The Verizon store at Lincoln/6th St in Corona , CA.was a Rolex/Lexus experience for me. I was greeted immediately upon entering. Savanna & Sam listened intently to my problem and asked some interesting diagnostic questions. No patronization, no sighs, or dismissals. Instead, they both honed in on my problem and continued until it was fixed. I do believe, from a management perspective, that you can train skills, but you can't train attitudes. These two ladies confirmed my view that Verizon is "there" when you have a concern. I highly recommend that you spend the extra 11 minutes and drive to the Verizon off of Hamner in Norco. This store is completely incompetent. I went in two times and both times they couldn't help me but had the issue easily solved at the Hamner location. The first time, I went in they couldn't even get my password entered correctly and had no way of signing me in when I told the Hamner location the same password and they signed me in within a minute. This location also told me that I wouldn't qualify for the $400 deduction promo when the Hamner location said no problem they will approve it all I have to do is turn off my "find my iphone feature" and I had a month to do it. I come back in a month later asking to turn in my phone again since they are so much closer and the Hamner location was certain they can do it. This location told me I couldn't get the promo because my phone had to be "on" when it was on the screen was just broken . I told them the Hamner location approved it and the person that helped me made a note of it but, they said because they couldn't get into my phone they couldn't do it because they needed some last few digits of the phone. I also asked for them to transfer my contacts and told me for the same reason with my phone being too broken, they couldn't do it. They were not nice about it either just trying to get me to go to the Hamner location because its "not their promo they promised". I drive down to Hamner location and its a different person from before helping me. They said I qualify for the promo as promised and when he realized he couldn't get into my phone he doesn't just tell me can't do anything instead, he flips it over, opens the Sim card, and gets the number that this location claimed they couldn't get. I get the $400 promo no problem. Then I ask about my contact and data getting transferred. He takes my new phone and less then a minute I get my contacts. So in summary, everything this location claimed they couldn't do, the Hamner location in Norco did in less then 5 minutes, were much more kind, and saved me $400. read more

Horrible service. Went at 6:30 and nobody there, went to knock on the door just as it says too and no answer. Was standing out there for about 15 minutes. 3 other people even came up as well! I want everyone to know that Joseph at this Verizon location was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I had lost internet on my cell phone however I still has access to the internet on my TV and also my IPad! I spent several hours with my AT@T and my Verizon representative and neither were able to get back on line! Joseph took one look and found the problem within minutes! Five stars alllll the way! I stopped in the store today and Channel remembered me and my name from over one year ago! Can you believe? Incredible customer service. I had ordered a new screen protector and dropped by to see if Ace was in today. I purchased the phone at this store in 2018 and have gone back to him for small accessories etc. A great guy, he too always remembering my name! How do they do that? Ace was not in today but Channel installed the screen protector for me and even took the time to look at my account to see if there were any savings available for me! Boom, there was! She saved me 20.00 per month! The store has a wonderful selection of products and the absolute best customer service. Yes, I have been with Verizon over 15 years! Verizon has screwed me over ever since I got locked into there business contract and can't get out of it and NO has even tried to help me get out of it. Verizon has become a horrible customer service and now with COVID they have gotten even worst. The girl that is working right now on 12-20-2020 4:30 wasn't helpful at all, didn't care to try to see if anything could be done and the worst attitude as if I was bothering her time. Love the way how there workers treat people as if were nothing and stupid. Definitely writing her a bad review and hope she loses her job to allow someone else that needs a job work there that would take the time to help out. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WHILST TRYING TO BUY A NEW PHONE. Was told by the 1st employee that I could avail the BOGO offer. Ordered the phone. Came in, was told to wait by the 2nd employee for the 1st employee so she could her commission. Waited a couple days. Went through the hassel of ordering another damn phone because was reassured that BOGO would be applied to the plan. Came back in after a week. Turns out the 1st employee was fired. 2nd employee took the week off because he relayed the wrong information. Now we were stuck with the manager who could not apply the bogo. The fact that I tracked and waited for the phone THAT THEY ORDERED FOR ME can not be mine. Nobody can do anything. Nobody could resolve anything. Was told, I should have read the fine print but God forbid the employees relay the fine print before we all go to such great lengths to get a phone in that is just flaunted in my face in the end. read more

