Johnny provided excellent customer service. We had to wait about 15 minutes but, hey, that's okay, we don't mind because Johnny was worth the wait. Johnny made it easy to upgrade our WiFi and helped with an old phone account. None of our questions stumped him. He is a true asset to AT&T and has a great personality. The store is clean and peaceful, not too busy for a Saturday. read more

Johnny at AT&T provided one of the best customer service experiences I've ever seen. He was incredibly kind, patient, and took so much time helping my elderly parents get their phones fully set up without making them feel rushed or overwhelmed. My parents had just come from Verizon where they had a very frustrating experience, so they were already stressed and nervous. They were especially anxious because they had to switch from their old button iPhones to newer swipe-up iPhones, which was a big change for them. I recommended AT&T and went with them to the store, and Johnny completely turned things around. He walked them through everything step by step, explained things in a way they could understand, and made sure they felt comfortable and confident before leaving. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares this much about helping people. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Johnny, for your outstanding service! read more

I wanted to take a moment to say what great service Timothy provided today. I needed help setting up my mother's new phone. Timothy was patient and very helpful. He had it set up in no time. Thank you for everything! read more

Quoted prices and promotions never materialized. Internet service is slower than Spectrum's, which I transferred from (Regret decision). The monthly billed amount is incorrect (overstated). I have spoken with two separate individuals after suffering through their automated system, which provided no help at all. Other than that, it takes them a few billing cycles to correct their error. Currently on hold with a wait time of 1 to 1.5 hours before a representative becomes available. Big mistake making the move from Spectrum. Save yourself the frustration, poor service, and aggravation. Don't switch to ATT regardless of the incentives. read more

I originally bought an iPhone 17 put $900 down and then proceeded to be on my way. Unfortunately I lost the phone. I went back to the store and told them I needed a new one and had the appropriate insurance so instead of filing a claim(an insurance claim), which is what they said I needed to do, which how the hell am I supposed to know that since I'm not a worker there. the lady told me to pay off the prior balance on my old phone which I did $300 and then she gave me a new phone. Unfortunately, she didn't file an insurance claim which would've made my phone free. She charged it as a completely (New upgrade)$$$$!!! (Another $1200)added to my phone bill that "I" owe!! How tf is this level of ignorance possible. so I went back to check my bill and it says I owe another thousand or $1200 for a new phone. I didn't catch it till three or four months later as I'm paying 30 bucks extra a month for a new phone I already bought!!! so I went back and talk to the manager and he tells me there's absolutely nothing that they can do and he's never seen anything like this before and has no idea why she didn't file an insurance claim because that's their normal procedure and I said why should I be punished for you fucking up your procedures!! so what you're telling me is I had insurance on my phone and now you're charging me for an entire another phone and there's nothing you can do about it. complete bullshit!! don't ever go here!! They can go fuck themselves. I have an idea, how about you credit my fucking account 1400 back you assholes. Go anywhere but here. read more

If you are in need of cellular service or devices, we highly recommend going to the ATT store in corona off of cajalco. Brenda and Curtis are the ATT specialists that assisted us with updating and activating our 6 phones. I just truly wanted to say thank you to both of them for taking care of us and making us feel like family. They both went above and beyond in assisting us with our cellular service needs. What ever they are paying those 2, it certainly isn't enough. We initially went there towards the end of the day and Brenda took care of us like we were her first customer. When we had difficulty activating a couple of phones, Curtis assisted us and made sure that we were up and running in no time. We even shared pet stories and photos. Thanks again to both of you for your work ethics and commitment to your jobs. We will certainly be returning customers. God bless. We hope that your supervisor reads this and does something special for both of you. read more

Have to wait days to get WiFi. Had google fiber before and could pick up same day. They ship with UPS which always have delays. Sucks for people like me who work from home, so now I have to use my AT&T hotspot which is also bad in this area. This is 2025 and same day anything should be possible nowadays read more

Come here if you want to just waste time standing around in confusion waiting to be served. Terrible customer service. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in. No one is there to check you in to even get in "line". Then if you're lucky you wait for 30mins just to get checked in which is a mess since there are so many others waiting and no one knows who is first. Seems like basic customer practices could go a long way even if you are short staffed. Great Clips has better customer service x1000, take a class from them. read more

