When I returned, the manager, Mariana, said she couldn't fix them because "the frame had warped from the sun" and told me I'd have to pay $50 under my protection plan. She was monotone, unapologetic, and offered no real solution. I went upstairs to the location where I actually bought them and spoke with Randy -- who immediately fixed my sunglasses at no charge and explained the frames were probably overheated during the earlier repair attempt. This is the third time Randy has helped me, and his service is always excellent. Don't get your sunglasses repaired downstairs!

I could only start a return and I wouldn't even get the Manny until weeks when the Facility received the sunglasses. I, Just Why online. They said that I can walk into any store and exchange or return them. She replied by saying that's not right. That's not what they do and that she was doing that she could She was unable to start a return, and upon calling another store they informed me that I Can just walk into the store and make an exchange funny how an employee would rather lose a sale of over $500 then do their job, not coming back here again.

The reception staff were also professional, they will answer any questions you may have. Only thing here is parking can be incredibly difficult to find, as it shares the lot with dozens of business and think some condo buildings. A reliable location for an eye exam...and if you need eyewear.

Jennifer spoke to me in a condescending and rude way, as if I'm stupid, instead of simply helping me look at frames. When I asked her to please speak to me normally and not be rude, she escalated the situation, told me to leave, and physically went to the front door, opened it, and ordered me out. When I asked for her manager and business card and her name, she refused. She then proceeded to call the police. This lady is an angry person with a short fuse. This is not how customers should be treated--especially by a manager. I left without ordering anything. I hope corporate or the district manager addresses this, because the lack of basic customer service and kindness was shocking. I will not be coming back, and I will be asking for a full refund of the cost for the exams.

I was walking at the shoppes, when randomly my right lens on my glasses fell. I get there and two friendly staff members named Andrea and Alexandria both asked how they could help, and i explained the situation, they said, unfortunately, we can't work on prescription glasses, and i said, Can I? as in can i borrow a screw driver to tighten up my glasses, as i do need my glasses to drive my family back home, and the girl said, sure i can help with that. She let me borrow the tiny screw driver and i was all good to go! i had no plans on purchasing anything, but she did mention they had repair kits for sale, and i said! welp! i may never need it (again.) but because you were willing to help me i purchased one. Overall the girls were pretty nice and helpful, although i have never purchased anything before, or planned to buy from there, they were extremely helpful and i was very grateful for that. and for that they get 5 stars!