How is this store still in business? The guy who claims to be manager or assistant manager is the worst you'll ever come across. Please save yourself some time and go to the corporate store in McKinley. So to begin with, I joined Verizon in January of 2017. He took 3 hours to set up an account and not just that, he couldn't even configure the internet in my phone which I could not use for 3 days because he wanted to leave early and kicked me out of the store. Not just that, he charged me fees that weren't even associated with Verizon which thank god I got reimbursed for through corporate. And to top it all off, I decided that I'm moving to another carrier due to all the problems I've had (mainly due to that one guy at the store. Mr manager/assistant manager who treats everyone like shit), I come to collect my finally bill and stood there for 30 plus minutes with him pretending not being able to find it. I told him to save his "energy" and I'll go to the corporate again. It took them 2 minutes to get my bill. I don't know how Verizon approves their stores, but this is just absolutely absurd. Verizon corporate needs to see this store and that manager guy who is a disgrace to the Verizon franchise. I hope he sees this message along with the Verizon corporation so that appropriate measures can be taken! Hats off to you Mr full of it. read more

Should've read the reviews before coming here. I came to add a line and take advantage of the trade in program on their website which would've gave me a $500 credit. They order the phone I wanted and then told me that I would get $200 in credit for my old phone. When I ask about the promotion, they said that it ended. I told them it's still going and showed them the website. They then told me I have to do it online and they would cancel my order. Ok no big deal. Well.. they didn't cancel my order. In fact, they ordered it twice! I got a notice that my phone shipped with 2 iPhone 11 pro!! Definitely stay away from this store! read more

Customer service is severely lacking at this "empty" location! Walked in and was greeted by a sales person working with a couple. He didn't say another word, so my husband and I figured he was the only one at this location. We stood at the front desk for 5 minutes talking to each other and then sat down for another 5-10 minutes waiting. And to our surprise, out walks a sales person from the back. We walk up to her and her entire attitude was as if we were bothering her. We could barely hear her and asked for a few suggestions about our phone problem. She checked one thing and that was it! I think we woke her up from her nap and she was not happy! This is not the 1st time we had terrible customer service from this location...but will be the last time! read more

THIS STORE IS A STRAIGHT FRAUD. STAY AWAY. Go to a Corporate store instead. I am definitely going to report them to the better business bureau. They lied to me about the hum, saying it was free. When i went back couple Minutes later they refused Service and to come back 4 days later, not only was I charged the restocking fee $70, but they agreed to give me a refund. I went back and they took my card to "refund me" they actually took another $60 out of my account. When i called back they said it was an issue with my bank. The young lady helping didn't even know how to upgrade my line. I was in their for 2 hours until I decided to tell her just to stop because she couldn't get it done. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! As one of the other reviews said, they are vague about adding services to your account and they jack up your bill. My bill was $50 more than what I was told it would be in the store. Do not fall for the "free HUM scam." It is not free. It adds $40 to your bill. These agents purposely do not explain charges to get you to sign a contract and then you have to pay early termination fees to get them off of your bill. This is fraud!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! I came down to return my iPhone7 for a google pixel and they would not do it since I am not a new customer or upgrade. In other words, the store doesn't make money on servicing me and the phone is in short supply. They called a corporate store which was nice but no phone there either. Don't call the store "Premium" if that not the level of service you are able to offer. The staff was fine. Peter was very nice and helpful. Overall the service for my upgrade and dealing with Verizon has been very favorable. Bit I've made several visits to stores to get the phone to no avail. But this store has it and I can't get it.
