Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before I went to this location to use a $1000 trade in offer. I was told that it would be reflected as monthly credits. It has been over 7 months and I have called customer service multiple times a month to try to get the offer that was active during that time. So far I have not received ANY monthly credits and have been forced to pay full price to keep my account current, while there is a record of the phone I traded in. There is a disconnect from this store and Verizon that causes issues for what is offered and you are left paying the bill while they point fingers at each other. I will NEVER use a Verizon trade in offer again. It's Apple Store only for IPhone purchases. Avoid this mess. It's an expensive lesson. read more

I understan covid-19 is tough on everyone.. That said its no excuse for the terrible management and sales training of these dedicated employees. I blame management and terrible executive leadership. First they told me the phone I was purchasing a Google Pixel had wireless charging. It does not. Then that the Hotspot would activate after 30 days. It has not its been 75 days. Went here to activate an Apple Watch. Only 2 dudes working. First I waited 15min for one of them to talk to me. After 5 min, he said I should call 611 on my phone...so I did...who said that the agent could help me. Tried to talk to them again - one had gone on break. It took the other fool 45 min to talk to me...and after another 5 min, Julian said he couldn't figure it out. So, this has been my Verizon store for years. Always have posted good reviews, however this one will not be good! Came into the store a couple of weeks ago to check on my screen saver plan for myself & my husband's. I had a scratched screen on my IPAD and my husband had one on his iPhone. Since we had purchased a protection plan for all our devices, we checked with the employee and he checked our account and assured us that we indeed were covered-but, they were out of our particular one and to come back the following Tuesday. I returned on Tuesday and my IPad screensaver was back in stock, however this employee said the policy expired in October/November??? A friendly reminder in early October would of been nice (since the scratch was at least 6 months old) and I certainly would of put it on my list of things to do..So, I went ahead & purchased another post..single screen (won't fall for that total protection plan again!) The employee struggled to place it properly on the iPad and it started peeling off the next day. I tried calling the store to speak to the Manager Stephanie.Was told she was with a customer & would call me back shortly. Waited over 4 hours with no callback so my husband & I went into the store. The store had only 1 customer and the manager said she was on her lunch. Luckily her timer for her lunch off as we approached her-whew, what luck! She looked at my iPad-agreed it was peeling and would replace it, but, they were out of stock. She called another store & they were going to send the Norco store one of theirs. Waited over a week for that one-called to make sure one was "earmarked" for me & received a call 2 days later that it had arrived. Went in today & they handed me the box and said they don't do the installation???? Seriously? I paid $45..00 and no installation? In the last month we've spent over $100 for our "free" total protection plan and was treated like 2nd class. And by the way-most of my reviews are "good" reviews. Rarely do I post negative. I will be taking my business elsewhere! 5 days and still no contact from any employee or Verizon rep ref this less than stellar review. Perhaps customer service is not important to them. A response would of been nice ‍ Apparently they could care less...My last negative review to a different business saw the review immediately and the owner of the business called shortly thereafter to see how they could of done better. This is not a Verizon authentic store!!!! It's a retailer who bought a Verizon store that closed down! All they will try to do is sell you a phone. They will not try to fix it. So I just found something out that's sneaky and I'm sharing! There are Verizon retailers that are passing themselves as Verizon and apparently a law passed that they don't have to advertise they are retailers. These retailers are able to use a Verizon store and will not try to help you fix your phone. Rather they try to sell you a phone and charge you for SIM cards which are free. Go anywhere but here for your phone needs... I recently had a really horrible experience at this store getting myself a new phone and adding my boyfriend's phone to my plan. The guy helping me, (Daniel I think) didn't know what he was talking about. I asked him repeatedly about price differences, how my bill will change, etc. and with each questions I got a confusing answer. With every answer he gave I had 3 more questions. I asked how much device payment will be per month after switching to a new one and he said "about $11"...yeah okay. He was just making stuff up on the fly. Not only was he confusing/making things up, he also changed my phone plan on both me and my boyfriend's phone to be a $20 more per month plan without ever telling us about it. I now understand that the plan is automatically updated when the iPhone 12 is added to the plan because of 5G but I should have at the very least, been notified of this change. He said nothing about it. Another thing he did for us was enroll my boyfriend in Verizon's insurance plan for his phone....which is paid off, bought from the apple store, and has apple care....why would we need Verizon insurance on it???? oh and yeah he never told me he was doing this either, because I obviously would have said NO! I found out everything I know now because after I left the store, both of our phones had no service, I had to use my computer and my roommates phone and spent almost 4 hours chatting and calling with Verizon customer service so they could help me after how badly he messed my plan and our phones up. I was looking over the charges from the visit and there's a $20 charge for the activation etc. I paid $20 for this guy to royally F my ish up!!!! Wonderful. Don't go here. Just an update I spoke to Steven on the phone, who says he is the manager and he was very nice. He told me the guy who helped me was new and he was sorry. I just have to say, as a training coordinator and manager myself, why was this man ever signed off to work if he does not know how to properly complete his responsibilities? He did more harm than good. Training should be better. If he's truly new it's not his fault entirely, he should not have been signed off to work yet. Another update, as of today, 4 days after visiting I am still encountering issues from this visit. I found out today that the credit from my trade in credited my monthly bill this month instead of crediting the amount due on my new device (what I was told would happen.) Thought I could never find anyone as good as IIleana Figueroa who had that position before she left but Haile is right up there with her, heads and shoulders above anyone else. Buyer Beware if you go into this store! They will lie to you by telling you things are free with purchase of phone and service but then it all shows up on your bill. Try to take it all back and they lie again saying they never said anything was free and it is now past their return policy date. This is also when we learn they are Not an Authorized Verizon dealer although they advertise as such. As my husband was angrily leaving the store the young man he had been dealing with whispers to him, "hey man it's just all about sales." I say it's all about fraud and deceitful business practices. I was very impressed with my service that I received from Julian the store manager at this location. He greeted me with a smile and was very personable. I was going in for the iPhone 11 Pro Max, he was able to order the color I wanted, and have it shipped out within 3 days. He kept in contact with me when my phone arrived as well, which I truly appreciated. Once my phone came in, he helped me set it all up super fast and was in and out within 30 mins. All in all, I definitely would go buy a phone from Julian again, he was very honest and built a customer relationship with me, not just sell me a phone. If you're in corona area please go ahead and let Julian assist you. read more