Worse place ever! If you're not there to purchase a high dollar item they don't care to help. Been getting the run around from that s@#t show insurance they call Asurion so I went into this at&t store. No one offered to get to the bottom of it.no one even tried. So unless you're going to purchase a phone they will help as long as they're making money. read more

Me and my buddy walked in today looking to upgrade our phones. Was immediately helped which was nice but the employee quickly took a very condescending tone when we both realized we didn't have everything we needed to do it that day. We walked in weighing multiple options, and Cameron helped us choose the best the option for us! He was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. I would confidently say the best experience we've had at an AT&T. The entire time I didn't feel we were being pressured into a plan and he provided all the details of the plans we were opting into, and was very very patient with us. I would say our experience was like talking with an old friend, he built great rapport with us and asked relevant discovery questions to help get us the best deal. He clearly set our expectations for our next bill. The selection was good, they had the color I wanted in stock. We walked in without an appointment and he immediately greeted us and took care of our what we needed. read more

Worst place ever, they have all this sales and promotions and when you go to the store they won't honor any promotions saying it was over yesterday and then they want to put you on 36 month "contract" with half the price of the phone as a down payment plus activation fee plus apmost 200 dollars of god knows how many "taxes" , so if you want a new phone do it online, stay away from this place read more

DISCLAIMER NOT THIS STORE. ITS THE CALL CENTER AT&T call center listen up! After 22 years of loyal patronage, your recent treatment of me has been nothing short of appalling. Let's set the record straight: I've been in constant communication with your team regarding a minor bank mishap that necessitated a few extra days to make my payment. You know what I asked for? Nothing more than a return to my original payment arrangement date. But instead of understanding and cooperation, I encountered sheer indifference and inflexibility. Is this how you repay decades of loyalty? Talking to juriel ID #SZG94G2 offered zero help and compassion for something that shouldn't have happened. It's high time AT&T realizes that loyal customers deserve better. Your dismissive attitude towards my reasonable request is downright disrespectful. After more than two decades of support, I expected far better treatment than what I received. I'm sharing my experience here so others know what to expect from AT&T's so-called customer service. Take heed, AT&T - this is not how you treat those who've stood by you for over two decades. read more

Wow ! This is one of the best AT&T stores I've been to! Thank you Yasmin you helped me alot. She helped me solve a problem with my bill that I had been carrying for months. This was overloading my payment. So she called customer service and she was fighting on my behalf until they decided to credit me $550.00 which was fair. I left the store very happy. Thanks Yasmin!! Good customer service and good store management. *Guau ! ¡Esta es una de las mejores tiendas de AT&T en las que he estado! Gracias Yasmin, me ayudaste mucho. BUYER BEWARE!! This store has scammed me out of $600.00 they have a sketchy sales rep by the name of Lesly. I came in to upgrade 4 of my lines, she tried to sell me on insurance and other extras for my plan, I declined all! A month later my bill shows up and I'm being charged for everything possible. I've been with AT&t for 20 years, this is something I didn't expect from a company I've been loyal to. Please check your bill and ensure your are not being charged for stuff you did not ask for. As for the sales people in this store people be mindful of other people situation, don't charge your customers for stuff that they don't want just to make a sale or commission that's not ethical! read more

Wow! I have to say that ESPECIALLY since January, this store is even more awesome! Tonight my daughter's phone totally bricked (it was old) and we walked over to the ATT Store and TIMOTHY was our total SUPER HERO! My daughter is 13 and was crying - worried it was her fault her phone wasn't working. Even though I told her no way it's not her fault, she was still stressed about it. And Timothy reassured her, found her a new phone, a case, and took her jukebox requests to play while we set up the new phone. THIS will not only keep me loyal to ATT, but THIS IS OUR STORE! Thank you for making this super easy for us! read more

AT&T Store - Happy at the Corona Crossings ATT STORE! - Mobile Phones Near Me - Corona, California

