Seal Beach Zip 90740 area. Not for the faint of heart or technically challenged. Install took 2…read moreweeks to get it working. They just went into Seal Beach, CA with their new 7gbps offering. They're not responsive yet, and their service sucks right now, they're just not prepared or staffed properly to get it up quickly and reliably at this time. The Eero Pro router is the worst on the market. Only good for penetrating one wall in WiFi mode. It lacks adequate antennas/beam forming. WiFi Service is good for one room. If you want better wifi, use an Asus Router- side-by-side my old 5mhz Asus router ax89x works better and has better QOS for tv. Overall, if you need 7gbps like I do, and you want to do that wired from the eero, you'll be ok. Otherwise you need to buy a better WiFi router to pair with this service unless you live in a 1 room apartment. See Dong Knows Tech for reviews on WiFi7 routers to pair with this service. You'll have to buy it yourself (eero router comes with the service). Frontier is very price competitive with Spectrum.

If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. Frontier is only available Monday through…read moreFriday. The customer service is horrible. They're claiming that they will not give me my prorated money back even though I only use 10 days of their service. I need to cancel my service and yet they still say they can't do it. I am absolutely 100% dissatisfied with frontier and I will never recommend it to anybody ever. I will let people know to stay clear of this company. Please read this review before you decide to go with frontier the service for canceling your internet is horrible. The value is also horrible as well. The Wi-Fi alone is very, very slow, and you have to pay for every single "upgrade." They randomly charged me an extra $10 because they said it was a service fee increase. I am still trying to cancel my Internet and yet when I called today, they told me they couldn't place any orders and that I had to call back tomorrow and when I was adamant about them, leaving a note on my account, the guy that I spoke to even told me there was no point and he wasn't going to do it! Buyers beware canceling is the hardest thing that you can possibly do through frontier don't even get their service to begin with.

However, Fabian was EXTREMELY helpful and there was ZERO hostility or annoyance from him. I really appreciate FABIAN, he definitely went above and beyond to make this 21 year Verizon customer feel right at home. Some of his skills made me think that he needs to be the owner not just a worker. Either way I came out happy. Appreciate you Fabian!

I've been a Verizon customer for years and typically upgrade or purchase new devices online because…read morethe process is straightforward and delivered directly to my home. However, when my wife recently broke her phone, I noticed that a nearby Verizon store showed several iPhone 17 models in stock. Since I had the day free and the location was convenient, I decided to visit the store in person to get the device the same day. While the employee I worked with was polite and not pushy, I explicitly declined all forms of device insurance or protection plans multiple times during the transaction, as we already have AppleCare+. Despite my clear refusal, insurance was added to our lines without my knowledge or consent. I only discovered the unauthorized charges -- totaling over $60 this month alone -- when reviewing my latest bill. Had I not caught it, I could have been paying for a service I never agreed to and would never use, potentially for months or years. This kind of practice -- adding features behind a customer's back -- is deceptive and erodes trust. It's particularly disappointing from a company like Verizon that markets itself as customer-focused. I shouldn't have to scrutinize every line item on my bill to ensure I'm not being charged for services I explicitly declined. Verizon needs to hold its employees and authorized retailers to a higher standard. Practices like this are not only unethical -- they border on fraudulent. I will be contacting customer care to have the charges removed and refunded, and I strongly urge anyone visiting a Verizon store to double-check their receipt and first bill afterward. For anyone considering an in-store purchase: proceed with extreme caution and verify everything before leaving.

I needed Ethernet cables run to every room in the house and several PoE cameras installed around the exterior, and they handled the entire job with total professionalism. I contacted Ricardo after checking out his reviews, he responded quickly and we easily set up an appointment. He discussed possible options of placement of the ports since the roof and outer walling might pose an issue, but he was able to find good placement of my ports. Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere. HIGHLY recommended if you are looking to have ethernet ports installed that extend from your main router/modem that go through the wall/roof so you don't have ethernet cords lying around on the floor.