This place is ridiculous men the service is extremely horrible. Visit the Verizon corporate store in Eastvale better. Gave them the second chance they took 3 hours and were not able to set up my account. Ran my credit got my application approved and was not able to get my plans changed. I have a business account with over 6 lines and it was just hard for them to understand process of a business account vs a normal account. Was totally none apologetic about the situation either. I went into this store to see about lowering my bill back in October. At that time, I was helped by Lance. He said he could get my bill down to 307.00 a month with the upgrade of a new ipad. I believed him. That was my first mistake. The next month my bill was 418.00 because he forgot to tell me that there was an activation fee. I called him and he said he would take care of the bill for the next month. I went into the store in November and spoke to the manager Julian. Was I upset? Yes I will admit that I was but isn't it a managers job to calm the customer and make sure that they are happy with your service? He said he would look at my bill. He told me he could get it down to 304.00 a month but I had to wait until Dec 3 so the billing month ended. So I assumed that my next bill would be that. Lo and behold, my next bill is 346.00. I just left the store after speaking with Julian and I have to say he is very rude. I was calm but firm and I guess he can't handle that. He looked at my plan and said he could lower it. He claims he never looked at my plan in the past but if you are trying to help someone lower their bill, how do you NOT look at their plan? He now claims my bill will be 317.00 with tax starting Jan. 5. We'll see. On December 3, he told me he would be applying for a credit of 60.00 on my bill. I'm not holding my breath. DO NOT GO HERE TO SIGNUP FOR SERVICE! when my husband and I decided to get a phone plan together we picked Verizon, we didn't realize this wasn't a full Verizon store, but merely an authorized dealer. We worked with Rodney R. Who seemed very nice, but little did we know that he was lying to us the entire time. He said both the iPhones and androids were buy one get one free (we went with android) and now 5 months later I'm still paying for both phones because it was only the iPhones that were on promotion. He also charged us a ridiculous amount of fees that I had to sit on the phone with Verizon to get credited to my account. Please go to an actual Verizon store instead of this one. read more

One star is too generous. Make sure they don't throw items you don't ask for into your bag. Most importantly, Bernard is shady. I went in to get my phone upgrade. The service took about an hour and a half to get my new phone working. (That does not include switching the contacts over; I did not want to wait even longer for that.) But, that is not the main issue I had with this Verizon location. The part that really irritates me is that I ended up paying for accessories that the employee, Bernard through in my bag without me asking for or me even being aware of it until I got home. I was under the impression that the total I paid was simply for the new phone. Here is what Bernard through in my bag without my knowledge: Dual car hub $24.95 Micro cable $14.95 Stylus $14.95 Gadget guard $39.95 totalling $94.80 Who does something like this? It's unheard of. Agree completely with previous posts about the disreputable, unethical practices of GoWireless in Norco. It has taken me hours to unravel and reverse the crazy add-ons they signed me up for without my permission or knowledge. They don't show you their screen they are working from and say the receipts are paperless. The paperless receipts I received were incomplete, and inaccurate. (Wrong phone number on the file compared to the number in document/agreement.) I am an idiot for not checking the reviews before doing business here. Verizon needs a better mechanism to receive feed back on their retail partners. The amount of money involved is not worth me suing or taking to small claims, but I don't like being cheated. I will not forget either. The District Manager was even present and coaching the sales representative in whispers so this is a business practice. Hai'le was our representative at this store and was so helpful! We came from another Verizon store that was completely unhelpful--basically just said get a new phone for 750-. But then at this store Hai'le fixed the problem in 5 minutes--helped my elderly mom get her email and password-and gave us recommendations on getting a new battery-which will only cost $15. Normally I don't go to Verizon "authorized" retailers but my husband's phone was completely dead on a Sunday and we were desperate. Like the two other times I've bought a phone at one of these places, everything sounds like normal, but when you leave and look at the receipt you find the "free" items were NOT free and you've been signed up for the $17 monthly protection plan that no one ever discussed with you and you didn't ask for. I would go back (which I've done at other places) and demand my money back but it was already a 90 minute wait with the COVID-19 issues. (Surprisingly the "free" phone case was only $20, so I'll eat that cost.) read more