I had a very terrible experience at this location from the moment I walked in.. Felt as if I was judged for whatever reason and did not have a pleasant experience at all. On top of that, the sales rep that helped me was beyond rude. They couldn't verify my identity online or in store. I'm not sure but I asked the guy " well what does that mean since I have my id and social.. his response was " it means you won't be getting service with AT&T. Just rude as I use AT&T at my home as well. With that rude behavior I will not even attempt to get wireless service here. Made me feel very uncomfortable!! read more

I can't say enough about the customer service we got when we switched our cell service to AT&T through this location! Our primary sales rep, Timothy, was AMAZING and tried to make it as easy as possible for us. He genuinely cares about his customers and is the epitome of customer service!. We ran into a few glitches along the way and he was on it every time, even looping in his manager, Yasmin, so she knew what was going on and could pick up where he left off when it was his day off. Yasmin finished the set up of our account and she was as good as he was. We were told that the culture of that location is a direct result of her leadership style, so kudos to her. It was a relief to have great service and trustworthy sales help when you're leaving the carrier you've been with for 25 years, moving 5 lines and needing a couple new phones on top of it! read more

Originally when I reached out to them about being sold the wrong plan, it was over the phone and I don't know who was helping me. Thankfully, entering the store was a very different experience. Edwin was able to set everything straight. Kudos to him for figuring out the best way to make it work even though it's a bit of a process. I still dock off a star for it not being a "get it right the first time" kind of experience. But overall positive attitude from everybody at the store. Also I have to say that they definitely have their COVID19 game going on. No display devices, santization products all over. Shields, facemasks, the works. read more

Buyer beware! DONT SWITCH TO AT&T Read all contracts before leaving the store, please. DONT LET THEM READ OR EXPLAIN THE CONTRACTS TO YOU THEY WILL LIE!! Deon and 2 other store reps and a manager Sold my boyfriend an I 2products, the iPhone 10 with a 1 year contract. Then they said they had a Promotion going on and that with the plan we got we get 300 dollar in FREE store credits. NEVER once did they disclosed there would be any contract or monthly costs involved. They said it's FREE store credits. So we took it like anyone else would. THEY LIED Steer clear! NOW we are being billed monthly for these accessories And being billed more than what we were told that we would be paying monthly for the phones. When we went to the store to speak with them about it they told us it was nothing they could do and to leave the store. The most disrespectful staff I've ever experienced thus far. I'm unsure when the new staff of this AT&T came to be, but I was most certainly shocked and disgusted to come to the only AT&T I've ever held business with to find a new staff with a rude manager/supervisor. I'm appalled & will never step back here again. To all who work here: learn to respect your elders and learn some customer service manners. Because of this experience, I'm switching to another provider. After being with AT&T for over a decade, this single experience was so bad that I've lost respect for the entire company to allow such mishaps to occur. I hate getting new phones and dealing with AT&T, but my experience with this store during the last week has been downright enjoyable. I went in a week ago to order a new phone and Timothy helped me change plans to something they would better suit my needs and budget. He was personable, kind and super efficient. Tonight I went in to get help setting up the phone and the man who helped me was patient, polite, and answered all my ridiculously technologically stunted questions (I didn't catch his name- he was the greeter and we had a really great conversation about our puppies, though). I am confident that if I return in need of help at a later date I will get what I need. read more

No problem getting tossed because of virus even wearing mask but no need to be rude. Guess I'll stick w Verizon.

I just had a simple question regarding warranty on an phone accessory. Too bad I couldn't even speak to a store representative, I must have called during the lunch break. "HELLO! Thank you for calling AT&T! For English, press 1." 1 "To speak to a store representative, press 3." 3 "To speak to a store representative, press 3." 3 "One moment please." Ring. Ring "All of our customer service representatives are unavailable at this time, to try the store again, press 1." Wash. Rinse. Repeat. UPDATED REVIEW: I decided to walk into the store on a Sunday at 6:55. The store hours state that they close at 7, but the doors were locked and lights were off. I didn't have a good experience with this store or At&t. The hidden charges with the "promotional" items were misleading and expensive. He put a $25 insurance plan that we specifically said we did not want and signed us up for some "family pack" for a 2 line account. Really??
