She and her trainee Bobbie didn't just help us upgrade our phones -- they actually took the time to look through our account and realized we'd been on an old 4G plan for over 10 years. No one had ever caught that before. April fixed it and now she's saving us $100 a month, plus we walked out with new phones and even an Apple Watch at no cost. This location was great . Came with my family and transferred over carriers from AT&T . We were greeted by mark he had excellent communication and kept up updated cuz we did have to wait a bit . Once we got serviced it only got better from there. We were helped by there GM aldo who was absolutely professional and efficient . It was a long strenuous process but both Aldo and mark kept up great energy and made the hours we spent in store a great experience . We've been Verizon Wireless customers since 2005, and in all those years I have never had an in-store experience so altering that I felt compelled to write a review. That alone should tell you something. The associate who assisted us at the Norco location is named April, and Verizon is doing itself a tremendous disservice by keeping her in a standard sales role. After what we experienced today, she belongs in management -- specifically in charge of training new hires. April asked if we would be open to letting her trainee, Bobbie, assist us while she shadowed. I'll be honest -- we hesitated. Anyone who's been with Verizon long enough knows that in-store visits can be long, draining, and usually end with more frustration than solutions. But we agreed... and I am SO glad we did. Both April and Bobbie were phenomenal. They upgraded our phones, made sure we received the maximum possible discounts, and -- most importantly -- actually listened to our concerns. When we mentioned that our phones had been unusually slow, Bobbie took the initiative to dig into our account. That's when everything changed. She discovered that the plan we've been on for 11 years was a 4G grandfathered plan, meaning no matter how many 5G devices we upgraded to, all 10 lines on our account would continue to suffer. In over a decade, not a single Verizon associate had ever been able to fix this without a massive price increase. Not until April. April restructured our plan and is now saving us $100 per month. Yes -- saving, not costing. We walked out of the Norco Verizon with: 2 upgraded phones An upgraded Apple Watch (at no cost) All the proper accessories And a better plan that actually fits our needs This is what real customer service looks like. A million thank-yous to April and Bobbie. It's only a matter of time before Bobbie is knocking it out of the park just like her mentor -- and Verizon management, if you're reading this: put April in a leadership role immediately. Went to the Verizon Wireless store in Norco today with my wife to upgrade our phones. We walked in and no one greeted us or explained we needed to sign in. There were only a couple of people waiting ahead of us and three reps with other customers. We waited for over an hour without ever being helped or even acknowledged. Ended up leaving because the service was terrible. Don't waste your time at this location. They don't deserve the 1 star review. read more

I had trouble upgrading phones so I went to the local Verizon store (Norco). Jose showed more patience with my issue than I have experienced in my nearly 60 years of life!! I had to wait while Verizon locked up my phones for two hours. Still, the moment both phones unlocked, he was immediately on them to continue his OUTSTANDING customer service. Terrible service. Wanted to upgrade my phone. Placed upgrade order on may 1 st. Order is still pending and no one can help me. They say they can't cancel the order either. So ridiculous!!! Waiting 3 days to pick up my phone is absolutely unacceptable. Still on the phone trying to get my phone but the money came out of my account when order was placed. read more

Misleading Came in for the Black Friday sale on a phone, and left with a phone watch and iPad, and they assured us "you're bill won't go up"... they were so nice, but it was all for show... our account 30 days later (once it's too late to return) 1) went up $20 a month 2) had hundreds of dollars of fees on our phone bill Our bill the month prior to coming here was $200, making the mistake of coming here and believing them... $435 the next month (and that's not including the $280 of taxes). so... no I don't recommend coming here. it was a very misleading experience, and now we're stuck with paying for devices we didn't even want cuz we were promised we would only pay the taxes. read more

JB is AMAZING! His service was exceptional. We've come back to him several times and bought products.

Do not come to this store, this is not an authorized retail store and regardless of what you do they will charge you a $40 setup charge for not setting anything up. The transfer of data is done via iCloud. They will not wave your fee and will not inform you of it ahead of time. Waste of time and money. Jose b never once in the transaction explained this charge and didn't provide a receipt. Instead they told us the price with the fees included. We also have the upgrade fee we need to pay which is rediculous. read more

After a terrible experience with my Google Pixel dying, no indication of malfunction and a nonproductive meeting at the store on 6th street, calling the customer service 800 number 6 times (over 5 hours total) ...at one point being HUNG UP ON AFTER being placed on hold I finally received a new phone. Boom, new phone arrived....was told "it is easy to activate and would come with a SIM card. " NOT true! Tried to activate by myself...Again, asked to call 800 number by online prompt! After 30 min the rep could NOT activate! My husband and I went to this store....activated in 5 minutes by Christian! Very easy for him, again amazingly professional. The customer service at this store is so terrible. They said we would wait 10-15 minutes we ended up waiting 40, and there was only one other person in front of us. the lworker was rolling her eyes at her boss, giving attitude to the costumer service line, and kept sighing while helping us, shopping online, and checking her email while helping us! Extremely unprofessional. They ended up helping us with what we need but it took so long, and with bad attitude. Really frustrating. At least they are solution based. read more
