L. that i needed to pay my bill. This kid was soo rude and annoyed at my need for service because she never even looked at me and was texting while i spoke. So she takes my money and tells me my service will bd restored in 10 minutes. I got the text that said service is restored however i could not open my evgo app which is needed to charge my car so i asked if she could help me and thd phone rang. She answered so i waited. And waited and waited. She was not wanting to help me so she got up and went to the employee area in the next room, leaving the door wide open. I continued to wait patiently and she never came back. After waiting 10 minutes, I walked to the open door and stuck my head in saying, hello..??? Can someone help me?? She pops out and says No, you cannot come back here and says she has footage that i entered the employee area. I informed her that she didnt have footage cuz that never happened so she threatened to call the police. Lol she PRETENDS to be on the phone with them and gives them a description of what i was wearing. I chose to wait for the cops and did so patiently. I really could not go cuz i needed to charge my car which required phone service. 1 hour later i was still there just waiting for the cops. She faked calling the cops cuz the police station is literally 2 minutes away. Somebody tell this highschool drama queen that there has to be a posted sign that says do not enter which there is no sign. Cops wont respond since no law was broken. As i continues to ask her to please asdist me so i could leave she acted like sn immature spoiled little jerk and ignored me, would not even look at me. I could not believe boost would have some immature little girl making boost look so ridiculous. She lied and made all this up. Boost, youre pathetic and should bd embarrased. Try handling some real professional adults instead of a little girl in high school. Her behavior is embarrassing to boost.

This is an updated review…read more I came in on 3/30/2025 because even after paying the full amount of the famous footwear credit card, they still managed to charge me an extra $3. And before those $3 turns into $200, I went to take care of it. I know that lady knows who I am, and honestly, I don't care. But adding extra sour cream to an already volatile burrito, is not a good look. You don't have to yell at me from the cash register to have a good day, and hope I have a great week. You're a hypocrite, you know I spoke to management and you got called out on your BS, so you try to make it even more uncomfortable for me to walk into that business...Your dry, bland, endearing words, are fake, just like you. I will never walk into this business again. You think I didn't catch you "forcefully" handing me back my receipt? Lady I see and analyze everything. That's what I do. You have a lot of work to become a successful salesperson, but you don't care, because the business isn't yours. Famous footwear, you lost a great customer to this lady. I hope she was worth it. And to add insult to injury, you have her training the next replacement.... I will never set foot in this place, ever again. And I advise anyone else from doing it as well. Unless you like pretentious people talking down on you. Have the year you deserve....

I should've taken my chances online. First I get greeted as I walk in, the only thing that was done right in my whole visit. There's three workers, two of whom are on their cell phones. I go to the back and look at their leggings. I'm looking for a specific color and ask for help, they state whatever is there is what they have. Okay, moving on. I ask if they have dressing rooms I can try my three items on in. One rep comes while using her cell phone, assumes I'll follow her without looking up or acknowledging me, of course I follow her. She blocks my way into my dressing room stall as she's more worried about texting on her phone to the point where I have to ask her to please move out of my way, then she side steps me and walks away. I'm having a bad experience already. I take pictures of the tags and decide to buy them online. There was no customer service experience that would make it worth me buying in store, literally just people who show up and want to get paid for simply being there. No checking up on you, asking if you need help with anything, no offering of any deals or trying to sell their vip membership. Whoever is in charge of this store obviously didn't hire the correct people that are fitted for this job. Ordered my stuff online and never coming back here. Save yourself the trip.
