Riley, Malic and Hesham were great. I came in to inquire about upgrading my iPhone XR to a iPhone 15. Riley ran through the differences between the four available options. The one I wanted wasn't in stock but he ordered it for me and it was delivered the following day. I received a notification through email. I came in the following day and was assisted by Micah and Hesham. They were also very friendly, courteous and respectful. Everyone they came in contact with was treated with the same kindness. The entire set up only took about 20 minutes. It was an easy process as I backed up my iPhone the night before and was prepared for the switch. The quiet time I had while I waited for my new phone data transfer from the cloud to be completed was a nice break. The storefront itself was clean and decently stocked with accessories. If you want to get hustled, this is the store for you. I came to the store to upgrade one of my lines. I was able to get the help I needed in getting a new phone but the the representative- Malic F. who was helping me added insurance ($6) and the NEXT UP plan ($10) without my consent or acknowledgment. When I asked why he added he said, "that's how it's done". Once I got home, I called AT&T directly and confirmed insurance should have not been added if you were not aware. On top of that, the representative- Malic F. was giving me attitude and was very unprofessional when I called him out. Trying to hustle a loyal customer of 30yrs for a quick commission is not a good look for AT&T. I will never give this AT&T location my business. read more

I walked in requesting just the basic monthly phone service and somehow ended up enrolled for the most premier business service they provide. I was signed up for business account without my knowledge and was told I would get an email with confirmation of my service and billing, and never did. Warning: if you come here, I highly encourage that you request printed documents of whatever you get signed up for. read more

This location has horrible customer service! The one person working was too lazy to help customers. He was with one person and kept telling incoming costumers he would be with them in one minute. 20 minutes later someone who was coming in to check and see if her phone was delivered ended up leaving because he never bothered to ask her anything. All while waiting for data to transfer. And chomping on gum. And after 20 minutes of me being the "next" person I told him that I was going to need a new sim card and he told me that he had none in stock. However when I went to another location was told I do not even need a sim card that the phone has an internal sim that can be activated. Guess that was too much work for him. read more

The rep signed my 3rd line/emergency kid phone up for the premium plan with insurance after a lengthy conversation about how little we would be using this phone and letting me know how much the basic line would be. I left fully under the impression that I would be paying for the basic line only to get a bill for a premium line. I went in again to clear things up and a different rep said he would change it to the basic. About a week later, I called the ATT phone number to double check if any changes had been made and it surprised me that he did not change it. So for two billing cycles, I paid more than I should have for a phone that we don't use on a daily basis. If you have to go in, I would follow up with a phone call to the ATT service number just to double check. The store is conveniently located to my house but I will be driving to the one off Cajalco from now on. This store in not owned by ATT so maybe their customer standards are different. This is not the first time, a store rep from this store has said one thing just to get the sale and then it's completely different on the bill. read more

Wow. I walked in to two employees behind the desk. One of them, Zee, suddenly starts screaming at a customer service rep she has on speakerphone. I immediately realized she was actually trying to resolving a personal issue...while on the clock, with three customers in the store...WTF?!? She was so loud and agitated that the other employee was purposely speaking softly and quietly to me to make sure neither of us interrupted Zee's ridiculous exchange. I got nothing resolved and was made to feel like I was intruding. This is all you can get to represent you, AT&T? I've seen animals at the zoo with better manners. read more

This store is horrible. The manager Vanessa V. told me this is not an AT&T store and we need to call corporate. When it clearly says AT&T outside. She sold us a Sim card that did not work we asked her to fix it, then she charged us for another Sim card. She said because the last one didn't work it wasn't her fault so if we wanted it to work we need to buy a new one. The first Sim card she wouldn't activate it and told us that we needed to call corporate. So we left, called corporate, they couldn't help us and told us to go back to the store to get another SIM card because the SIM card was active for another number. We went back Then she charged us for another SIM card. At that point we were mad and said we were not going leave until the phone was working. She told us, she didn't need to do anything for us. I went into this store tonight just to look around at phone cases and other accessories and Vanessa was absolutely the best! I have been with AT&T since I was 19 and I'm 37 now. Her costumer service was amazing! There needs to be more employees that actually listen to what you need and provide feedback, honest opinions and are just straight kind. Had a great experience with one of representatives at store forgot name but after multiple failed attempts calling and visiting multiple locations entered this store on Halloween Customer representative was very polite and helped me reactivate my account when other told me I needed to pay more money for reactivation fee she was very honest after another rep told both of us that internet would be reactivated in 2-4 hrs it wasn't connected I gave store a call and same rep told me to come in today and she would help me at 12 I came in and she got directly on phone and resolved issue and even set an appointment for technician to come out and reconnect internet free of charge . Had the worst experience at this store. I dealt directly with Desmond (store manager) and he flat out lied just to make a sale. I will never go to any store that he manages. I dealt with him direct because his staff is lazy, not familiar with plans yet, lied and said they were. I made several attempts to see him in person. All 4 times he hid in back room. This location deserves a -5 but I cant go that low. Went in yesterday to pre order my new iPhone and there was an African American girl there that was answering questions for. She straight lied to my face and told me I could buy a new phone a get one for free! She told me no need to pay sales tax or so anything it's just a free phone. Obviously that raised a red flag in my head so I did my own research and this was not correct. Today I went to a different location to follow up on something else that I was concerned about and again she flat out lied to me about that info as well. I called the store to ask what was going in and she said she "forgot" to mention that piece of info to me. This location is a joke a lies to you to try and make a sale. No customer service. Stay away from this location unless you like buying extra things you don't want or need because of lying associates. HORRIBLE customer service! I cancelled my Spectrum account & signed up for AT&T cellphones, DIRECTV, phone, internet & Home security system in January 2017. I was promised no charges for equipment and 2 free months of service. I even have the emails to prove it. Well, AT&T refuses to honor their contract with me and has unilaterally CANCELLED my home security system AFTER I paid them several hundred dollars! The staff at this store is undertrained, apathetic and incredibly lazy! I have been dealing with this issue for TWO months now & every time anyone from this store promises to follow up and call me back, they NEVER HAVE! BUYER BEWARE! "We can't sell you a phone without adding a line. You can get the $30 cheap line added to your account" I just wanted to purchase a phone to use with my existing line. I went to Tyler store in Riverside. Gentlemen there can teach these 2 women a thing or two about customer service. Their attitude. "Yes We CAN help you purchase a phone and you do NOT have to add a 4th line that you do not need" The Tyler store just retained an 11 + year customer as a result of their excellent customer service. Not complaining so much about this location however, this location did make it seem like it was easy to switch from Verizon. I have had nothing but headaches trying to submit my invoice showing that I paid off a Verizon device oh, so I can receive my gift card from AT&T for switching. It has been since the end of April and they rejected the proof that I received from Verizon, because it was not sufficient. I cannot help but I received from Verizon. I have a feeling that I am going to be paying for the device that I cancelled with Verizon, plus my new device with AT&T and be screwed. AT&T has my paid off device as well . Not happy. The representative at this location did later admit that both AT&T and Verizon make it very difficult to switch. Verizon had locked my phone and I had to make up a story for them to unlock the phone, so the information could be transferred over . I have two phones now with AT&T . One that I purchased, and one that I transferred from Verizon . This is completely ridiculous. Extremely unhappy. If I do not get this credit it will have cost me over $600 to switch. read more
