They have a huge selection of scrubs but there still was things lacking. There was a few people behind the register chatting when I entered, I was able to completely walk the entire store and almost out the door before someone came over to ask if I was finding everything okay. They did not have anything for the fit I was looking for in black (pretty standard color) and just suggested wearing a different fit scubs in different sizes to accommodate. I went elsewhere to find the variety of fits in the colors needed and better pricing as well. I do not think it's worth buying the wrong fit in a bigger size for the price they are asking. I'd rather get the right size, right fit to be comfortable for 9+ hrs a day when you're spending $40 + on each piece. read more

I usually prefer to do my shopping online, but I decided to stop by Scrubs & Beyond Upland to purchase my first pair of scrubs to ensure I got a fit and color that suited me. The store is organized and clean, with four large fitting rooms and a wide selection of scrubs to choose from. I'm usually a bit of an anxious clothes shopper, but I had a very pleasant experience here. The associate David was very personable and gave me recommendations regarding the different brands and styles I could try. This company is terribly disorganized and is VOID of actual customer service. We placed an order TWO WEEKS ago. They informed us that ONE (of 12 items) was on backorder. They told us they don't do split orders so, if we eliminated that item they could proceed with the rest of the order - which included embroidery on the tops we ordered. They said the one backordered item would be charges and shipped with the shipping fee waived when it came in. Note: some of these items are MATERNITY scrubs for a girl in our office who is pregnant. ie. TIME SENSITIVE. Today I called because we have received no shipping notification. They told me that for some unknown reason the order had never been released to production. Their solution: to only to expedite the shipping (not the embroidery???). I finally got very "direct" with Tiffany; explaining that offering expedited shipping and telling me only that they would "try" to get the embroidery done quickly was just not good enough. I needed a guarantee that our job would be PRIORITIZED and shipped tomorrow. Finally, after 20 minutes on the phone, I got the promise that it would ship tomorrow. We'll see if this actually happens. This is not the first time they have dropped the ball on one of our orders. This company was good until they moved to their new warehouse about 1.5 years ago. It's been a bit of a disaster ever since. Very frustrating ordering from them. I actually dread having to place orders; certain something will be handled incorrectly. read more

Not too impressed with this place. Very overpriced and I was excited to use a coupon but couldn't even use that because it wasn't for the brand I was purchasing even though it didn't state it could not be used for that brand. Then when I tried to use the same coupon online with the same exact scrubs I purchased at the store it accepted it. So either the worker doesn't know what coupons are valid at her store or there was a glitch online. Who knows. I also feel the worker wasn't very friendly and seemed annoyed I was there. But hey without us annoying customers you wouldn't have a job so... just saying. I don't think I'll be back here and if I do purchase from them again I'll just do it online since I can use their coupons on there. From a nice selection of scrub brands, to handy doodads you tell yourself you're going to eventually need so why not just get it now... Um.. (Or maybe that's just me...) anywho! Employees are always friendly and helpful and even though it may be a pricey store, it's a one stop shop. Occasionally you can nab a great deal as they do have a decent turn around since they're a small store. I managed to find a medical bag that typically runs $50 (minimum), for $6.99! Lucky day! I went today after reading the great reviews, it was meh. I think the second person working here was on their break when I went in and there was only one other girl helping others. I didn't get the usual, "Can I help you find something?" And I think that's because the lack of staff when I went in. I was ready to get into a fitting room but had to wait a few minutes while the one employee finished helping another customer. As far as selection goes, I guess they have an ok selection but it's just about 4 or 5 different brands and similar styles all across the board. I was looking for jogger style pants and they didn't have any. Only larger bottoms and I kept overhearing the employees tell other customers, "Whatever we have out here is all we have, but we can order it for you and it'll be free shipping if it's shipped to the store and you come pick it up. It takes about 10 days so like 2 weeks." Maybe when the other reviewers went there was a lot in stock but today I saw the same stuff. I can only assume whatever people buy here is popular because I also heard the employees say that they run out of stuff pretty quickly. I ended up getting just one top at about $26. I was kind of disappointed that the majority of scrubs here had a similar cheap feel to them. I know the whole 4 way stretch is the new thing now but for me, it looked and felt like cheap material. I was also disappointed that this place doesn't sell sets, everything is seperate. So a top and bottom set will run you $60+. And that's just for ONE set. Overall, I don't think it's worth the hype. I don't want to go into a store to have to order online and I didn't like the fairly limited selection. I ended up going to scrub world in Ontario and they had a MUCH better selection and lower priced, even for the same brand and style. read more

