On 11/24/23 around 3:30 pm I went to the store to buy a sunglasses and the two associates were at that time did a horrible customer services accusing me that my money was fake even without been checking with ultraviolet light or pen. After I asked them how they know about it without been checking. After that, they look for a pen and a regular flash light. She asked for another form of payment. I told them not, and they refused to take the cash payment. $300. On top of that, the female associate raised her voice and was rude. The assistant manager of the Dos Lagos store was great! She really helped us in selecting the best sunglasses for our needs! My wife did not want the sunglasses that were at the store because they had been tried on by so many people. She special ordered a new pair and had them shipped next day to the house! It's a Sunglass Hut, if you want designer glasses at a decent price you go to a Sunglass Hut. This location is really quiet, has a big selection and the sales girl was a sweetheart. I may have outgrown the sunglass hut selection, but there is a new Ralph Lauren collection that is really pretty. They have most of the usual suspects and I know from experience that they take care of you if there is any problem with your glasses. They also send you a coupon for your birthday each year to use towards a purchase, it's like free money every year. read more

My bf and I came down to Dos Logos to meet family for dinner and we happened to walk around and stumble upon Sunglass Hut. I've been wanting some news shades, and I thought why not look. I didn't plan on purchasing today, but the customer service won me over. Kenneth asked both of us our names and addressed us multiple times by our first names and I believe that is extremely important when you're in sales. His manager (which I cannot remember her name) were great with us. Both my bf and I left with a new pair of sunglasses we love. I know it's a sales gig but the guy that was working there when I went was a BS er. He said what ever glasses were on the shelf were straight from the box and the older shades had just got rotated that morning. When I was looking at the pair I wanted they were chipped in 2 different spots . So I asked him if I can see the "old" pair that were rotated and turns out the chipped ones were the only ones in the store. read more

In these days of shop for what you like and then go order it online, it's nice to go into a store and experience good customer service. My favorite sunglasses took a trip to the bottom of Lake Havasu and I have a Europe trip coming up so needed to replace my sunglasses. I usually like the polarized glass Ray-Bans because they are so clear and crisp, but while shopping I checked out the Maui Jim's that are polarized too. A girl named Melissa helped me today and she was awesome. Great employee, very patient and nicely gave me some ideas or information without being pushy. She even knew the history of some of the sunglass companies and how they got started! When I found something I liked but SH didn't have the lens color I wanted she immediately called all the local stores for me. Unfortunately, even they did not have them, but Melissa looked them up online and found that they do come in the lens color I wanted. Melissa suggested I try Sunglass Hut online or even another retailer online if I really wanted those particular sunglasses. She even wrote down the model/style/SKU number for me on a card. Most businesses wouldn't do that and most employees would be upset about losing a sale and would never refer you to another retailer. I was really impressed. Melissa showed excellent customer service and really attempted to help me get what I was looking for. This is why I pay a little extra and keep coming back to Sunglass Hut. read more
