Cindy was so helpful in explaining our plan and the ability to 'edge up' that I brought my two teenagers in the very next day and got them both Samsung notes as well. I went into this verizon store because I currently have verizon and with my work I get a discount on my verizon bill because they are partners. I brought in the information needed and the man accused me of making up the information I brought in. I was more than insulted and furious with their service. PLEASE, WHATEVER YOU DO GO TO A CORPORATE STORE! I came here in July to switch over from att...I am still dealing with this problem and my ATT account was almost sent to collections due to the inaccuracies of this place! Bernard charged me an extra $80 for a lifetime warranty that already comes standard on screen shields and then lied to me when I asked if I would have the same fee at a corporate store. I was told to not trade my phone in until my final bill came.. wouldn't you know I have had to jump through hoops because it should have been traded in at the time and since I waited like I was told it was past the 45 day mark that Verizon gives.. fast forward to now and I am still dealing with customer service to resolve this issue..I spoke with the District Manager Joe about this back on Sept 20, he told me he would look into it and I have contacted him multiple times but have yet to hear back from him. They will lie through their teeth to get the sale and screw over anyone in the process.. I was told I could upgrade to the iphone7, that was a lie. Came into the store today stuck between the X and iPhone 8, Dwayne is the boss and is very helpful. I took 2 hours trying to decide between the x or the 8. He was very patient with me I had a million questions and he answered them all honestly and unbiassed. He went the extra mile to make sure I walked out happy and confident with my purchase. The worst!!! My salesperson confirmed with me I was getting 3G's of data (the only reason I signed with contract) and then my first bill arrived and I had been charged overage fees for data over 2G's. I called to complain and they told me to go to the store to sort it out with my salesperson. I go back to the store, and my salesperson had been "let go" - no surprise. So buyer beware!!! No customer service, just the worst. Not to mention the coverage is spotty. Oh and this is not a REAL Verizon store it's a subsidiary so if you need a real Verizon store go somewhere else. I had Verizon for many years before regrettably switching to tmobile for a brief amount of time. Tmobile caused me a great headache with all the problems I had so I cancelled my service and went to gowireless to switch back to verizon. From the moment my girlfriend and I walked in, Tim the store manager immediately put my mind at ease and helped me greatly with getting my phones back up and running. He understood what problems I had with tmobile and did whatever he could to help me out and make my time with Verizon as easy as possible. If it wasn't for Tim, I don't know where I would be right now. I definitely recommend verizon for its service but I highly recommend seeing Tim at gowireless for his help and awesome personality for all your cellphone needs :) read more

I should've known when I entered that this was not an actual Verizon store...I preordered my iPhone 6 with the associate Ray and then tried several times to cancel when I realized I was going to wait until Oct 7 and it was in stock at other retailers. After the 4th trip to the store I finally got someone who knew how to cancel my order that I had been trying to cancel everyday. After cancelling it still hadn't gotten thru to Verizon to allow my upgrade. I called the store to inquire in which Ray told me 'who supposedly told you that it was cancelled' I explained to him that I already cancelled I just needed them to release my upgrade because I found my phone at Sams in stock. He told me I still wouldn't be able to upgrade until they got the phone in from Apple (oct 7th) I told him that made no sense at all. I am not under any contract with them until I activate a device which I had not done. He was very rude with me and I hung up and called Verizon. After 2 min on the phone with Verizon they did what they needed to in ordered to give me my upgrade. I've never been treated so rudely. And FYI to anyone shopping there...YES you can cancel your order before its received and go somewhere else! I've got my new iPhone now thanks to the helpful people at a real Verizon! This is not a Verizon store they just sell the product. First incident I had to return a new phone they kept giving me the run around. I went to a actual Verizon store and they said they can't help it has to be returned at the go wireless store. Second incident they messed up the numbers on my receipt which lead to my rebates not going through now I have to wait an extra 21 days for my rebate. Third incident I told the sales person 3 times I did not want insurance on my phones what did he do he added the insurances on both my phones. I caught this mistake a month after when I noticed my bill was high. My recommendation is to just go to an actual Verizon store or best buy. Stay away from go wireless. read more

Recently my husband and I went to this location to increase our shareable minutes on our account. We were helped by Michelle Hinojosa. She reviewed our account and as it turned out it was more advantageous for us to switch to a different plan. She also told us that he was eligible for an upgrade to a new phone. He has been against getting a smartphone, but his current phone was causing him a lot of problems. She suggested a new Samsung smartphone that is simple to operate. He is so thrilled with his new phone, proving he is smart enough for a smartphone. Michelle is very knowledgeable about all of the phones and tablets in the store, as well as all of the plans available. Ultimately we did have a problem with our phone bill when it arrived and we returned to the store. Again, Michelle helped us and spent quite a bit of time on the phone with Customer Service and finally resolved the issue to our satisfaction. Michelle was able to resolve the issue herself, but she had informed the manager of the situation, and he was very supportive to us during the process. They also have a Tech class on Sunday mornings from 10 - 11 am. The classes are free to Verizon customers. We were very impressed with the service at this faacility. read more

