I agree with another reviewer that one star is too generous. Simple scenario: If you order a case, you should receive it on the promised delivery date. Why the salesperson, William Lbrahim, didn't just tell the truth and give the correct shipping information on any of the THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS that I went into the store in person to find out why I haven't receive the case, is beyond me. There are many Verizon stores within close proximity to this one. Do yourself a favor, and go to a different location. Buyer beware. read more

This was the best experience I had with Verizon carrier. I got help from Jorge and he was very patient with us and he was very clear about all the promotions and what you can and you can't do. Compared to every other Verizon store that I have been to, this was the best location for getting costumer service and he was very respectful. Excellent customer service from the staff here. Dan the store manager helped my family and I open 7 lines. Adding 7 new lines comes with a lot of questions. Dan did a great job answering all my questions and gave me a detailed description of what to expect on my bill, etc. I highly recommend this store, they will take care of their customers. read more

Was told when I paid cash for a new phone that they would issue a credit of 132.00 from that balance I paid on the old phone. Am now being told by Verizon that I have to pay balance. Store can't issue credit. Can only give store credit. WTF do I ant with a store credit. Especially this store. read more

be very careful here: We came in to switch 2 lines from Sprint and add 2 additional. They did not have the two S7 phones in stock (only 1) and said to come back tomorrow. Next day different sales guy (Dan), sets it all up, over an hour to transfer and then pulls out the bill. He put through new phones at full cost, no trade in - we show him the paperwork from the day before and he says "I'm sorry, that promotion ended yesterday and we cannot honor it". Think about it people, would you deal with anyone who did this to you? Very poorly managed operation, save yourself trouble and go to a professional dealer, these guys are clowns. read more

The Verizon repair tech Danny Garcia tried effortlessly to get my old phone to power up to transfer some pix that had a lot of sentimental value to me. Although he wasn't able to, it wasn't from lack of trying or understanding. He didn't even charge me for his time. Was time for a upgrade it was the first time in about 4 years. Great service made things simple I didn't get there until late Sunday I was helped with no problem and not rushed. The guy named William working at the location was extremely rude. Very unprofessional and sarcastic. They didn't have my charger which I understand but I was confused why William was not willing to check with another local store or order it for me. I drove from San Jacinto to repair my iPhone 6 Plus. I had no idea Verizon had a repair shop. I'm glad it was in decent driving distance. Francisco from the San jacinto location referred me to Danny Garcia in Norco. He gave me the hours he worked and his cell phone number. I was in shock he was being so kind and helpful. I am absolutely impressed with the customer service I received at the location in general and especially from Danny. I had a very similar experience that H.R did. When I read H.R'S post that he posted on 8-22-14 I tend to believe that the same fellow helped me that helped H.R., because the Verizon rep who was rude and mean also told me why his Android is better than my Iphone 5s.This was on Sunday, October 11 around 1:00 pm. I went in there looking for a case and this guy starts telling me why his phone is better and blah blah blah. I was not there to discuss the pros and cons of phones, nor do I care about any complex he may suffer from. I was there to buy a case for my phone, that's it. Not a big deal. He then went on to explain all the great things about Otter cases. I told him I had one before and liked it, but then I went on to share with him a bad experience someone I know had with an Otter case. He didn't like that at all, because as I was browsing the cases and with my back turned he threw a device very hard at the wall right next to my head and asked "did it break?" I should have left right then, but I stayed because I wanted to see how far this guy would go. Needless to say it got even worse, and to make a long story short I will just say that I will never go back. read more

This store has horrible service! They had like 3 employees walking around doing nothing and told me I need to wait 30 min just to return a phone case!! Spent about 5 minutes discussing with the manager how ridiculous this is and he's telling me that I can't "cut" in line of others checked in. I told him I'm not starting a new contract or buying a new phone that takes time I'm returning a phone case that takes one min..... And that the amount of time we have been talking about this I could have returned the phone case already!!!! What an ordeal!