I drove forever far to get to this location with my fingers crossed hoping for a better experience than my previous scrubs store experience. I've shopped with scrubs and beyond before at their Brea location and had an amazing experience so I wanted to return, but I didn't realize they had closed down. While I tried to avoid the commute and tried an alternative (OC Uniforms in Fullerton), I made the biggest mistake because the selection was small and the customer service was from hell. I decided to just take drive out to Upland and go to Scrubs & Beyond and I am glad I did!! This store is HUGE! Amazing selection, wide variety of brands, colors, and sizes. The customer service was incredible. The ladies there were so sweet, even asking for your name for a more personal experience. Trying clothes on was not a hassle. They had many fitting rooms that were very comfortable to use with lots of space to hang many items. The ladies would even come to check on you while you were trying on your clothes to check and see if you needed a different size. I saw all of the employees doing this to all customers, equally. Parking is definitely not an issue either. Employees were all wearing scrubs, which was nice because they seem to have more knowledge about the brands and styles in the store. I wish I got the name of the girl who helped me because she was so sweet and honest. She pointed out which were the most popular, and why, and which brands and styles were resistant to fading. She was very helpful and never pressured me for a sale. What's even better is that Scrubs & Beyond has their own line, which is sometimes cheaper than the other brands you're used to. I really like their Abby Yoga Pant and has been a staple for years. Apparently they have a membership program that you can join if you purchase frequently. They also do have in-store sales at times. If you decide to purchase from their website, you can always return in store for free. My only reservation with the store is that the store prices are slightly different than the website (like a dollar or two more than what is advertised on the website). If you're not in a rush, you can always items on and order online if you are on a budget. Shipping is free for orders over $125. However, if you just need an item or two, buying in store beats paying for shipping and waiting for your items to arrive. I had such an amazing experience at this Scrubs & Beyond store. I am so glad I made the trip. I have sent all of our staff at work to Scrubs & Beyond too, and they were equally impressed and satisfied. Thank you to all the ladies at this store! I'm new to the scrubs life and I decided to come here for all my Dansko and scrub needs since everyone in my hospital seems to go here. I walked in and was kindly greeted by Kelly and literally four hours later I walked out happily with brand new scrubs ready to start my new job. Yes four hours, because I'm indecisive and I needed to try on everything. Thankfully, Kelly and the staff were super patient with me and kind and never rushed me. They checked on me often while I was trying them on, got me my sizes, styles, and even put them back for me. They really catered to me and made me feel special with their top notch customer service. I was there for a long time too so imagine all the work I made them do. They have a huge selection and were kind in letting me try on the Dansko shoes with the uniform and even the compression socks for the full feel. We've been coming here since they were still in the mall. It's been awhile since we've purchased anything because we didn't need/were out of the field. Showed up 30 mins before closing and Lydia still took her time and helped. Showed multiple styles, made suggestions, and even helped us special order some items. I was racially profiled at this place yesterday! I've never, and I mean absolutely ever have I experienced anything remotely close to that. There was a store full of people and more walking in and the clerk zoomed right to me and trailed me through the store. Once I was ready to use the fitting room, that same obnoxious clerk asked me my name before entering. I didn't know you had to give up personal information to buy anything in America! She treated me second rate after I just pulled a 10 hour shift at a hospital [Registered Nurse]. I'm considering getting the media involved, all I wanted to do was get a uniform for work. Not too sure about what I was looking for, I browsed around one evening but didn't commit to any item in particular. Kelly has helped me that evenIng and introduced me to several new items that she thought I'd like based off what I was looking for. Not once was she pushy or aloof, she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Even though I didn't make a purchase that day, I returned several days later to finally buy items I had decided upon. Always pleasant girls working at the store and helpful! I don't buy scrubs here because my hospital does color coded uniformed scrubs that are the Cherokee brand and they are super comfy! My husband buys his scrubs here and he always finds nice black ones. I recently just purchased some danskos that were on sale. The only thing is I do not like some of the compression sock brands they sale. I tried them and they are awful! Cherokee has some of the best kind but they do not sell them here. But other than that they have a colorful selection with plenty of good brands too bad I can't purchase any of it lol. Over all clean store and great customer service! read more

I have to admit, it's been great dealing with these guys and they definitely earned their 5 star review. I researched and bought 4 pairs of scrubs, Cartwright brand, from them. Unfortunately, the company had changed it's design, as compared to the one pair I had bought a year prior, and the new design was simply awful. I wore the pants once or twice, and two of the four pairs started tearing right away. I'm not talking about a slight tear, but rather a complete rip of about a foot long where your privates would be! Anyways, we contacted S&B, showed them photos of the poorly designed scribe pants, and they refunded us in full fo them. Excellent customer service, and I will definitely use them again in the future. By the way, STAY AWAY FROM CARTWRIGHT SCRUB PANTS! read more

Very expensive! But can find a lot of different scrubs here. It takes a lot of money to earn points. It's a good store. But needs to stay open a little longer as nursing hours are not always great. Open late closes early ; 11-6p on weekends and close at 8 pm sharp on weekdays. You guys close too early. Customer service is usually pretty good. I'm a regular shopper. I go here because it's convenient and close to my residence. And good scrubs are hard to find out here. This store tends to have a wide selection which is nice. Came to find a certain color it was only carried by Cherokee in this store for them not many brand options for Caribbean blue...employees were not very talkative or friendly I didnt even see a smile or a welcome to scrubs and beyond with a smile lol i looked at a pair of pants and i guess i didn't hang them to her liking she comes over as im looking and fixes the pants in front of me made me feel like i shouldn't touch anything cause I will mess it up....very cold feeling being the only customer there..left without purchasing anything...will have to resort back to Amazon..... read more