I'm am very pleased with the wireless consultant Bernard McClenton at this location I had a very awful experience at the Verizon location in corona. I was having an internal defect with my device and I went to visit the location in corona and the employees were very rude and disrespectful to their customers. The employees were more concern about them selfs than taking care of there customers while I was receiving help from one of the employee named Claudia I told her up front and clearly not to do a master reset on my phone if she guaranteed me it would possibly not solve the defect on my device and she she did it without letting me know. While she was trying to sync my contacts on my phone I took note that the employees were in a mob talking about there personal lives and talking disrespectful things and rude things about the customers walking in and out. I was not please I own a business and I found that very concerning because if they were talking bad about there customers who pay to have there service what does that say about my service that they don't care about my problem . The employee wanted me to pay for the device to have it repaired for an internal device defect , I was very unsatisfied so I left the location in corona and came to this location in Norco and I have to say I was very happy with the service this young man provided me with . I noticed right away they were more than happy to help me , the consultant had the patience and time to fight what I was fighting for with customer service . I've been a loyal customer with Verizon never had this problem and I was already frustrated and Bernard was very understanding I could not have walked out anymore greatful .. I was already planning in leaving Verizon because of the incident occurred in the corona Verizon store and after going to Norco for this issue I got the help I needed and was more than satisfied . I lost my phone & since they are close to my house, I went in to see about a replacement. Daniel assisted me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The first thing he did was try and locate my phone. We found it, but I knew I wouldn't get it back. He told me the various options I had, so I decided to erase all the data on the phone and then blacklist it. I chose a new phone and he checked out the various plans to see which one was the best value for me. He was also able to give me a deal on a case for the new phone. I returned the next day because the case wasn't fitting right, and without any problem he switched it out. He also told me about a new promotion that would enable me to purchase accessories, and was giving me various options to meet the requirements of the promotion. I strongly recommend using Google Wireless the next time you need a new phone. read more

These people are thieves. I went in for a Verizon phone upgrade thinking I was at a Verizon store. It's not and they will do their best to take your money and sell you stuff you don't want and don't ask for. I was told I was walking out paying x amount for the phone when they actually charged me 79.99 for a screen protector service, that they NEVER mentioned. I went back and got a refund but apparently the charge was never actually reversed. So now I have to call my credit card company and stop payment and let them sort it out. DO NOT GO INTO THIS FAKE VERIZON STORE!!! This is an "authorized" Verizon retailer only folks! If you live in Corona, make the trip to the corporate Verizon location on Griffin Way. Also, Dwayne...LOL...he needs to be working in the used car sales industry or Hollywood. SHAAAADY!! Jonathan was amazing and I hope he gets another job ASAP. He was the hero of the day. All seemed well in the beginning as it often does but then I got my Verizon bill, made some calls, triple checked my receipt, and finally decided to get back into the store to get an explanation and refund. I can't express to you enough how terrible I was treated by this once friendly Dwayne. By the end of my dealings with him it felt like I just went toe to toe with Mike Tyson. It was embarrassing (for him mostly) since Jonathan had to call me back to the store AFTER I LEFT to give me my money back and profusely apologize for my experience with Dwayne. Only shop in this location if you like helping people meet their sales quotas and you are not intelligent. Even the Verizon sales person I was on the phone with (yes, I had to call in reinforcement) was in complete disbelief asking me if "he really just said that". Beware of this Go Wireless store. I had a family member go into this store asking about a new phone. Though I pay for the line he is not authorized to make any changes to this account. He did not know my password. The salesperson at this store changed my password without my authorization or permission and without my knowledge. She then had this family member sign an Edge contract under my name and obligate me for the payments. In addition they had this family member add on extra features to my plan and then sold him a bunch of uneeded accessories. He didn't understand what he was signing and thought he was getting a free phone. when I explained what he signed and what it would cost he returned the phone and was charged a $50 restocking fee when he was told he could return the phone within 14 days without any financial obligation. I spent hours on the phone with Verizon to try and straighten this out. When I talked to the manager of this store he promised to straighten the whole thing out and issue a credit for the restocking fee and any other costs I incurred. But he has not made good on his promise as of yet and when I call he doesn't take my calls or return my calls. He admitted that what his sales associate did was illegal, fraudulent and violated Verizon policy but as far as I know this sales associate still works there. After this experience I will only go to a corporate store. read more
